Abstract

Tourism activities are a combination of tourism products and services that provide a tourist experience. In tourism, transportation is essential because it is one aspect that determines interest in tourism. Exciting traveling experience will give satisfaction to tourism. Work culture and service quality are also determinants of tourist satisfaction. This study aims to indicate the influence of work culture and service quality in providing tourism satisfaction. Its influence is seen partially and simultaneously. Locus of this research at public transportation in the tourism area of Bukittingi. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data were taken from 300 respondents who have been selected using Slovin Formula. Data already obtained with a questionnaire that is valid and reliable. The result of the research showed that work culture and service quality partially and simultaneously influenced customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tuah sebagai Sarana Pengembangan Etika Pengelola Keuangan Negara. Artikel ini berupaya untuk membangun konsep pribadi beruntung bagi pengelola keuangan negara dengan menggunakan budaya Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian spritiualis untuk membangun pribadi pengelola keuangan negara yang bertuah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pribadi bertuah berorientasi pada kesadaran tertinggi manusia, yaitu takwa (memiliki tujuan akhir kembali kepada Tuhan dengan jiwa yang suci dan tenang). Selain itu, penulis juga menawarkan etika profetik sebagai solusi dalam membangun etika pengelola keuangan negara yang selama ini dibangun hanya berdasar pada aspek material. Abstract: Luck as the Ethical Foundation for State Financial Manager. This research seeks to build a personal concept of fortune for state financial managers using Malay culture. This research uses a spiritualist research design to build a person of a successful state financial manager. The results show that the person with luck is oriented towards the highest human consciousness, namely piety (having the ultimate goal of returning to God with a holy and calm soul). In addition, the authors also offer prophetic ethics as a solution to build state financial manager ethics which has been built based only on material aspects.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan dalam rangka melihat sejauh mana publik memberikan suatu repson terhadap upaya percepatan penanganan Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) sebagai implementasi sistem kesehatan pertahanan negara. Dalam sistem pertahanan Negara harus memperhatikan Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) yang merupakan tantangan global saat ini yang menjadi perhatian utama dunia. GHSA menjadi pendulum tarik ulur problematika keamanan kesehatan dunia, yang merambah area dimensi nasional dan regional masing-masing Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan big data analysis berupa Drone Emprit Academic (DNA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya satuan gugus tugas penangangan covid-29 telah memperhatikan aspek tersebut. Hal ini terlihat dari telah terpenuhinya unsur-unsur pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya. Respon publikpun memiliki tren positif dalam menilai kinerja gugus tugas.

Abstract

Many previous studies have found that employee performance can be influenced by their motivation. One of the intrinsic motivations that are believed to have an influence on employee performance is public service motivation. In this study, the concept of altruism will be represented by one of its dimensions, namely the belief in a just world dimension. The objective of this study is to analyze the correlation and influence of belief in a just world on public service motivation among civil servants in Jakarta. The research was carried out using quantitative method and also literature rule as an analytical tool. Respondents in this study were 951 civil servants who came from 3 agencies with the highest incomes in Jakarta, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, the Directorate General of Taxes and the Directorate General of Immigration. The results of the study show that the belief in a just world dimension has a significant correlation and influence on the level of public service motivation, besides that this dimension is suitable to be applied as an additional dimension of public service motivation from Perry and Wise (1990) to measure the level of public service motivation of employees in Indonesia.
