Abstract

This research explains about the effect of free flow of goods as a form of schedule blueprint strategies for the scheme towards the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on the development of Indonesia's trade to Siangapura. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015 will open up more opportunities for free flow of goods, services, investment, capital to labor through out the ASEAN region. On one hand, implementation of free flow of goods ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) would provide opportunities for expanding and intensifying Indonesia. The efforts to expand and intensify export to ASEAN market would give optimum result if it is accompanied by promoting cooperation among industries in ASEAN through regional production network. On the other hand, free flow of goods ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) would also become a threat for Indonesia and domestic market if businessmen as well as government have not prepared yet for this new era competition in ASEAN. Since ASEAN member countries produce almost similar products, the challenge for businessmen is to produce competitive products based on differentiation, efficiency and innovation.This research uses the perspective of liberalism that supports the international economy based on free trade, because it involves the cooperation in the field of trade between Indonesia and Singapore. The data sources used in this research are books, journals, working papers, and valid news from websites.Implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint will have implications on the economy of Indonesia and ASEAN in terms of macro-economic conditions or competition between the regions visible from local revenues, state investment allocation and composition of international trade.Keywords: Blueprint, Economic Integration, Cooperation, Trade.

Abstract

Kopi Luwak (Luwak Coffee) is one of the original in the internal affairs of Indonesia (natural given). Luwak Coffee is coffee indigenous diracik coffee bean derived from a group that has been chosen selectively and consumed by Luwak (paradox harmaproditus) or better known as asian palm civet. The purpose of this research is to know strategy The Government of Indonesia to improve competitive luwak coffee in global market and the factors that affect strategy the government of Indonesia to increase competition in the global market luwak coffee.The data collected by using technical research library research (literature), data internet, and interview technique source. The three used as the effort to get more valid research results, with the process data can complement each other and to each other, so that researchers also can be understood to these issues, and have a certain satisfaction.Internationally, Indonesia as a country coffee producers to 3 in the world after Brazil and Vietnam plays a vital roles in the global market. Abstract

This research describes educational cooperation Indonesia - australia case study:sister school SMPN1 tasikmalaya with glenunga International High School in 2012.Indonesia is a nation that has a fundamental problem in education. Then, efforts to improvethe quality of education is not negotiable in order to improve the quality of human resourcesin Indonesia. To solve the problems, Indonesia has the initiative to cooperate with the State,one of which Australia.The research method used is a descriptive of qualitative research method about thefacts. This research is an explanatory that describe about problem, indication, policies,cooperation. In writing techniques, the author’s collect and collate data through libraryresearch from several sources like books, journals, articles, websites, the media and others.The author’s also use the concept of national interest in view the case in this study.The direct impact is the increased economic value of the activity of educationalservices in both countries. Indirect impacts are from increased trading activities in bothcountries Australia is working closely with its partners in developing countries to support thedevelopment priorities of each country. Abstract

The U.S is Mexico’s primary supplier of poultry product, mainly ChickenLeg Quarters (CLQs). The objectives of this study are to describe the trade policyenvironment for imports of CLQs product into the Mexican Market since the nontarifftrade agreements under NAFTA in 1994, and to analyze the impact of antidumpingpolicy mechanism imposed by the Mexican government in 2011.This research uses politic economy theory related to international tradetheory which has been revealed by Heckscher-Ohlin This research is qualitativeresearch which is used by library observation.The result of this research prove that there some factors that encougareMexican impose of anti-dumping duties on U.S Chicken Leg Quarters (CLQs),that author classified in: 1) Mexican poultry has become the fastest growingsector in the livestock industry category in Mexico; 2) modernization; 3) poultryindustry becomes source of jobs in Mexico; 3) Poultry industry become potentialin domestic and foreign market; 4) Mexico became ambitious to make theirpoultry industries competing in international trades; and 5) the pressure ofdomestic industries to Mexico governmentKeywords: Anti-dumping, Chicken Leg Quarters, Mexico – U.S trade.

Abstract

This study will analyze about the Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam government cooperation with the World Bank in the program Consolidating Peaceful Development in Aceh 2009-2013. Assistance from the World Bank in the pack in CPDA program to the Government of NAD is an expression of solidarity and sympathy to the tsunami and the conflict that hit Aceh GAM ago.The process of cooperation between the Government of NAD with the World Bank in the program Consolidating Peaceful Development in Aceh realization is realized with improved aid development planning and management of public funds by the principle that break the cycle of violence in conflict areas in need of development and has a strong institutional legitimacy.PECAPP (Public Expenditure Analysis and Capacity Strengthening Program) is a program that works in the Public Finance sector and initiated by the World Bank with financial support from AusAID through the CPDA - World Bank.Keywords: CPDA,World Bank, Consolidating, PECAPP

Abstract

This study analyzes the case of Schapelle Leigh Corby , an Australian citizen who was caught smuggling four kilograms of marijuana to be smuggled into Indonesia through Ngurah Rai airport Denpasar After serving a sentence of less than seven years , the Indonesian government gave clemency or pardons to Corby as much as five years in prison . Filing by the attorney Corby clemency was done because he declared mentally ill by two different doctors . In granting clemency to Corby pour a lot of protests from the public, since the middle of Susilo's administration was keen to fight the drug problem giving Corby clemency to prisoners who are drug related problems.This research uses qualitative research methods. Research conducted by way of explaining based on existing data. Then techniques used in this research libraries from various sources such as books, journals,newspapers and also the documentation is accessible from the internet. The theory used in this research is the theory of diplomacy by Nicolson and the concept of multitrack diplomacy by Dr. Louise Diamond and John McDonald.The result is the an exemption of a narcotic prisoner, an Australian citizen, Schepelle Leigh Corby, cause a dissent among the people in Indonesia. Many of the people oppose those exemption. That opposition happens cause of an indication that there is an agreement between Indonesia and Australia government. If we observe it, those exemption has some benefits for the people and Indonesia government. For the state and Indonesia governement those exemption could improve a relationship between the states, as well as means to facing the political developments of South Pasific regions in the future.Keywords: diplomacy,multitrack diplomacy, granting clemency.

Abstract

This research will discuss the interest of maintaining Colombia's the Island of San Andres Nicaragua claim after an international court of Justice decision in 2012. Dispute Nicaraguan territory won by getting the right area of 200 nautical miles as the state beach. To maintain the islands of San Andreas Colombia rejected the international court's decision.Perspective used in this research is Neorealist. This research uses the theory of conflict by K.J Holsti. Based on this theory conflicts caused conflict in achieving a particular goal, such as territorial defense, security, natural resources in order to maintain or achieve a particular goal. Conflicts also include diplomatic actions and propaganda struggle and threats.Colombia has economic and political interests in the islands of San Andreas. From the political aspect of these islands is the border region that is leading the island state security. Islands San Andreas also has potential in the field of marine economy, and tourism. Abstract

This research discusses about the implication of shale oil development to OPEC revenues. United States is one of the biggest energy consumption states. As a superpower state that becomes the second biggest country in energy consumption, United States has to keep its energy security resilence. Therefore, United States begins to develop alternative energy, such as shale oil resources. Shale oil development reach the successes which has been consumed for a half of total energy consumption in the United States lately. United States has a lot of shale oil resources in the country that do not only decrease the oil prices but also become a substitution of energy in US. The substitution does implication to OPEC revenues. This research using a level analysis of state, the used perspective is structuralism perspective to understand the implication of shale oil development. This research is based on library research which takes data from book, relevant, journal, newspaper and internet. In this research, the writer uses qualitative research method. Abstract

This research discusses about the implication of shale gas development to Indonesia coal export to United States. United States is one of the biggest energy consumption states. As a superpower state that has second lead in energy consumption, United States has to keep save its energy security. United States begin to develop alternative energy, such as shale gas resources. Shale gas development reach the successes which shale gas has been consumed for a half of total energy consumption in the United States lately. United States has a lot of shale gas resources in the country that not only decrease the gas prices but also makes a substitution of energy in US. The substitution does implication to other energy resources such as coal that has been used in United States for several years.This research is based on librarian research like book, relevant, journal, newspaper and internet.In this research, the writer uses qualitative research method.Using a level analysis of state, the used perspective is structuralism perspective to understand the implication of shale gas development.Indonesia is the biggest coal exporter country in the world. The coal is imported by several countries include the United States. However, since there was shale gas development several years ago, the energy of coal has been substitute in the United States that has an impact to Indonesia coal export into the United States.
