Abstract

In implementing the sub-district's financial management seminar program and MSME support (digital-based businessdevelopment) activities, this is a program carried out by the STIE – YPUP Makassar Community Service Team, which provides extensive insight to the sub-district's personnel. It is intended to. Efforts to manage sub-district finances. Mean while, MSME support it self is carried out to improve the digital-based economy of the community. The methods used were focus group discussions (FGD) and visits to community business facilities. Conclusion The results show that the factors and causes related to the economy of the community of Palampang village were found. Business development seminars (online business) utilizing digital technology will expand the scope of product marketing for community businesses and have a positive impact on business development.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Sustainability Report Disclosure, Green Accounting, and Company Size on the Quality of Financial Reports. The research involves a sample comprising non-primary and primary consumer companies in the energy, basic materials, raw materials, and non-cyclical consumer sectors during the period 2020-2022. The data under analysis is sourced from secondary data acquired through the official website www.idx.co.id or company websites, using purposive sampling as the sampling method. Research testing is conducted through multiple regression analysis. In this investigation, Sustainability Reports adhere to the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2016, covering economic, social, and environmental performance. The aim of presenting sustainability reports is to instill public trust and confidence among various stakeholders, indicating that the company prioritizes not only profit but also environmental concerns. Companies issuing Sustainability Reports are believed to create a positive impression on consumers, serving as evidence of corporate responsibility to shareholders and compliance with relevant regulations. Green Accounting is integrated into the Sustainability Report, while Company Size is measured by the total assets of the company. The study findings reveal that Sustainability Reports and Green Accounting positively impact the Quality of Financial Reports, whereas Company Size exerts a negative influence on the Quality of Financial Reports.

Abstract

Globalisation and advancements in information technology have brought about rapid developments in the financial sector, including electronic money that facilitates cashless transactions. One of the latest innovations is SPayLater, an instalment service from Shopee that allows users to make purchases by paying later. Especially among Generation Z students, SPayLater has become a popular choice thanks to its ease of managing monthly budgets with fixed payments. This study adopts an associative approach to explore the impact of financial literacy and technology acceptance model (TAM) on interest in using SPayLater. A survey was conducted among 150 respondents using Google shapes, and the records were analysed using SPSS 25. The results of the t-data analysis show that financial literacy does not have a significant influence on users' interest in using SPayLater, while the variables of the technology acceptance model significantly influence such interest. These findings provide important insights into the factors that drive interest in digital instalment services among university students

Abstract

Abtrak Digital marketing merupakan sistem penjualan yang memanfaatkan media online untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Digital marketing menjadi media promosi dan transaksi yang banyak digunakan saat ini, karena dapat memberi keuntungan bagi pembeli dan penjual. Digital marketing dapat berupa aplikasi bisnis dengan platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp, Email , Twitter, Skype dan Line. Peluang ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis penjualan Sarung tenun Sutra Hitam di desa Tana Towa. Penjualan berbasis online dapat memutuskan mata rantai penjualan, sehingga harga suatu barang dapat dibeli dengan lebih murah. Selain itu biaya membangun digital marketing yang murah, jangkauan promosi yang lebih luas menjadi kelebihan. Pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang digital marketing bagi pengerajin Sarung tenun sutra hitam di desa Tanah Towa . Hasil dari penilaian pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing bagi peserta pelatihan. Tim PKM juga membimbing pengerajin Sarung tenun sutra hitam untuk membuat aplikasi Facebook Line dan Intagram. Pelatihan membangun digital marketing ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat di desa Tanah Towa yang berupaya melestarikan budaya dengan mempertahankan usaha sarung tenun sutra hitam menjadi kebanggan tana toa suku kajang konjo.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Big Data dalam Memprediksi Perilaku Konsumsi dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Masyarakat Urban di Makassar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi Big Data untuk analisis perilaku konsumsi dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dalam era digital, volume data yang terus berkembang menawarkan peluang bagi pelaku ekonomi dan pembuat kebijakan untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih berbasis data. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 25 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang, yang dilatih selama dua hari dengan metode pengajaran interaktif, termasuk teori, praktik, dan studi kasus nyata. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata skor evaluasi pasca pelatihan mencapai 85%. Selain itu, 92% peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan alat analisis data, dan 88% menganggap materi pelatihan relevan dengan pekerjaan mereka. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait akses data dan infrastruktur teknologi di lingkungan kerja peserta diidentifikasi sebagai area yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih lanjut. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi data dan diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan kebijakan ekonomi yang lebih efektif dan berbasis data di tingkat makroekonomi

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze liquidity ratios as a measure of financial performance at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2020-2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through literature studies and documentation in the form of company financial reports for that period. Data analysis was carried out using liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The results show that in terms of liquidity ratios, the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2020-2022 based on the current ratio is in fairly good condition, even though the value has not reached the perfect standard of 200%. In terms of the cash ratio, the financial condition is relatively good because it exceeds the standard of 50%. Meanwhile, the quick ratio shows a fairly good condition because it tends to increase every year, even though it declined in one year, but it is still above the general standard. In terms of profitability ratios, the company's financial performance based on gross profit margin is in a very good condition because it has exceeded the standard of 20%. Furthermore, when viewed from the return on equity, the company's financial performance is very low because it does not reach the standard of 40%.
