Abstract

The ability to survive a family business during the COVID-19 pandemic is a very interesting concept to study, because almost every family business has difficulty maintaining its business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, so based on this, this study aims to analyze and reveal the influence of entrepreneurship education in family towards entrepreneurial motivation, either directly, or through mediating the entrepreneurial attitude of family business entrepreneurs in the culinary sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a non-experimental explanatory study on the culinary sector family business in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The population in this study is 1,267 family businesses in the culinary sector, with a sample of 133 family businesses in the culinary sector. The findings of this study have succeeded in revealing and exploring that entrepreneurship education in the family has contributed to the formation of entrepreneurial motivation both directly and indirectly through mediating the entrepreneurial attitude of family business entrepreneurs in the culinary sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential development of sago commodity in Belopa District, Luwu Regency and determine strategies to increase its added value. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.Research subjects were determined based on the criteria determined by the researcher, which consisted of sago farmers as key informants, home industries processing sago-based food, sago traders and local government as additional informants. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the effort to increase the added value of the sago farming commodity in Belopa District, Luwu Regency is very dependent on the internal and external conditions of the farming business from upstream to downstream as the object to be developed. The results of the calculation of the combined strategy planning obtained that the highest score is the SO strategy, which is 25.6. So the set of strategies that should be chosen is the SO strategy which includes two alternative strategies, namely improving the quality of human resources to support the diversification of sago processed products and utilizing the availability of sago plants and raw materials for sago. adding variants (varieties) of processed sago products in order to support the culture of buying souvenirs.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was designed to reveal the effect of socioeconomic status, individual modernity, and economic literacy on consumer rationality of the millennial generation, either directly or indirectly. It used a quantitative approach, and was designed as an explanatory study. It involved 362 samples using proportional random sampling from 3867 millennial generation students from across 10 faculties, and 149 study programs at Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. Then, it was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. It was found out that (1) socioeconomic status, individual modernity, and economic literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer rationality; (2) socioeconomic status and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on economic literacy; and (3) socioeconomic status and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on consumer rationality through economic literacy of millennial generation.Keywords: Socioeconomic status, individual modernity, economic literacy, consumer rationality, millennial generation.Status Sosial Ekonomi, Modernitas Individu, Literasi Ekonomi, dan Rasionalitas Konsumen Generasi MilenialAbstrakKajian ini didesain untuk mengungkap pengaruh status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, dan literasi ekonomi terhadap rasionalitas konsumen generasi milenial, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dirancang sebagai kajian eksplanatori. Kajian ini mengambil informasi dari 362 sampel secara proportional random sampling dari 3867 mahasiswa generasi milenial yang tersebar di 10 fakultas, dan 149 prodi dalam lingkup Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, dan literasi ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumen; (2) status sosial ekonomi dan modernitas individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi ekonomi; dan (3) status sosial ekonomi dan modernitas individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumen melalui literasi ekonomi generasi milenial.Kata kunci:Status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, literasi ekonomi, rasionalitas konsumen, generasi milenial.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the form of openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy, primarily as a support for marketing activities. This study is a quantitative approach study using survey techniques. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire by millennials who have businesses. The sample used in this study was determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 32 people who have met the criteria that have been set. The results of this study indicate the openness of millennial business actors to the digital economy as a support in marketing activities. The millennial generation is a generation that is very familiar with the use of technology so it is not difficult to adapt to the digital economy. This research has implications for awareness about the importance of using technology to support business activities.

Abstract

The aim of this Community Partnership Program is to empower women, especially housewives. Weprovide training of a practical basic clothing pattern. It is expected that with this skill, the women in Pangkajenedistrict of Pangkep regency will be able to turn it into business to improve their prosperity. The activities in thistraining are (a) providing theories on how to take measures, (b) how to make basic patterns of clothing with a ¼scale, (c) how to make basic pattern with the actual size, (d) how to make a basic pattern for body, skirt and arm, (d)demo session on taking a measure, make basic pattern with the actual scale and size, and make a basic pattern ofbody, skirt and arm. The result of this training shows that the participants understand in making basic clothingpatterns and make their own clothes or turn it as a side job to increase their family income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya pengetahuan berwirausaha, efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill terhadap jati diri berwirausaha siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah metode kuantitatif, dan metode dalam mengumpulkan data-data ialah dengan observasi, kuesioner ataupun angket serta dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMKN 6 Kabupaten Wajo dan jumlah sampel adalah 67 responden yang diambil secara proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan skala likert dan telah diuji keabsahannya melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan berwirausaha efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap jati diri berwirausaha, sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan soft skill memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikansi terhadap jati diri berwirausaha siswa, sedangkan pengetahuan berwirausaha dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup berbasis karakter kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sistem coding. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu. Analisis data dengan sistem coding dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu initial coding dan focused coding. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu sudah mengetahui dan memahami pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan tetapi belum menerapkan secara maksimal. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru SDN 90 Mattumpu mengakui bahwa nilai-nilai karakter kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk diterapkan kepada siswa-siswa agar mempunyai bekal dasar agar mereka mulai diperkenalkan dan tertarik dengan kegiatan berwirausaha. Pengembangan pembelajaran dalam persepktif pendidikan kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar diarahkan untuk pengembagan berbagai keterampilan akademik dan keterampilan sosial (soft skill) yang terinternalisasi dalam kecakapan hidup general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Literasi Kewirausahaan Berpengaruh Terhadap Perilaku Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pelaku Usaha  Pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket (kuisioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120  mahasiswa pelaku usaha Pendidikan Ekonomi 2016-2018 dan ditarik sampel sebanyak 24 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan, Literasi Kewirausahaan Berpengaruh Terhadap Perilaku Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pelaku Usaha Pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to study the economic literacy of consumer behavior of students of the State University Makassar Economic Education Study. This research was categorized as a quantitative study with participants 350 students, while the sample was 78 students of the State University University Makassar Economic Education. Collection data is done by using the technique and questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of economic literacy on the consumptive behavior students of State University Makassar Economic Education Study.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of understanding of entrepreneurial literacy in Redo Village, Larompong District, Luwu Regency and to determine the potential utilization of the area in Redo Village, Larompong District, Luwu Regency as a place for the sago making industry.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis design used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis that takes place from the first time you enter the field to collect data and answer a number of existing problems, then proceed by writing, editing, classifying and the presentation stage.The results showed that the presence of entrepreneurial literacy can add new ideas for business actors, MSMEs, because it can help find new innovations and new ideas and can produce quality, superior, innovative resources and can determine business actors and employees. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Literacy, Households of Sago Industry Actors, MSMEs,Home industry, Enterpreneurship
