Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konflik internal PDI Perjuangan saat pelaksanaan Kongres II di Bali tahun 2005. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam artikel ini menyangkut beberapa faktor penyebab konflik internal, proses konflik antara PDI Perjuangan dengan Gerakan Pembaharuan serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari terbentuknya PDP terhadap hasil perolehan suara PDI Perjuangan pada Pemilu 2009. Sumber penulisan yang menjadi dasar pembahasan dalam artikel ini berasal dari buku bacaan, surat kabar serta hasil wawancara dengan sumber primer dan sekunder.Setelah gagal menuntut hasil Kongres II, Gerakan Pembaharuan PDI Perjuangan membentuk PDP untuk bersaing di Pemilu 2009, namun hanya memperoleh kurang dari 1% suara. Selain itu PDI Perjuangan juga mengalami penurunan suara, bahkan tidak mempu mengusung Megawati kembali sebagai presiden. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan oligarki politik berdampak pada proses konflik internal yang berakibat pada perpecahan partai dan kemerosotan suara hasil pemilu. Kata kunci: Oligarki, konflik, perpecahan. ABSTRACT This article discusses the internal conflict of PDI Perjuangan during the implementation of Congres II in Bali, 2005. The problems investigated in this article are: factors causing internal conflict, the conflict process between PDI Perjuangan with Gerakan Pembaharuan as well as the impact of PDP formation on the voting results of PDI Perjuangan in the 2009 election. The sources which become the basis of discussion are books, newspapers and interview results with primary and secondary sources. After failing to prosecute the results of Congres II, Gerakan Pembaharuan PDI Perjuangan formed PDP to compete in the 2009 election, but only gaining less than 1% of the voters. In addition, PDI Perjuangan also got a decreasing number of voters and was unable to promote Megawati as a president once more. This article showed that the existence of a political oligarchy had impact on the process of internal conflict that caused the disintegration of the party the decline in number of voters in the election. Abstract

A stereo decoder is enabled to separate information and modulated signal by recovering the previous information signal come as one with the carrier signal using a varying frequency according to the amplitude change value that becomes the same information signal as the original signal or as stereo audio. Inside a stereo audio, there is a component which each functions to get the required signal results in the stereo decoder. The designed stereo decoder uses a single IC; IC AN7410N as a demodulator that is designed to demodulate the signal from the stereo encoder to the L and R audio signals. The result of the test shows that stereo decoder can detect the 19 kHz pilot tone frequency and stereo decoder can also receive FM radio broadcast from the sender and output audio results in the form of stereo L and R, even though the sideband frequency output measurement from each channel L and R, shows the frequency difference (Hz) of expected output frequency.Keywords: audio, stereo, decoder, AN7410N

Abstract

Kemudahan  dalam  berbagai  bidang  pada  saat  ini  sangat  dibutuhkan  oleh  banyak  kalangan  dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu dampak yang sangat diharapkan dengan adanya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi adalah dapat membantu, mempermudah, dan mempercepat proses pekerjaan manusia. Dalam pemotongan kaca biasanya masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Hal ini sangat menyita waktu. Atau biasanya jika orang tersebut sudah lelah maka hasilnya tidak dapat diproduksi dengan baik. Pada Penelitian ini dibuat sebuah desain alat pemotong kaca otomatis yang berfungsi untuk memotong kaca dan alat ini mempunyai error rata-rata pemotongan kaca sebesar 0,78%.

Abstract

Melihat  keadaan  di  Indonesia  saat  ini  yang  populer  dengan  busana  muslim  yang  menggunakan  variasi motif,  bahan  dan  bentuk.  Contohnya  kerudung  yang  menggunakan  motif  bunga  dan  simbol-simbol  yang menunjukkan  keindahan.  Bahan  yang  digunakan  juga  sudah  bervariasi,  seperti  kain  paris,  chasmire,  sifon, spandek,  rayon,  katun,  dan  masih  banyak  lagi  lainnya.  Kerudung  beredar  di  pasaran  menawarkan  keindahan yang  bernuansa  islami  dan  keanggunan  seorang  wanita  muslimah.  Untuk  mengahadapi  perkembangan  dunia usaha  hijab,  tingkat  persaingan  sangat  ketat.  Maka  dibutuhkan  strategi  pemasaran,  pembelian,  promosi  dan pemesanan  yang  efisien  dan  memudahkan  pembeli.  Maka  dari  itu,  usaha  jilbab  DYRA  COLLECTION  ini menawarkan paket jilbab dengan kemasan yang menarik sesuai dengan keinginan pembeli. Proses bisnis layanan pemesanan dan pembelian pada DYRA COLLECTION saat ini  masih  menggunakan sistem pencatatan secara manual menggunakan buku arsip DYRA COLLECTION. Abstract

Investment in the capital market is a form of investment that is profitable but also high risk, so investors in investing need accurate information so that they are not trapped in adverse conditions. This information is used to find out variables that can affect stock price fluctuations. This study aims to determine the effect of EPS, ROE, ROA, and NPM on stock prices. This research was conducted by explanatory research method with a quantitative approach, where the data used in the form of secondary data. The population in this study were Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, which numbered 50 companies. The number of samples used was 21 companies with Purposive Sampling techniques. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the effect of EPS, ROE, ROA and NPM tested on stock prices shows that the value of tcount is (9,401> 1,984), (2,645> 1,984), (2,163> 1,984) and (0.009 <1,984) with the probability level significance with a significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that partially the EPS ROE variable and ROA have an influence on the stock prices of Property Companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. While the NPM variable has no influence on the stock prices of Property Companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Based on the F Test above, it shows that the Fcount is 31.581 while Ftable is 2.46 with a significance level ? = 0.05. From these data indicate that Fcount> Ftable (31.581> 2.46) and probability of significance 0.000 <0.05. Then H5 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that EPS (X1), ROE (X2), ROA (X3), and NPM (X4) variables simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on the share price of Property Companies and real estate.

Abstract

PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera is a company engaged in the field of public goods transportation services. The existing system is still manual, especially for recording bills, determining the allocation of goods in trucks, and making Bill Notes. To increase efficiency and effectiveness, a new computerized system is needed to accelerate the administration and billing processes that are accurate to the users of transportation services according to the needs of the company owner. The database used is Microsoft Access, while the application is created using the Visual Basic .NET programming language. The results achieved in the form of computer applications that are easy to operate because of its user-friendly appearance. After the application is complete, the service team conducts training for users at PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera. Abstract

Instrumen investasi pasti memiliki risiko yang menjadi pertimbangan bagi para investor. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis risiko yang ada para investor masih memiliki kemampuan yang relatif terbatas. Hal ini bisa mempengaruhi investor untuk mengambil keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi portofolio optimal saham dan besarnya proporsi dana pada masing-masing saham menggunakan pendekatan Shari’a Compliant Assets Pricing Model yaitu mengganti risk free dengan SBIS (Serifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah). Penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 17 saham yang tergabung dalam JII 30 secara berturut-turut pada tahun 2016−2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 9 saham yang masuk dalam portofolio optimal serta proporsi dana yang terbentuk yaitu: ICBP sebesar 21,30%, ADRO sebesar 15,67%, ASII sebesar 12,73%, UNTR sebesar 12,35%, INCO sebesar 10,95%, INDF sebesar 10,79%, UNVR sebesar 8,562%, TLKM sebesar 7,354%, dan KLBF sebesar 0,294%,

Abstract

The wireless networking application besides giving the simplicity in communication or data exchange, also has a weakness in security system. Every user's tools that connected to the wireless network must be ready towards the appearance of the destruction or attack, because wireless network doesn't have a clear defense track. On this research, monitoring sensor application based on Snort is being suggested as one of the solutions that can be used to help the network arrangement in monitoring the condition of the network and analyze every dangerous package that is in the network. Snort will detect the intruder and analyze the package that cross the network directly and recording into the data storage media. Monitoring sensor is using rule-base system that will detect every package based on the directions that has defined to the direction data collection. The result of the research shown every new data package that entry the sensor, so the change of the event's amount of the monitoring sensor will change automatically based on the admin's arrangements. More data that cross the sensor, can influence the activity from the server that shown by the slow response from the web server.

Abstract

Algoritma Partitioning Around Medoid dikenal dengan K-medoids. Algoritma K-medoids lebih cocok digunakan pada Dataset yang memiliki outlier. Karena K-medoids merupakan perbaikan dari algoritma K-means pada clustering yang kurang baik dalam menangani dataset yang memiliki outliers. Algoritma K-medoids menentukan pusat cluster berdasarkan perwakilan objek cluster yang disebut dengan medoid. Medoid adalah objek cluster yang terletak paling sentral, dengan jumlah jarak minimum ke titik lain. Untuk menutupi kelemahan metode K-medoids dalam menentukan jumlah k awal secara random digunakan metode elbow. Evaluasi kelayakan algoritma K-medoids dalam pembentukan klasterisasi dilakukan pengukuran terhadap silhouette coefficient dan Davies-Bouldin index.

Abstract

The decisions that managers in a company will take will affect firm value in their company. This decision consists of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy. The firm value determined not only the decisions taken but also the amount of profit earned. This research aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. The secondary data in this research was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the purposive sampling method, the sample selected was 11 manufacturing companies listed in the LQ45 index. The analysis technique used in this study were descriptive statistics and multiple linear regressions. The error rate used is 5%. The finding shows that investment decisions and profitability positively affect firm value, while dividend policy does not.
