Abstract

Kepolisian Resort Binjai merupakan kepolisian Binjai kota yang bertanggung jawab langsung melayani masyarakat binjai kota. Insitusi Polri yang mempunyai tugas pokok polri sebagai pemeliharaan keamanan, ketertiban masyarakat serta penegakan hukum untuk memberi perlindungan, pelayanan dan pengayoman kepada masyarakat. Terdapat suatu bentuk kejahatan virtual dengan memanfaatkan media komputer yang terhubung ke internet, dan mengeploitasi komputer lain yang terhubung dengan internet. Adanya lubang-lubang keamanan pada sistem operasi menyebabkan kelemahan dan terbukanya lubang yang dapat digunakan para hacker, cracker dan script kiddies untuk menyusup ke dalam komputer tersebut. Salah satu masalah yang timbul dalam sebuah sistem pengelompokan kejahatan elektronik ini adalah tidak diketahuinya jumlah dan keaadaan yang dominan ataupun minimum dari kasus pelanggaran yang terjadi dikota binjai. Maka dari itu suatu sistem penerapan yang dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan pengelompokan kejahatan elektronik sesuai UU ITE pada Polres Binjai Kota dengan menggunakan metode clustering. Dan dari keseluruhannya dapat di simpulkan dari hasil jenis kriteria usia, pelanggaran dan juga pasal yang dikenakan bahwa pelanggaran yang paling dominan terjadi yaitu Penyebaran Informasi Hoax dengan nilai 2,75 5,87 6,25 kemudian disusul dengan jenis kejahatan Pemerasan/Pengancaman dengan jumlah 3,57 3,42 3,14 serta pelanggaran yang minimum terjadi adalaj Konten pornografi yang bernilaikan sebesar 3,4 1 1.

Abstract

In this study, the process of applying the K-Means method will be carried out in classifying diseases in bahorok health center patients based on age. To simplify the process of managing a lot of data, the Bahorok Health Center needs a system in making decisions to find out the grouping of diseases based on the age of patients who are often affected by the disease at the Bahorok Health Center. The application of the K-Means Clustering method is a method used in data mining which works by finding and classifying data that have similar characteristics between one data and other data that has been obtained. As for the results. The results of the pattern analysis above From 20 data obtained 3 groups, it can be concluded as follows: Group 1 Centroid 1: (2.2 1.4 2.2) there are 5 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be seen that in cluster 1 group 1, the patients are children. Group 2 Centroid 2: (1 1,6 1,6) there are 3 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be concluded that in cluster 2, group 2 is an adult patient. Group 3 Centroid 3: (1,75 1,58 6) there are 12 data. Based on the above calculations, it can be concluded that in cluster 3, group 3 is the patient is the elderly. Keywords : K-Means, Diseases in Patients

Abstract

Family Planning is an action that helps individuals or married couples to get certain objects that are run by the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) of Binjai City. Intervention is an activity that is carried out systematically and planned to change the condition of a person, group of people or society that leads to improvement or preventing the worsening of a situation. To select priority areas of intervention for family planning activities which include problems such as the selection process which takes a long time and allows for human error, a web-based decision support system is needed which is built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Keywords : Decision Support System (DSS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Family Planning (KB), DPPKB Binjai City.

Abstract

Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a company engaged in clean water supply services, one of the goals of the establishment of PDAM is to meet the needs of the community for clean water, including the provision, development of facilities and infrastructure services, as well as clean water distribution. PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai as the person in charge of clean water needs in Binjai City installs water connection installations at customers' homes which usually come from the mountains then flows into rivers and is collected first in reservoirs and then distributed to customers' homes . PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai has experienced problems in handling the large number of applications for new connection installations. And to overcome these problems we need a method that can predict the number of new installations. Based on these conditions, PDAM Tirta Sari Binjai needs to create a system that can predict the number of installations of clean water lines that will come in the following days or months. The process of predicting the number of installations of clean water lines that will be carried out with a computerized system, one of the processes that can be done is the application of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the Backpropagation method. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the data training process and data testing on 2016 to 2020 data, the learning rate is 0.2; the maximun epoch is 10000 and the target error is 0.001, the result is that in 2021 the number of installations of clean water channels is 2,238 channels. Keywords: Backpropagation, Artificial_Syaraf_Network, Clean_Air_Channel

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency of train ticket counter services at Binjai Station through the use of Weibull service distribution-based queuing simulations. Long queues and excessive waiting times are often problems at many train stations, and this research aims to address these problems.This study collects queuing data from train ticket booths at Binjai Station over a certain period and analyzes them to identify existing queuing patterns. The Weibull service distribution was chosen as the appropriate model to describe the ticket counter service time, because this distribution has the flexibility to handle variations in service time well.   Queue simulation is carried out using simulation software that models the queuing process at the train ticket counter. Weibull distribution parameters are integrated into the simulation to predict service time at the ticket counter. In this simulation, various scenarios and strategies for improving service efficiency are evaluated to identify the best alternative that can be implemented at Binjai Station. The results of this study will provide guidance to the management of the Binjai train station in making decisions regarding increasing the efficiency of ticket counter services. By optimizing service time and reducing customer waiting time, it is expected to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of train stations.

Abstract

Dyslexia is a neurological disorder that affects a person's ability to read, spell, and understand words with a level of difficulty that is not in accordance with their level of intelligence or education. It is a lifelong condition that can affect the way the brain processes information related to reading and written language skills. This study uses the Naïve Bayes method. is a method that uses probability and statistical calculations. And the advantage of the Naïve Bayes classification is that this method only requires a small amount of training data to determine the parameter estimates needed in the classification process. The purpose of this study is to find out how to solve the diagnosis or problems arising from dyslexia in children made in an expert system using the Naïve Bayes method and to find out the results of making the system can replace an expert into a computer so that the diagnosis is easier and faster. The results of this study are by selecting the symptoms that occur in children according to what is experienced, the system can find out the child or patient can be diagnosed quickly according to consultation with a dyslexia expert.

Abstract

Teenagers are the age group from 10 years to before the age of 23 years. Adolescent health efforts aim to prepare adolescents to become healthy, intelligent, qualified and productive adults who play a role in maintaining, maintaining and improving their own health. In its grouping, cholesterol is included in the steroid group, which is a type of lipid that is not connected and is a fatty substance that has the property of not dissolving in the blood, which in the transportation process requires the help of protein to form particles which are usually called lipoproteins. Lipoprotein itself has several types, including LDL (low density lipoprotein), HDL (high density lipoprotein), triglycerides and total cholesterol. Dempster Shafer is the Dempster Shafer Method, also known as belief function theory. This method uses Belief, which is a measure of the strength of evidence in supporting a set of propositions. If the value is 0 (zero), it indicates that there is no evidence, and if the value is 1, it indicates that there is certainty. Based on the weight values ​​given by experts for each data on symptoms of cholesterol disease in adolescents, from the results of the analysis carried out in the previous chapter, the results of the diagnosis of cholesterol disease in adolescents were obtained, namely Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) disease with a density value of 73.81%.

Abstract

The decrease in an individual's interest in learning is caused by various factors. One of them is social factors which in some conditions cause individuals to feel inferior to continue their education to a higher academic realm. For some people, the farming profession is often underestimated, causing the social value of the farming profession to decline, causing the next generation of farmers to feel insecure to continue their education to a higher stage. From the test results on 24 samples of village data in the Pasar VIII Namo Terasi village office using the a priori method, it was found that there was 1 rule, namely If the parent's occupation is a civil servant and the income is above 4 million, the child will go to college with a supporting value of 20.8%, confidence value of 50%.

Abstract

Maintaining health is very important for life, especially during the current covid-19 pandemic. One of the protocols imposed by the government for people who are active in public spaces or open facilities is to check their body temperature. In this study, a design for preventing the initial transmission of covid-19 was made with an arduino-based body temperature which has an automatic door if the body temperature is above 37.30 the door will not open and if it is below normal the door will also not open. This tool for preventing the initial transmission of covid-19 uses the MLX90614 sensor to measure temperature in units of celsius (0c). Body temperature data is also displayed on the 16x2 (cm) lcd on the device. The test results of measuring body temperature are compared with a thermo gun. This automatic gate with arduino-based mlx90614 sensor measurement as a prevention tool for early covid-19 transmission is expected to be installed in public places that require inspections of people who will be active in the room, the operator can stand at the control desk so that there is no direct contact with the public .

Abstract

Tunas Pelita Binjai merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang terletak di Kota Binjai Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilakukan ini merupakan kerjasama antara STMIK Kaputama dengan SMK Tunas Pelita Binjai. Sasaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan Projek Penerapan Kurikulum merdeka Menggunakan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan masih banyak sekolah yang belum menggunakan aplikasi platform merdeka mengajar.
