Abstract

The purpose of the research is 1) identify the actual condition of the competitiveness of Kampa, Tumburano and Watuntinapi tourist destinations. 2) formulating priority scale of competitiveness development among Kampa, Tumburano and Watuntinapi tourism destinations. In the development of the tourism sector in particular, the Konawe Kepulauan regional government has synchronized Kampa, Tumburano and Watuntinapi tourism destinations as Kanopi tourist destinations. These three tourist destinations are the focus of the development of the Konawe Kepulauan regional government. This research was conducted descriptively qualitative and quantitative with spatial methods and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the results of the study concluded that the actual condition of competitiveness between Kampa tourism destinations, Tumburano tourist destinations, and Watuntinapi tourist destinations that are incorporated in the acronym Kanopi, surpassed by Kampa tourist destinations. Whereas the priority scale for developing the competitiveness of tourist destinations incorporated in the Kanopi acronym is Kampa tourism destinations as the main priority,  then followed by Tumburano turism destination, and last Watuntinapi tourist destination Keywords: AHP, tourist destination competitiveness, Kampa, spatial, Tumburano, Watuntinapi

Abstract

This research was aimed to indentify land cover change in coastal area of Kendari Bay in period 2003 to 2009. The satellite imagery data (Ikonos and Quick Bird) collected in 2003 and 2009 were used in this research to obtain the land cover change. The method used in this research was comparing the classification of satellite imagery. Field survey was conducted using handheld GPS for ground truth.  The result of this research showed us the land use change in period 2003-2009. Mangrove vegetation decreased 56.57 Ha and the fishpond also decreased 205.5 Ha. The primary forest decreased into 3.28 Ha in year 2009. The secondary forest also decreases 124.84 Ha. In the same time the urban area increased from 382.37 Ha in year 2003 to 674.37 Ha in 2009. The land use change also occured for the public space which increased from 6.49 Ha in 2003 to 18.46 Ha in 2009 or increased 11,97 Ha.

Abstract

This paper was aimed to analyse the effect of temporal decorrelation in carbon stocks estimation. Estimation of carbon stocks plays important roles particularly to understand the global carbon cycle in the atmosphere regarding with climate change mitigation effort. PolInSAR technique combines the advantages of Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) and Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) technique, which is evidenced to have significant contribution in radar mapping technology in the last few years. In carbon stocks estimation, PolInSAR provides information about vertical vegetation structure to estimate carbon stocks in the forest layers. Two coherence Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images of ALOS PALSAR full-polarimetric with 46 days temporal baseline were used in this research. The study was carried out in Southeast Sulawesi tropical forest. The research method was by comparing three interferometric phase coherence images affected by temporal decorrelation and their impacts on Random Volume over Ground (RvoG) model. This research showed that 46 days temporal baseline has a significant impact to estimate tree heights of the forest cover where the accuracy decrease from R2=0.7525 (standard deviation of tree heights is 2.75 meters) to R2=0.4435 (standard deviation 4.68 meters) and R2=0.3772 (standard deviation 3.15 meters) respectively. However, coherence optimisation can provide the best coherence image to produce a good accuracy of carbon stocks.

Abstract

Social media has become a platform for throwing issues at each other, which eventually make the community is invaded with various unclear and untrusted informations. Lack of awareness to create comfort and peaceful in the society through the use of healthy information encourages the present of this service program. Youth in RT 1 Kelurahan Mokoau as the main target of this activity should be able to be the driving force of information democracy, in fact they still have limited understanding in consuming and disseminating information as well as the ability to select and produce quality informations. The lack of ethics in using social media encourage the rise of fake news (hoaxes), hate speeches and bullies that currently become trend. For this reason, community service oriented activities would be the solution to the problem. This solution was implemented through training activities to shape partners' understanding and knowledge of the use of social media. After the training, there was a change in partners’ understanding and ability in knowing and identifying hoaxes, hate speeches and bullies in social media. Awareness in controlling the use of updates, shares, and likes features on social media began to grow. This activity was not only documented in video, but also published in online media. Through this service program, there comes a  social movement called healthy use of social media as a responsibility form in minimizing the misuse of information in the community with instagram account @antihoaxandhatespeech and facebook @antiHoax Bullying.

Abstract

Daerah penelitian terletak di daerah Wumbubangka, Kecamatan Rarowatu Utara, Kabupaten Bombana, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi jenis batuan metamorf dan fasies metamorfisme yang terdapat di daerah penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari studi pustaka, pengambilan sampel di lapangan,  analisis labroratorium serta interpretasi data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa litologi daerah penelitian umumnya terdiri dari sekis mukovit dan marmer. Sekis muskovit  memiliki tekstur berupa lepidoblastik, struktur schistose, sedangkan marmer memiliki tekstur sisa dan struktur non foliasi. Adapun komposisi  mineralnya terdiri dari kalsit, klorit, kuarsa, muskovit, biotit, glukofan dan mineral opak. Adapunfasies metamorfime batuan metamorf di daerah penelitianadalah fasies sekis hijau yang dicirikan dengan kehadiran mineral muskovit, klorit, biotit, kalsit dan kuarsa.Fasies sekis hijau ini diinterpretasikan terbentuk pada temperatur 300°C-500°C.

Abstract

Toko Buana Mart merupakan toko yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan bahan campuran yang menjual berbagai jenis barang atau produk serta kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan lainnya bagi konsumen. Dengan banyaknya jumlah data penjualan barang Buana Mart, pengelompokan jenis-jenis produk dapat digunakan untuk peningkatan stok pada produk secara tepat. Toko tersebut dalam memperkirakan stok penjualan barang masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jumlah barang yang akan dijual. Oleh sebab itu toko tersebut memerlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data dan memprediksi stok penjualan barang. Untuk memudahkan dalam mengelola dan memprediksi stok barang maka dibuat penelitian dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means dan metode Least Square. Algoritma K-Means merupakan salah satu algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengelompokan data yang memiliki kesamaan karakteristik. Metode Least Square merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses perhitungan prediksi menggunakan data deret berkala pada suatu waktu yang akan datang dibuat berdasarkan data pada periode sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuat suatu aplikasi pengolahan data dengan algoritma K-Means dengan mengelompokkan barang untuk peningkatan stok. Hasil prediksi menggunakan metode least square mempunyai error (tingkat kesalahan) yang diukur dengan MAPE sebesar 18,14%Kata kunci; K-Means Clustering, Prediksi, Least Square, Persediaan Barang

Abstract

Inventory or inventory management system is one of the problems often faced by the distributor company. Processing and analyzing data on the sale of goods at the company is very important to get an overview and information about inventory data in the coming period by using sales data in the previous period, then an application or system is made with the Data Mining field with one of its predictions with using the Polynomial Regression method. This system predicts by selecting products, orders and periods with prediction results of 324,076 for Indomie Goreng Spesial Jumbo products. After making a prediction, a forecasting test is carried out by calculating the error value and relative errors with the result of error value = 2,595 and relative error = 1.82%.Keywords— Forecasting, Polynomial Regression, InventoryDOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3255112

Abstract

Lansia adalah seseorang yang telah memasuki usia 60 tahun keatas, proses penuaan pada lansia terjadi seiring bertambahnya umur lansia yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan terkait aspek kesehatan, ekonomi maupun sosial. Dimana sering terjadi malnutrisi atau salah gizi, ketidak seimbangan antara mengkomsumsi makanan dengan asupan gizi yang di anjurkan sehingga tubuh lansia rentan terhadap penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan fuzzy dan SMART untuk pengukuran Antropometri dan menganalisis unjuk kerja sistem dalam pemberian rekomendasi makanan yang tepat untuk pemenuhan gizi lansia sistem dapat mengetahui kebutuhan gizi bagi lansia dengan memasukkan berat badan dan tinggi badan yang menggunakan pengukuran Antropometri untuk mengetahui status gizi dengan metode fuzzy. Dari Pengujian dapat diperoleh bahwa hasil rekomendasi makanan yang lebih baik untuk pemenuhan gizi lansia dengan menggunakan metode pembobotan dan perangkingan dari nilai alternatif SMART.Kata kunci; SPK, Fuzzy dan SMART, Antropometri, Android

Abstract

The Budget Plan is one of the main processes in a project because it is the basis for creating a budget framework to be issued. The Budget Plan is indispensable for calculating a building or project with the many costs required for materials and wages, as well as other costs associated with building or project implementation. For that required a careful calculations of the total cost of manufacture, volume of work, type of work, material prices and wage handyman in accordance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI).The results of research that has been done is an application that can facilitate user activity to plan the cost of housing construction. With the menus contained in this application can help users to prepare for the needs of what is needed if you want to build a residence such as materials, wage handyman and the price of materials.
