Abstract

As a Muslim majority country, it goes without saying that Indonesia protects the rights of Muslim consumers on risk free and halal food distribution. This doctrinal juridical approach aims to analyze the regulation of the safe and halal food consumers’ rights and their application to judicial decisions. The regulation of halal food distribution has provided a legal protection for the food consumers. The weakness of the regulation lies on the general criminal sanction without any specific minimum provision. A review of the court's verdict shows that the application of criminal sanction of the safe and halal food consumers’ rights violations is still inconsistent. This is an implication of the general criminal sanction which gives free space to law enforcement to apply minimum penalty. This condition causes potentially violated regulation by food business actors. Keywords: consumer protection, food distribution, judge's decision.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the challenges of Arabic teachers in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 and their demands in facing these challenges. The study used a qualitative approach with 20 Arabic teachers as respondents. In this study the data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews. To analyze the data, the researcher used the interactive technique of Miles and Huberman, while to test the validity of the data, the method of triangulation technique was used. The research showed that the Industrial Revolution 4.0 created various challenges for Arabic language teachers. These challenges are around the ability to cope with technology and the development of technology-based media and methods, the diverse conditions of students in learning the Arabic language, the poor condition of the Arabic language in some academic institutions, and the faith. These challenges require Arabic language teachers to master technology, develop their methodological competence, be creative and innovative, and upgrade the ability to cooperate with others, carry out scientific research, and strengthen the faith.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk memahami model pembelajaran Al-Qur’an bagi anak disleksia di  SD IT Abata Lombok; (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan anak disleksia dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an di SD IT Abata Lombok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SD IT Abata Lombok dengan alamat di Kota Mataram–NTB. Informan dalam penelitian adalah kepala. Adapun subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru Al-Qur’an, orang tua dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Al-Qur’an bagi anak disleksia dengan menggunakan pendekatan direct metode, repeatation dan kasih sayang yang tulus. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu Metode UMMI dan media yang digunakan dengan flash card serta sistem evaluasi terdiri dari evaluasi harian, kenaikan jilid dan evaluasi akhir. Dengan demikian ada peningkatan pemahaman anak disleksia SD IT Abata dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an; (2) kemampuan anak disleksia dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an di SD IT Abata Lombok sudah mencapai jilid I dan jilid IV. Sedangkan dalam hafalan Al-Qur’an anak disleksia di SD IT Abata sudah mencapai juz 30.Abstract:  The purpose of this study is (1) to understand the qur'anic learning model for dyslexic children in Abata Lombok IT Elementary School; (2) to describe the ability of dyslexic children in learning the Qur'an at Abata Lombok IT Elementary School. Research methods are used with qualitative approaches. While the type of research is descriptive research. The research site was conducted at Abata Lombok IT Elementary School with an address in Mataram–NTB City. The informant in the study is the head. The subject of the study consists of Qur'anic teachers, parents and students. Data collection in research is by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, presentation of data and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the study are (1) the application of the Qur'anic learning model for dyslexic children using a direct method approach, repeatation and sincere affection. The learning method used is the UMMI method and the media used with flash cards and evaluation systems consisting of daily evaluation, volume increase and final evaluation. Thus there is an increase in the understanding of dyslexic children of Abata IT Elementary School in the learning of the Qur'an; (2) The ability of dyslexic children in learning the Qur'an at SD IT Abata Lombok has reached volume I and volume IV. While in memorization of the Qur'an the dyslexic child in SD IT Abata has reached juz 30.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengukur persepsi mahasiswa tentang metode Jie Sam Soe pada pembelajaran kitab klasik. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan format penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang angkatan 2015 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Qiroatul Qutub I dan II. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert sebagai instrumen pengukuran data. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan untuk uji reliabilitas instrument menggunakan rumus alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rentang skala untuk menentukan kategori sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian yang sudah ditentukan. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Sebanyak 66% mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa metode Jie Sam Soe mudah untuk dipahami. 2) Sebanyak 85% mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa mampu menerapkan metode Jie Sam Soe dengan baik dan benar dalam pembelajaran kitab klasik. 3) Sebanyak 66% mahasiswa setuju bahwa pembelajaran kitab klasik adalah pembelajaran yang penting bagi mahasiswa PAI sebab mahasiswa dapat memahami kitab-kitab klasik berbahasa Arab tanpa harakat. 4) Sebanyak 69% mahasiswa memilih setuju dengan pernyataan bahwa tujuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kitab klasik ialah untuk melatih mahasiswa agar mampu membaca, memahami dan menelaah kitab-kitab berbahasa Arab dengan mudah.

Abstract

Integrasi kurikulum membuka peluang bagi peserta didik memahami berbagai permasalahan di lingkungan merekadengan berbagai pandangan. Integrasi kurikulum, peserta didik diharapkan mempunyai kompetensi dalam mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan memakai informasi yang ada di sekitarnya secara bermakna. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran secarah utuh tentang: integrasi kurikulum, model integrasi kurikulum, pelaksanaan pengembangan integrasi kurikulum. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya: Pertama, integrasi kurikulum di klasifikasi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni: integrasi kurikulum satu disiplin ilmu, integrasi kurikulum beberapa disiplin ilmu, integrasi kurikulum campuran. Kedua model integrasi kurikulum yaitu: fragmented, connected, nested, squenced, shared, webbed, threaded, integrated, immersed, networked. Ketiga, pelaksanaan pengembangan integrasi kurikulum bisa dilakukan beberapa langkah atau tahapan: melihat tujuan integrasi pembelajaran, klasifikasi pengintegrasian tema materi, pemaduan konsep dalam pembelajaran terintegrasi

Abstract

AbstractThis research discusses the influence of online gaming on the obedience of students at department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, especially in students of the class of 2017 and 2018. This research is based on the excessive intensity of online gaming that affects the obedience of student worship. This research is using field research, with a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling with 52 respondents. While data collection technique using questionnaire methods. The results of the correlation coefficient significant test using product moment correlation analysis the result was -0,276 < 0,279 < 0,361. The meaning is there is no positive and significant correlation between the intensity of online gaming to the obedience of students at the Department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang.Keywords: Online Games, Obedience to Worship

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teachers’ trends in teaching Arabic in elementary schools in terms of goal orientations and teaching techniques. The research data was collected from 52 Arabic teachers using a questionnaire and interviews. The data was analyzed using the interactive techniques of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that in relation to the goal orientation, the teachers give priority to the mastering of vocabulary (34.6 %), followed by speaking (25 %), reading (23.1 %), and the last is writing, listening, and translating (1.9 %). This fact indicated that their goal orientations have not led to the expected goals as stated in the curriculum. This study also shows that their techniques in teaching Arabic have various patterns based on their main goal orientations that did not follow the standard of teaching techniques as suggested by the Arabic education experts. The results of this study indicate that teachers’ lack of competence in teaching Arabic in elementary schools.

Abstract

The reality of Islamic Religious Education is that many problems still occur in schools today. Islamic Religious Education is often considered a boring subject and learning activity. Many factors can cause this, including the unprofessionalism of a PAI teacher or students who are less enthusiastic about studying religious knowledge. So, this study aims to find the problems of Islamic education and its solutions, especially in the quality of Islamic Religious Education teachers. The research method used is library research. The research results are that currently, the teacher is the bearer of the educational mission whose job is to teach based on specific scientific and academic qualities. Then, get material rewards from the state and or other education management parties in which the compensation is not by the energy expended. Several solutions can encourage efforts to improve the problems of these educators, namely (1) increased teacher work discipline and implementation of good learned plans through coached, trained, and workshops. (2) the government and the foundation where teachers serve should pay attention to the welfare of teachers, (3) teachers should study and practice to improve their abilities (4) PAI teachers should be teachers who have met the qualifications

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren or Islamic Boarding School has become a sub-culture of the Indonesian people, assimilated with the community. Islamic boarding school students and alumni have long participated in community activities. This article aims to explore the role of Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School in community development through education. This research was conducted using the ABCD approach. The results showed that the Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School could develop the community through education by building formal and non-formal institutions that were recognized by the government, so that the surrounding community could fulfill their needs, especially in the field of education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the discovery learning model as a form of innovation in learning that can be implemented after the Covid-19 pandemic along with its advantages and disadvantages. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The results of the research can be conveyed as follows: (1) the discovery learning model is a model for developing active student learning by discovering themselves, investigating themselves, then the results obtained will be loyal and long-lasting in memory, will not be easily forgotten by students; (2) this learning syntax is stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization; and (3) this discovery learning model has many advantages, besides that it also has disadvantages but it has more advantages so that this learning model is very good to be applied in PAI learning.
