Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM), earning per share (EPS) and operating profit margin (OPM) on the stock prices of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative research. Secondary data in this study is in the form of banking financial statements. The total population used in this study were 32 banking companies, and the samples that met the research criteria were eight banking companies listed on BEI. The analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, and OPM together have a significant effect on the stock prices of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). On the other hand, coefisiens of ROA, NPM and OPM have no significant effect on the Stock Price of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In contrast, ROE and EPS significantly affect the Stock Price of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Innovation is the key to success in an organization. Without organizational innovation will not develop, this innovation is intended to improve the performance of public services. Therefore, this study aims to determine the application public service innovation of licencing section in capital investment and integrated one door office of palopo city. The research method used in this study was qualitative research methods, with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from documents, interviews with research informants with a total of 8 people from the Investment Service and One Stop Services in Palopo City and service users representing. The results showed that the innovation of Online Services of Investment Services and One Door Integrated Services of Palopo City was an incremental innovation, but could provide more benefits to the user community. In addition, the implementation had not run optimally, because the people of Palopo were not ready for technology change, and the passive government socialization are the main obstacles in implementing this online system innovation. Therefore, cooperation from all parties is needed. The user community needs to be involved in assessing the government's innovation performance.

Abstract

Pasal 165 HIR/285 Rbg menyatakan bahwa akta autentik dapat dijadikan bukti yang lengkap. Pasal-pasal ini menyatakan akta autentik dapat dijadikan alat bukti yang sah dan sempurna menurut hukum. Namun dalam putusan Mahkamah Agung tidak diakui akta autentik yang dibuat oleh penggugat dan pihak tergugat di hadapan Notaris sebagai alat bukti yang sah. Penulisan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 3002 K/Pdt/2015, alasan hakim yang membatalkan akta autentik yang telah dibuat oleh kedua belah pihak, dan pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan Putusan Nomor 3002 K/Pdt/2015 berdasar asas keadilan, kepastian, dan kemanfaatan hukum. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini merupakan penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 3002 K/Pdt/2015 yang menyatakan akta autentik tersebut tidak sah menurut hukum adalah kurang tepat. Seharusnya akta tersebut dapat dijadikan alat bukti yang sah karena akta pernyataan yang dilakukan oleh kedua belah pihak di hadapan notaris telah memenuhi syarat sah perjanjian sesuai dengan pasal 1320 KUH Perdata. Hakim dalam pemberian putusannya kurang memperhatikan penerapan asas keadilan, kepastian dan kemanfaatan hukum. Disarankan agar hakim dalam memberikan putusannya dapat lebih memperhatikan kekuatan akta autentik sebagai alat bukti yang sah dan memberikan putusan yang seimbang dan harmonis agar tercipta keadilan pada kedua belah pihak yang berperkara.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only resulted in a public health crisis but has had a sugnificant impact on all aspects of life. Small and medium industry is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This sector has experienced a significant impact. The condition of small and medium industries in the midst of a pandemic contineus to experience a decline in capacity, ranging from production capacity to a decrease in income. The existence of small and medium industries in Indonesia is very important because they tend to be better at absorbing a productive workforce, can achieve productivity through investment and technological change, and have an advantage in terms of flexibility. Facing a pandemic, small and medium industry players are required to change their way of thingking, mental attitude, and strategy to maintain their existence in this mass pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic also requires small and medium industry players to equip themselves with new skills and innovations, which is no less important to prepare business sustainability measures so that they can survive or improve their business existence. During the pandemic, most of the small and medium industry players tried to survive by carrying out a number of strategies. This study aims to determine the strategies of small and medium apparel industry players in the city of Pekanbaru in maintaining the existence of their business, whether by using an online marketing system, product innovation, and building partners can increase the existence of the apparel industry business in the city of Pekanbaru. Primary and secondary, with a total of 78 business actors as respondents. Data collection using queationnaires and direct interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of online marketing systems and building partners to be able to maintain business existence has not been implemented by business actors, business actors are more innovating their product to survive in this covid-19 pandemic era.Keywords: Online Marketing System, Product Innovation, Building Partners, Business Existence, and Small and Medium Industries

Abstract

Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.

Abstract

This program aims to introduce the world of computing to guardians, and teaches them to have the choice to prepare. Young people face the rapid progress of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide preparation skills and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Starting from this problem, then, at that time, what do guardians of Islamic boarding school students need to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the world? Computerization is developing Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is the capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtue in children. This work must be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah terhadap layanan pembiayaan di bank syariah di Makassar. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan di sektor perbankan syariah, memahami elemen-elemen yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan nasabah menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan retensi nasabah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan metode Kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada nasabah di Bank Syariah Makassar . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor utama yang signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah, antara lain kualitas layanan, kejelasan informasi produk, sikap karyawan, serta kemudahan proses pembiayaan. Selain itu, aspek spiritualitas dan nilai-nilai syariah juga memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk persepsi nasabah terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, bank syariah perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan, pelatihan karyawan, dan penyampaian informasi yang lebih transparan mengenai produk pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan di bank syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the consolidated statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. At PT Mayora Indah Tbk, exchange rate fluctuations have a major influence on financial statements, this can happen because of the influence of global commodity prices where subsidiaries are located abroad, third party cooperation for export sales, loans and also the cost of purchasing the main raw materials for the company's production. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where the object of research is PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Collecting data and information using library research methods and PT Mayora Indah Tbk data taken from the annual consolidated financial statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. The results showed that the treatment of foreign exchange and foreign currency differences at PT Mayora Indah Tbk, is in accordance with the applicable PSAK.
