Abstract

Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan meneliti perilaku manusia dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan, bertemu dan berinteraksi secara intensif dengan subjek penelitian dan menjadi bagian dari dinamika kehidupan subjek. Kebenaran yang ditemukan, murni berasal dari lapangan, bukan berasal dari kesamaan dengan teori-teori yang baku. Problem Based Learning (PBL) digunakan sebagai strategi dalam melakukan interaksi dengan mahasiswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian dengan taksonomi ranah kognitif Bloom  menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah mampu menjadi wirausaha,  dengan mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha diharapkan dapat dipergunakan oleh dosen pengampu dalam menyusun RPS sebagai acuan dalam capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa dan pengembangan ranah afektif dan psikomotorik.Kata Kunci : problem based learning, taksonomi ranah bloom, kewirausahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali informasi lebih banyak sebagai sebagian bahan kajian dan melalui blended metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif analisis terhadap customer segmen, value proposition, dan channels terhadap keputusan pembelian pada industri roti di Kabupaten Jember. Pemanfaatan platform teknologi digital pada industry roti manis sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran yang diharapkan hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi kualitas keputusan pembelian secara modern melalui wanita, netizen.dan multi channels yang dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh customer segmen, value proposition, danchannels. Terdapat 60 responden dan informan sebagai sumber data yang menjadi pelanggan dari industri roti di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan seorang Kepala Desa bisa dibuktikan dengan hasil kinerja, yang bisa dilihat (tangible) dan dirasakan (intangible) tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil kinerja yang dideskripsikan secara kualitatif dan dikuantifikasi dengan uji statistik t hitung dengan hipotesis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pola komunikasi terhadapa kinerja Pemerintahan Desa Paleran, metode mix method dalam analisis menghasilkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan pola komunikasi Kepala Desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintahan Desa Paleran. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa blue ocean leadership menjadi bagian dari Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui IFAS dan EFAS yang akan menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman Bumdes Karya Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengkaji kondisi objek alam. Berdasarkan Matriks IE, posisi Bumdes Karya Mandiri berada pada kuadran IV. Jika dilihat dari tanda bintang, Bumdes Karya Mandiri menempati posisi IV. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap alternatif strategi perusahaan yang telah diperoleh, peneliti dan manajemen berdiskusi untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran di Bumdes Karya Mandiri yang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi serta tujuan dari Bumdes Karya Mandiri. Strategi pemasaran antara lain Mempertahankan promosi penjualan serta megembangkan iklan dan interaktif marketing dengan konsumen melalui media social, Merancang program-program kegiatan dengan masayarakat sekitar Desa Balung Kulon dan mempererat kerja sama antara mitra kerja, Meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan mengikut sertakan karyawan ke dalam acara – acara seminar dan pelatihan kerja, Meningkatkan desain produk dan periklanan semenarik mungkin melalui media sosial, guna menigkatkan penjualan, Mengadakan kegaiatan event marketing yang menarik untuk menjalin hubungan dengan konsumen Bumdes Karya Mandiri untuk kemudian diperkenalkan melalui media social. Untuk mengetahui gambaran strategi perusahaan berdasarkan rumusan IFAS dan EFAS pada tabel yang dihitung dalam Matriks IE internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

BUMDes currently has a role in increasing economic activity in rural areas in the leasing business, microfinance services. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at BUMDes Pontang Village, Ambulu District, and Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Pontang Ambulu Village Owned Enterprises, totaling 41 employees, all of whom were used as samples (saturated sampling). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. Validity test and reliability test were also used to test the research questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that a leadership style that can set an example to subordinates has an effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive impact on the performance of employees of Pontang Ambulu Village-Owned Enterprises, Jember.

Abstract

Loyalty is very important because the health center (Puskesmas) is a primary healthcare facility that provides basic services, both for patients enrolled in the BPJS Kesehatan program and for the general public. Patient loyalty depends on the implementation of customer relationship management and the creation of customer bonding, which will foster patient satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of customer relationship management and customer bonding on loyalty mediated by satisfaction. The research population consists of all patients visiting the health center from January to December 2024. The number of respondents is determined using Slovin's formula, totaling 100 individuals. The method used is partial least squares for analyzing the outer model and inner model tests. The results of the direct influence tests indicate that: CRM has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, customer bonding has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, CRM has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty, customer bonding has a positive but not significant effect on patient loyalty, and patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. The indirect effect test shows that patient satisfaction plays a positive and significant role in strengthening the influence of CRM on patient loyalty, and patient satisfaction also plays a positive and significant role in strengthening the influence of customer bonding on patient loyalty.

Abstract

Manajemen kewirausahaan merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh individu yang memiliki bakat, kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam menciptakan, mengelola, serta mengembangkan sebuah usaha. studi ini berfungsi guna menghitung sampai mana peran minat, kreativitas, dan koneksi memengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM makanan di Desa Sumberejo. teknik yang dipakai didalam studi ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 77 anggota UMKM makanan. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi peran minat (X1), kreativitas (X2), koneksi (X3), serta keberhasilan usaha (Y). Perolehan sampel dilaksanakan dengan purposive sampling, yakni menyeleksi responden yang dianggap paling relevan dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Hasil dari studi menandakan bahwasannya minat, kreativitas, dan koneksi mempunyai dampak kesuksesan UMKM makanan di Desa Sumberejo.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial management is a process that involves the ability of individuals to create, manage, and develop businesses effectively in order to survive and compete in the midst of dynamic market changes. In this context, interest, creativity, and connections are important factors that can drive the success of a business, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of interest (X1), creativity (X2), and connection (X3) on business success (Y) in food MSME actors in Sumberejo Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The main instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of respondents in this study was 77 people, who were selected using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria such as the length of business and the type of food products produced. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results of the study show that the variables of interest, creativity, and connection simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses. Thus, MSME actors who have a high interest in entrepreneurship, are able to create product innovations, and have a wide network of relationships, tend to have a greater chance of achieving business success. This research suggests the need for entrepreneurship training that not only focuses on the technical aspects of production, but also the development of soft skills and social networks. Thus, the empowerment of MSMEs in rural areas will be more optimal and sustainable. These findings are expected to be a reference for village governments, training institutions, and other related parties in formulating strategies to strengthen MSMEs in rural areas.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the main pillars of the Indonesian economy, including in Balung District, Jember Regency, which in recent years has shown growth in the number of business units and the level of digital technology adoption. However, the increase in business quantity and the digitalization process has not been fully accompanied by optimal improvements in business performance. Most MSMEs in Balung still face various obstacles, particularly in understanding market dynamics, demonstrating an adaptive entrepreneurial attitude, and managing their businesses with effective strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and marketing capabilities on MSME business performance in Balung District. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was all 7,304 MSMEs in Balung District, while the research sample was determined at 100 respondents through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on MSME business performance. Meanwhile, marketing capabilities, although positive, were not statistically significant. These findings indicate that the ability to understand consumer needs, be innovative, proactive, and take risks are more crucial factors in improving business performance than purely technical marketing skills. The implication of this research is the need for strategies to strengthen market orientation and entrepreneurship through comprehensive coaching, training, and facilitating access to market information, product innovation, and business management. This research is also expected to serve as a reference in policy formulation and further research on MSME performance in the local context.

Abstract

Objective: This article reviews the effect of waiting time, friendliness of officers, and competence of officers on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. Method: The method of writing this scientific article is with qualitative methods and literature studies. Results: The results of this literature review article are as follows: (1) Waiting time has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. (2) Competence of officers has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center. Novelty: This study provides insights into the relationship between waiting time, officer competence, and customer satisfaction at Mayang Health Center, contributing to the understanding of service quality in healthcare facilities.
