This study aims to evaluate education programs head of Indonesia Republic Bank (BRI) Unit head in Pekanbari Regional Office at BRI Corporate University Padang. The study conducted for six months (October 2015 up to March 2016) using CIPP evaluation model. The results showed that educational programs of head of BRI Unitis already well underway in accordance with the educational programs that have been compiled. Nevertheless, it is necessary to evaluate on the improvement of the competence of the Head of BRI in the workplace after attending the educational process and the impact of education programs to the banking business. Recommendations are given for the improvement of the education programs is to revise the Instructional Systems Design so that the effectiveness of the educational program after participants return to their bases can be evaluated. The goal of the organization is to improve teachers on Teachers Professional Commitment Vocational High School Business Management Group Special Province of Jakarta, which is already running. In practice, the commitment of Profession in Vocational High School Teacher Business Group Management Special Province of Jakarta influenced Training, Competency Pedagogic and Self Determination. Issues to be addressed in this study is the effect of training, Pedagogic Competence and Self Determination of the Commitment to Profession in Vocational High School Teacher Business Group Management Special Province of Jakarta. The methodology used is survey research that tries to create a picture of systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts and the properties on a specific object. The sample used 109 teachers. In conclusion, the effect of training, Pedagogic Competence and Self Determination strong, it will create a Commitment to Profession in Vocational High School Teacher Business Group Management Special Province of Jakarta good. While the implications of their training, Pedagogic Competence and Self Determination is good, then it will create a Commitment to organization in Vocational High School Teacher Business Group Management Special Province of Jakarta reliable. Recommendations need to increase training, Pedagogic Competence and Self Determination that commitment Teachers organization in Vocational High School Business Management Group Special Province of Jakarta will be Optimized. Pesantren is one of a model of Islamic education in Indonesia to continue to exist until now, thus remain interesting to study. Pesantren future must be able to compete with other educational institutions to restructure management in line with the development and needs of the times. This article peeling pattern implementation of school based management (SBM) in PondokPesantren La TansaLebakBanten.With the case study method that takes the focus of School-Based Management (SBM), researchers found that, (1) the curriculum management that integrated curriculum between the Curriculum Department of Education and Curriculum Pesantren; (2) the management of educators, (3) the student management is divided into two channels, namely 'teaching path' and 'parenting path' (4) the financial management is managed by LKMS La TansaMandiri, (5) the management of facilities and infrastructure, (6) the school and community relationship management, (7) the management of special services include; libraries, laboratories, health, dormitories, boarding schools and business units, and (8) the management of monitoring and evaluation is forming the a special team in which includes principals, teachers council, and the teaching section. All the management mentioned above is managed through the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM). The objective of this research is to measure the effect degree of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of the principles of public high school in Jakarta. The research was done from November to December 2016. The data were collected from the principles that selected as a respondent, through the questionnaires. This research consist of 90 principles as asample of 116 of the total population around Jakarta province. The amount of 90 samples decided based on the proportional random sampling technique. Then, the data calculated using path analysis.The result of the study shows: 1) there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on OCB (p41) was 0,221. 2) the positive effect of job satisfaction on OCB also able to be seen from the value of path coefficient (p42) in the amount of 0,205. 3) organizational commitment as shown in the path coefficient amount (p43) was 0,212, it indicated a positive effect on OCB. 4) the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution. The amount of path coefficient (p31) was 0,253. 5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment (p32) as big as 0,237 of path coefficient. 6) organizational justice variable indicated a positive influenced on job satisfaction (p21), with the amount of path coefficient 0,286. Finally, it is recommended for public educational institution to boost the whole components in education field to do the best for it organization. Especially for the principles must behave that showed helpful, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy and Civic Virtue Keywords: work ethic, team chracteristics, organizational justice, and, job performance

This study aims to find out and get an idea of character education management (a case study in the Elementary School Penyengat Island). This study used a qualitative approach to the method used in the form of case studies. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data sources, where researchers use people and documents as data sources. Data collection techniques used in the research were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in the study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Based on the research results as follows: 1) For the planning of moral education in primary schools Penyengat Island has gone well from the aspect of curriculum planning, teaching staff and infrastructure. 2) For the organization of moral education in Penyengat has gone well from the aspects of organizing the curriculum, teaching staff and infrastructure. 3) For the implementation of character education in Penyengat been running with good views of aspects of the implementation of the curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and student character education in public primary schools Penyengat Island. 4) For the supervision of moral education in Penyengat been running with good views of oversight of curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and student character education in public primary schools Penyengat Island. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of family culture, conflict management, tolerance and inter-religious harmony to the stability of people's lives. This study uses survey (survey research), the research aims to identify and determine the position of instantaneous variables (status quo variable) based on the data available at the time, and the relationship between the variables studied. The population in this study are all people of the city of Batam, while While the research targets are religious leaders who are members of Harmony Faith Dialog Forum (FKUB) in Batam that at the time of the study the total number is 300 people and the sample have as many as 172 people , The results showed that the stability of people's lives are directly affected family culture, conflict management, and inter-religious harmony. The study also found inter-religious harmony is directly affected family culture, conflict management, and tolerance. The study also found that tolerance is directly influenced by family culture and conflict management. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes or variations that occur in the family culture, conflict management, and inter-religious harmony results in the increase in the stability of people's lives. Therefore, the stability of people's lives, family culture, conflict management, and inter-religious harmony can be used as guidelines in making strategic planning to the stability of people's lives.

The aim of this research is to find out the extent of implementation process about Educational Operating Cost (EOC) at Public Vocational High School in North Jakarta consists of; (1)rationality which underlying Public Vocational High School in North Jakarta (2) stages (3)the main contents implementation of budget policy of Educational Operating Cost. (4) budget policy and (5) the impact of the implementation of Educational Operating Cost policy.This research uses qualitative methods with observation, interview and documentation. In this case the right approach and considered applicable is to use Countenance of Robert E. Stake because this model is considered to provide an overview in the beginning of evaluation results to the evaluation criteria of policy implementation. Stake stressed that there is two basic activities in the evaluation of Description and Judgement which emphasizes three stages such as; Antecedents (Context), Transaction (Process), Outcomes (Output), as this model has more advantages than the other methods.The research carried out at Public Vocational High School in North Jakarta consisting of 8 (eight) schools. The impact of expected implementation policy evaluation is : School can implement message contents of Government Rule Number. 34/2015 which generally aims to fund education operational activity in order to implement compulsory education 12 years. to complement the needs of teaching and learning activities, to maintain educational facilities, and to improve the management of the school administration.
