Abstract

Wages are a very important element in manpower activities because the main purpose of working people is to get wages or salaries which will be used to meet daily needs. The hourly wage system for workers in the Province affects the wages received by workers. The research objective is to create a cluster model of the hourly wages of workers in Indonesia by region. The data used in the mapping is data on workers' hourly wages for 2017-2018, which are managed by the Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated as BPS). The technique used is clustering with the k-means method, which is part of data mining. This process uses two cluster labels, namely the high wage cluster (C1) and the low wage cluster (C2), with a maximum Davies Bouldin value of 0.490. The research results were obtained from 34 regions in Indonesia, twenty-seven provinces were in the low category cluster (C2), and seven provinces were in the high category (C1). This can be used as input for the provincial government to make policies on hourly wages in Indonesia that have an impact on the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Academic information system is a system that is urgently needed by universities to manage academic business processes. State Polytechnic of Creative Media implements SIAM as Student Information Academic System. SIAM being developed has the advantage of being able to convey more detailed information. In addition, SIAM has implemented the SSO (Single Sign On) system where this technology is in great demand, especially in very large and heterogeneous networks. In this research Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) methods used to conduct usability test. SUMI is a rigorously tested and proven method of measuring software quality from the end user's point of view. The analysis results from SUMI will be used to improve the development of the academic system life cycle.

Abstract

This study describes the use of mobile learning technology for students at the elementary school level. There are many educational applications, so researchers want to know whether these applications are needed for education. In this study, in order to understand how students, understand the use of educational applications that can be used on mobile devices, a qualitative method is used. Researchers in this case also use data collection techniques by conducting semi-structured interviews with students and elementary school students who use cellular technology in learning activities. The children said that using instructional apps had helped them improve their skills. When they work in groups, they develop relational and communication skills. On the other hand, there are some students who do not see the value or convenience of using educational apps on their mobile devices. The result of this research is the application of arithmetic and storytelling helps children improve their cognitive abilities. At the same time, when they interact with others, this activity stimulates them and offers emotional benefits. Use Study participants demonstrated a wide range of learning skills and capacities, as demonstrated by this study. Finally, this work offers new possibilities for future research in this exciting field.

Abstract

In the process of evaluating employee performance, the company has established standard operating procedures. Of the many standards, it is difficult for management to give weight to each standard. Therefore, a decision-making system is needed to improve company performance and productivity. Human resources must be able to improve employee performance. Professional knowledge or ability. The current appraisal problem, including the employee performance appraisal process, is still using the traditional and not yet accurate method. The research was conducted using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of this study indicate that by using the SAW method, management is more likely to pay attention to employee performance evaluation, and is more organized and efficient in evaluating employee performance.

Abstract

There are relatively many Indonesian fairy tales that are spread in the community, have characters with good and evil temperaments. Usually take folk tales about teaching goodness, behaving smartly, and being able to distinguish between good and bad. Also teaches children not to be arrogant, insulting other people. The learning process is usually in the delivery of material using only pictures, dolls, or videos that are commonly seen by children. Conventional media used for learning reduce children's enthusiasm. On this occasion, to answer the problem of media that is less attractive to children by using Augmented Reality (AR), because it can help visualize abstract concepts so that it can be used for understanding the image object and the structure of an object model. results of making applications using Augmented Reality, assessed from the aspects of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, technological, and the benefits of getting good interpretation results.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of parents in efforts to enhance early childhood learning using interactive digital media. This study aims to understand the extent to which parents' participation influences children's development in the digital era. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through in-depth interviews with parents and observations of children's interactions with interactive digital media. The results highlight the importance of parents' role in directing children's digital media use, facilitating purposeful learning, and building a healthy relationship between children and technology. The findings provide insights into how parents can play a key role in supporting early childhood education through interactive digital media, thus making a positive contribution to early childhood learning in today's digital age.

Abstract

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 impact not only the industrial sector but also the education sector .Partner devotion to the competitive it is a primary school teacher s najwa .Located at the primary school s najwa rengas marelan island in medan .This school has 60 10 teachers and students .For pandemics , policy learning in schools run face to face and turns , it was because the teachers do not have the capacity to media in designing creative learning for learning online .However , the quality of students continue to decline because of the short duration of study .Sehinggapermasalahan faced partner is human resources teachers who do not have the ability in terms of the use of technology and information especially design learning media , make the decreasing quality of student learning and interest The solution offered is giving training, teaching materials and design provide training to make video, ajar and provide training to make the evaluation of the learning process.A method to be implemented with the way of making speeches and practice of, with every 1 kind of training conducted 4x 2 hours meeting for 1 months. Through devotion for the public was teachers knowledge, the skill and partner and improve learning from these students discerned from learning outcomes.

Abstract

Partners for this Community Service program are the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group/Community, which has 20 members. From the results of discussions with SME partners, it was agreed to solve problems: knowledge related to entrepreneurship, printing/screen printing skills, creativity in screen printing processing that has sales power, building various designs, engineering digital devices, how to do services and trading online systems. Based on the explanation above, in dealing with the difficulties faced by the Pematang Johar souvenir SME Group, it was mutually agreed on the need to provide knowledge and motivation to the SME Group about the importance of entrepreneurship for the future. printing/screen printing skills training. Provide training on t-shirt screen printing production techniques in a comprehensive manner. Facilitate the tools needed for training. screen printing processing creativity that has selling power. create various types of designs using computer applications. use of digital tools. and seeking services and commerce online and using social media.
