Abstract

ABSTRAK- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Kerinci terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling. Sedangkan jenis non probability sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persamaan regresi  Y =  7,696  + 0,660 X1 + 0,080 X2. Nilai t tabel  adalah 2,032 untuk penelitian ini (α = 5%). Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai t hitung 4,998, dan variabel kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai t hitung 0,625, yang berarti faktor kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh  signifikan  dan  memiliki  arah  hubungan  positif sedangkan kinerja karyawanberpengaruh  tidak signifikan.  Selain  itu,  uji  F  menunjukkan  nilai  Fhitung15,302  sedangkan  nilai  Ftabel   4,139,  yang  berarti  secara  bersama-sama/simultan  variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Kerinci berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.  Kata kunci :Kualitas Pelayanan, Kinerja karyawan dan Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

This research was to determine the effect of carrier development and motivation, on employees work at Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Kerinci, both in partial and simultant. This research is using likert scale and double linear regression analysis as the analytical methods. The samples that used in this research is about 41 people and it is the population also. The result from this research is carrier development and motivation is significantly had the effect on employees work at Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten kerinci. In conclusion, the company need to improve activities that can educate their employees.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis dampak pengembangan karir dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Kerinci baik secara parsial dan simultan, dan juga untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan, dengan menggunakan alat analisis Skala Likert dan Analisis Regresi linear berganda, jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 41 orang yang juga merupakan jumlah seluruh populasi pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Kerinci, hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah baik secara parsial maupun simultan variable pengembangan karir dan motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, simpulan yang didapatkan melalui penelitian ini adalah, perlunya peningkatan kegiatan-kegiatan pembinaan bagi pegawai, seperti bimbingan teknik, rapat koordinasi dsb.

Abstract

This research -Research influence of leadership and characteristics of employees on work performance of employees, the study was conducted in the transportation department, communication and informatics Kerinci district. In this study used data collection method is the method of library research and field research. In this study, the samples are civil servants in the transportation department, communication and informatics Kerinci district. Used Test Validity and Test Reliability in this study and also using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneous leadership and employee characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of employees. Variables of leadership and the characteristics of each employee has a significant influence on employee job performance variable. Judging from the partial determination coefficient (r2) is known the influence of leadership on the performance of employees is equal to 0.869 or 86.90%. The amount of influence the characteristics of employees on work performance of employees is equal to 0.821 or 82.11% .variable leadership is the most dominant influence variable to variable work performance of employees at the Department of Communication and Information Kerinci.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in the office of Gunung Kerinci regency with performance of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a full sampling as many as 17 people. Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant leadership and environment work have a positive and significantinfluence with performance of employee. The implies that played as important roleleadership and environment work (individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance of employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan antara Transformational Leadership dan Organizational Capital terhadap Knowledge Management, dan jika hubungan ini ada serta untuk meneliti apakah Knowledge Sharing memiliki peran mediasi pada hubungan ini. Pentingnya dan kontribusi yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara Transformational Leadership dan Organizational Capital, dan untuk memberikan perspektif baru kepada pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci dan untuk berkontribusi pada studi ilmiah sebelumnya tentang variabel-variabel ini dalam cara yang konstruktif. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dari paket software statistik AMOS Versi 22 dalam model dan pengkajian hipotesis. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Transformational Leadership secara langsung mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik terhadap Knowledge Management, dan apa bila Transformational Leadership tersebut melalui Knowledge Sharing justru akan memperlemah Knowledge Management pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Sedangkan Organizational Capital secara tidak langsung melalui Knowledge Sharing mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik terhadap Knowledge Management, dalam arti bahwa Organizational Capital melalui Transformational Leadership dapat memperkuat Knowledge Management pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of economic growth, investment, inflation rate, and unemployment to the level of poverty in Jambi Province in 2010-2019. The method used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi Province. The study results by testing the partial regression coefficient showed that investment has a significant influence on poverty levels in Jambi Province. While, economic growth, inflation rate, unemployment had no effect on poverty level in Jambi Province. The effect of investment on poverty level is negative, which means that if investment increases then poverty level will decrease. Furthermore, simultaneous results indicate that together with economic growth, investment, inflation rate, unemployment had no effect on poverty level in Jambi Province. This implies that economic growth, investment, inflation, and unemployment in Jambi Province can not reduce poverty. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that Investment should be in favor of the interests. Although the inflation rate does not affect the level of poverty but the government must keep control and maintain the inflation rate. Economic growth should still be spurred by growth. The unemployment rate should be lowered each period

Abstract

Historical roles and involvement have placed youth as a strategic group with significant social transformation. Globalization and modernization give birth to cultural imitations among youth, by assuming they are more proud of the false identity or imitation culture they perceive in their daily lives. In the end, the identity of the locality is lost and threatened to lose its transformative character in the life of the nationThat is, the identity of nationalism and the pioneering character of youth is reexamined. Globalization should be a source of inspiration to make future changes. The free market era will create a form of injustice in the equity of the economy because the stronger will be stronger and the weaker will become weaker. In this condition, the creative economy can be used as one of the solutions in facing the competitive level, so that the level of competition is not only determined by how big process of production process level but also creativity aspect and innovation start to play a very important role besides technology factor provide a strong influence on the development of creative economy. Exploring the cultural richness and natural beauty of this country to be the choice of the nation's creative industry sector is expected to be extremely remarkable by combining the strength of local cultural values with the demands of global needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menelaah peran dari kepuasan nasabah dalam memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, dan religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Tapan sebanyak 110 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode convenience sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi SMART PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. Sedangkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah maupun loyalitas nasabah. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa keberadaan variabel kepuasan nasabah dapat memediasi pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sedangkan pada pengaruh antara religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah tidak menimbulkan efek mediasi.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs is essential to encourage the wheels of the nation's economy, so the government has to participate in the progress of SMEs. The fact found is that most of the MSMEs still do their financial records traditionally, and the level of awareness still needs to be higher on the importance of business financial statements. They are only armed with the knowledge and expertise they have, so they are still untouched by the media (application) tools in financial management. Likewise, with the implementation of marketing at the MSE. This activity aims to improve the ability of Batik Incung Subala SMEs actors to apply SI-APIK in managing financial reports and using digital marketing to promote their products.
