Abstract

Static routing is a Router that has a static routing table that is configured manually by network administrators. Static routing is the simplest routing setting that can be done on a computer network. IP Addresss version 6 is the latest version in Internet protocol based computer networking protocol, which was created to provide solutions to the main problems in IPv4, namely the limitation of addressing capacity. IPv4 is only able to reach as many as 4 octets with each octet maximum of 255 pieces of computer in it, so it can be said that for all computers currently able to handle numbers of 4 billion. In IPv6 there are 16 Octet with one octet capable of loading maximum 255 pieces of computers and other connected devices that can be accommodated is about 3.4 trillion. Therefore the authors will conduct a comparison study analysis of the use of IPv4 and IPv6 to see the performance of both in the implementation of static routing, parameters in the test Throughput, Delay and Packet loss. Abstract

Panti Sosial Bina Daksa Budi Perkasa Palembang, is one of the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic Indonesia, which handles issues for persons with disabilities, the principal task of carrying out physical development, mental, social, vocational training, and re-socialization and further training. Beneficiary assessment system (client) used still manual. Yet there is a computerized system that was built specifically to manage the value of potential beneficiaries. It required a special system that can calculate the results of an assessment of the potential beneficiaries FMADM method. FMADM chosen method because this method determines the weight values for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. With this system can help section of the rehabilitation staff in selecting beneficiaries and help section chief in determining who the beneficiaries will get service restored.

Abstract

Automation and Digital Library System at Bina Darma University has been used since 2006 until now, but from the initial study was conducted using this system to get different responses from users. Automation system greatly assist the process of administrative activities in the library of the Bina Darma University. But if the performance of this system has been accepted by all users? Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the issue. By using the model of Human Organization Technology in this study is in getting the results of more than 80% said strongly agree with the performance of automation systems and between the variables of Human, Organization and Technology together no correlation to the performance of the automation system. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavior intention Lecturers and students in the use of e-Learning. The method used to determine the factors that influence behavior intention towards e-learning system Bina Darma of University is to make use of methods of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). In this study the variables that influence behavioral intention of using e-learning system consists of three variables, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) as independent variables while the behavioral intention of using e-Learning as a relevant variable. The results of this study indicate that both the independent variables PU and PEOU influencing variable associated with a value of 29.8% to 86.0% for students and faculty, while the rest is the influence of other factors. Abstract

The Social Service Office of Palembang City is a government institution that is responsible for carrying out development in the field of social welfare, which covers all programs and activities that are intended to realize, foster and maintain, restore and develop social welfare carried out together as the responsibility of the government and society. In conducting data processing to determine the capable and underprivileged people as recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) with a process that takes a long time, given the large number of population data to be selected, especially in the city of Palembang. Then it can be raised into the research, namely "Implementation of Data Mining for Healthy Indonesia Cards for the Underprivileged Community Using the Clustering Method". Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan pembangunan di bidang kesejahtraan sosial, yang mencakup semua upaya program dan kegiataan yang ditunjukan untuk mewujudkan, membina dan memelihara, memulihkan dan mengembangkan kesejahtraan sosial yang dilaksanakan bersama sebagai tanggung jawab pemerintah dan masyarakat. Dalam melakukan pengolahan data untuk menentukan masyarakat mampu dan kurang mampu sebagai penerima Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) dengan proses yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, mengingat banyaknya jumlah data penduduk yang akan diseleksi, khususnya diwilayah Kota Palembang. Maka dapat diangkat ke dalam penelitian yaitu “Implementasi Data Mining untuk Kartu Indonesia Sehat Bagi Masyarakat Kurang Mampu Menggunakan Metode Clustering”.

Abstract

Sports is one of the physical activities that are good for health and fitness. By exercising, we can minimize the risk of developing disease. By exercising too, we can lose weight, keep our body weight stable and ideal, and many other benefits of exercise. Today, sports are carried out not only to lose weight or maintain health, but also as a means of recreation to channel hobbies as well as a profession. The problem now is that diet programs are still done manually and are not chosen properly, making it difficult for sportsmen to be able to undergo a diet program effectively because it is not in accordance with the type of exercise they are struggling with. Then an application is needed that can guide them to accompany an Android-based diet program

Abstract

TRAC Astra Rent A Car is a leading car rental service provider in Indonesia, which also has a branch in the city of Palembang. Starting with only 5 units of vehicles, now PT. TRAC Astra Rent A Car rental car into a business unit that has more than 12,000 vehicles operating in more than 1,500 corporate customers segment. PT.TRAC help corporate customers improve efficiency in the transportation business and enable them to concentrate on their core business. Besides short-term car rental needs a safe and comfortable can be easily fulfilled because PT.TRAC location very easy to reach. With the development of information technology today, it would need to complete the management PT.TRAC which she rented vehicle with a tracking facility (tracking) the vehicle's location in real-time so that management can monitor the location where the vehicle which she rented was with the development of Android-Based Tracking system

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi swasta di Palembang dalam membangun SIE/sistem informasi eksekutif Nya secara sendiri-sendiri dan belum ada pedoman yang digunakan sebagai acuan, walaupun diketahui proses bisnis sistem informasi akademik di Perguruan Tinggi secara umum adalah sama. Berdasarkan pengamatan belum ada kerangka kerja SIE akademik yang tersedia dan bisa dijadikan sebagai pedoman untuk membangun SIE akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang kerangka kerja SIE akademik dengan memperhatikan berbagai faktor dan permasalahan yang ditemukan, seperti dari kerangka kerja SIE akademik, sistem bagaimana yang akan dibuat dan tatacara pembuatannya. Faktor lain, kerangka SIE akademik  yang akan dibuat harus bersifat dinamis yang bisa dimungkinkan untuk dilakukan perubahan sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) untuk menganalisis dan membuat kerangka kerja SIE akademik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerangka kerja sistem dalam bentuk arsitektur data dan  arsitektur aplikasi. Kerangka kerja SIE akademik ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan SIE akademik  di perguruan tinggi swasta di Palembang.AbstractPrivate universities in Palembang are building their own EIS / executive information systems and a guide is not used as a reference, although it is known that the business process of academic information systems in universities is generally the same. Based on the observations, there is no scientific EIS framework and it can be used as a guide to build the academic EIS. The purpose of this research is to design the scientific structure of the EIS, taking into account the various factors and problems encountered. Another factor, the scientific structure of the EIS that will be created, must be dynamic, which can be modified according to the conditions and needs of the university. This study uses the EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) methodology to analyze and build an academic EIS framework. The results of this study are system structures in the form of data architecture and application architecture. The scientific framework of the EIS serves as a guide for the planning and development of the academic EIS in the private universities of Palembang.

Abstract

The internet is one form of sophistication of information and communication technology. Internet allows someone to to get the needed information easily. Therefore, the internet is a very important thing that must be mastered and utilized as well as possible. Given the dangers that exist on the internet, like a double-edged knife, on the one hand the internet can be used for positive activities and on the other hand the internet can also be used for negative things. The purpose of the author to do this research to build a positive internet network at PT. Pertamina Ubeb Adera by filtering negative contents based on a list of 773 thousand negative content blocked on the trust + â„¢ Positif website by the Ministry of Communication and Information therefore internet resources can be used effectively and efficiently, By using methods action research as well as the response policy zone method, the author can build a positive internet in the scope of PT. Pertamina Ubeb Adera company.

Abstract

Bina Darma University is an educational institution that has the obligation to provide leave rights for its employees and lecturers. For the process of implementing, managing, calculating, replacing leave will be the task of the Directorate of Human Resources (DSDM). DSDM has provisions regarding rules for granting leave or permission not to work. Employees and lecturers who will apply for leave must submit the application in writing using the leave application form. The application of this manual method has several weaknesses, namely lack of efficiency, takes a long time because it has not been computerized. Also less effective in the work process, because of the many uses of paper so difficult to control the approval of the application especially if the applicant and the approver is not in the workplace location. Based on these conditions a system is needed to assist in the regulation of leave and permit applications for employees and lecturers. The method used in developing this system is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. There are three phases in RAD namely planning, design workshops and implementation.
