Abstract

Peogram Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan menerapkan sistem kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Pelayanan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Tidak hanya kepastian jaminan, BPJS Kesehatan senantiasa berupaya menempatkan kepuasan Peserta JKN sebagai salah satu kinerja yang harus terus ditingkatkan. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kepuasan Peserta maka dilakukan pendekatan melalui Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Melalui pendekatan IPA dapat diketahui besaran indeks kepuasan Peserta sekaligus analisa mengenai atribut yang membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kepuasan Peserta JKN. Diperoleh indeks kepuasan Peserta JKN Cabang Pati pada hal layanan administrasi sebesar 88,85 persen. Adapun atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah mengenai jaminan waktu apabila terdapat kendala aplikasi karena adanya maintenance maupun perbaikan lainnya.

Abstract

The digitalisation era cannot be denied anymore. Technological progress with all its rapid development is a momentum to be able to take advantage of the use of technology to improve a better quality of life. The company can be said to have a good quality of life if the company has an increasing performance from time to time. As one of the main characteristics, marketing performance is the main focus. Therefore in order to improve marketing performance it is deemed necessary to synergize between conventional marketing and digitalization. Various opportunities can arise because of the synergy between conventional marketing and digitalization. Along with this to continue to innovate to do the best things to improve marketing performance through the E-Personal shopper approach. This research delves deeper into the use of E-Personal shopper into improving the performance of vegetable vendors who currently use conventional methods when conducting marketing.

Abstract

Unwittingly, musculoskeletal disorders are complaints that often occur in workers who work in positions that are not ergonomic and persistently. This happened to Yogas Syrup SMEs packaging operator workers. With work facilities in the form of stool chairs, the operator's work position is less comfortable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work postures of the packaging operator of Yogas Syrup SMEs so that an ergonomic work posture was improved for the operator. The method used in this study is to use the OWAS (Ovako Working Analysis System) method with the help of ergofellow software. The results of this study found that the operator packaging work posture at the UMKM Yogas Syrup was at level 2 (medium potential). This means that the packaging operators at UMKM Syrup Yogas need to get the improved posture and work facilities soon.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had decreased number of visitors to Nafisa Salon Muslimah in Semarang. Maintaining customer satisfaction is very important. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction consumers of Nafisa Salon Muslimah services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Consumer data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression model with SPSS software. The results of the study stated that the service, product, price, and maintenance variables affected the satisfaction of the Muslimah Salon consumer service, while the comfort variable was not affected. Therefore, Nafisa Salon Muslimah can provide offline services by implementing strict health protocols and home services, selling care products online through e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Service quality, although intangible, remains crucial, so this study aims to find out student satisfaction index numbers and attributes that need to be followed up to improve the quality of service. The sample of 337 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Maria Kudus who were still active. The method used is the Importance-Performance Analysis approach. The results of this study prove that students have felt satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survei yaitu kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri I Tahunan Jepara dengan jumlah 352 responden, dan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin berdasarkan metode proposional random sampling didapatkan sampel sejumlah 187 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi berganda yang menghasilkan temuan bahwa faktor sosial, personal, psikologi, dan budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah di SMA Negeri I Tahunan Jepara. Kata Kunci: faktor sosial, personal, psikologi, budaya, keputusan memilih sekolah

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi dan informasi membawa paradigma tersendiri bagi konsep pemasaran. Kini pemasaran bersinergi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dalam konsep Pemasaran Elektronik (E-Marketing). E-Marketing ini dapat mempermudah akses antara para pelaku pemasaran, yakni perusahaan, pemasar, pelanggan dan mitra bisnis yang lainnya. E-Marketing dapat difungsikan guna memperkenalkan produk yang tidak hanya pada lokal daerah tapi juga skala nasional bahkan internasional. E-Marketing juga berperan sebagai pembentuk nilai keunggulan bersaing. Objek penelitian ini adalah 25 UMKM sebagai tenant inkubator bisnis Universitas Muria Kudus. Sebanyak 8 buah UMKM bergerak pada jenis industri makanan dan minuman, 8 buah konveksi pakaian, dan masing-masing 3 buah UMKM pada konveksi bordir, konveksi jilbab, dan konveksi tas. Penelitian ini akan menilai kinerja UMKM tenant inkubator Universitas Muria Kudus berdasarkan implementasi E-Marketing. Sehingga akan nampak berapa UMKM yang telah melaksanakan E-Marketing, bagaimana pemanfaatan dan penggunaan media sosial dan uji beda sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan E-Marketing didayagunakan.Kata kunci : E-Marketing, media sosial, UMKM

Abstract

One of the non-object cultural heritages owned by the Indonesian people is batik. Batik is a typical Indonesian cloth spread throughout the archipelago. The process of making batik is mostly still traditional, starting from the process of making patterns on the mori cloth to the process of preparing the cloth, giving patterns, nglowong / canting, isen-isen, nembok, first coloring / medel, ngerok, mbironi stage, second coloring / greeting , nglorod and washing batik. In this batik-making process, the batik workers work continuously with a detailed type of work and the work posture of the batik is on a chair that is not designed with the dimensions of the body of the batik maker. This is if the work posture is not improved, it creates a potential risk of muscle fatigue or musculoskeletal disorder. The method used in this research is quantative. The data taken in this study is the data on the size of the batik work posture when sitting on a chair. Then the data is analyzed using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method using ergofellow software to determine the risk of work posture. The result of this research is the potential risk of the work position of Muria Batik Kudus UMKM batik makers with the REBA method resulting in a score of 9 (Nine), which means that they have risk criteria at a high level. The potential risk that is at a high level should immediately improve the work posture of the batik which is supported by changes in work facilities. Batik makers who have the potential for high levels of risk can result in muscle fatigue in certain parts of the body and decreased levels of productivity.

Abstract

A green product is intended to have as little environmental impact as possible, both during its whole life cycle, and after it is no longer in use. Typically, a green product has two primary goals, including waste reduction and resource efficiency maximization. This study aimed to analyse the religiosity of customer purchasing intentions and the theory of knowledge in behaviour planned on a green product. For this study, 150 SMEs of green products SMES in Kudus, Central Java, were taken as sampled. Path analysis using SEM was used in this study. The findings are intended to be able to assess the purchase intention of green products, therefore making a beneficial contribution to spreading awareness of the use of environmentally friendly green products.
