Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the leading economic sectors in Medan. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series (time series) from the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Medan. By using GDRP data, then it can be known which sector is prominent sector in that region. Some methods using GDRP data as a decisive prominent sector are Typology Klassen, LQ, and Shift Share. These methods classifying the economic sectors into four groups, they are prominent sector, based on large of contribution and rate of growth. By taking the study Medan area, then by used those methods can be known which sector be prominent Sector in Medan area. Based on the result from analysis methods, they are same result about prominent Sector: Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling; Construction and Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle repair, real estate, education services, health services and social activities, and other services.

Abstract

Ketimpangan pembangunan antar wilayah merupakan aspek yang umum terjadi dalam kegiatan ekonomi suatu daerah. Ketimpangan ini pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan berbagai faktor yang terdapat pada masing-masing daerah. Akibat dari perbedaan ini, kemampuan suatu daerah dalam mendorong proses pembangunan suatu daerah juga menjadi berbeda. Oleh karena itu tidaklah mengherankan bilamana pada suatu proses pembangunan suatu wilayah biasanya terdapat wilayah maju dan wilayah terbelakang. Terjadinya ketimpangan antar wilayah membawa implikasi terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan antar wilayah. Karena itu, aspek ketimpangan pembangunan antar wilayah ini juga mempunyai implikasi pula terhadap formulasi kebijakan pembangunan wilayah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah. Indikasi adanya ketimpangan antar kabupaten di suatu provinsi terdapat juga di Sumatera Utara. indikasi ini bisa menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pembangunan secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar ketimpangan yang terjadi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara di perbatasan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Kota Medan.Ketimpangan pembangunan disebabkan beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah: a) faktor geografis, b) faktor migrasi, c) faktor politis, d) faktor kebijakan, e) faktor administratif, f) faktor sosial, g) faktor ekonomi. Untuk menjawab permasalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan pola ketimpangan pembangunan yang terjadi di perbatasan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Kota Medan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis indikator yang mempengaruhi ketimpangan pembangunan wilayah perbatasan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Kota medan, 2) Menemukan seberapa besar ketimpangan yang terjadi di daerah perbatasan Kabupaten deli Serdang dan Kota Medan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, 3) menganalisis pola struktur perumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah, 4) Menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam penyediaan kemudahan dalam mengakses modal, administrasi, teknologi, infrastruktur dan penyuluhan untuk memperkecil derajat ketimpangan pembangunan di wilayah tersebut.Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat ketimpangan regional dapat ditunjukkan berdasarkan perhitungan disparitas PDRB perkapita antarwilayah, perhitungan indeks Theil, indeks L dan CVw (CV Williamson) dan Tipologi Klassen juga merupakansalah satu alat analisis ekonomi regional yang digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang pola dan struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah

Abstract

Indonesia’s trade balance records the export and import of goods carried out by the Indonesian State. Indonesian trade balance movement. The trade balance can be called net exports. The results of this study can rate index have also be seen that inflation and the exchange rate index have a significant impact on changesin the trade balance for 2008 to 2018. The appreciated Rupiah (an increase in the value of the currency) will have an impact on the competitiveness of domestic goods on the international market so that the balance sheet have improved. Meanwhile, if there is an increase in the inflation rate, it indicates the value of domestic commodity prices and exporters’interest in domestic goods will decline, so this will cause exports to fall and will later have an impact on the surplus of the balance sheet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of infrastructure development on economic growth in Papua Province. This study uses secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Papua Province for the period 2006 - 2019. The analytical tools are descriptive and regression using time series data. The results showed that the dependent variable such as the number of educational facilities and health facilities had a positive effect on economic growth in Papua Province. Given the results, the local government should pay more attention to allocating development expendictures for energy, the availability of special electricity infrastructure, the number of Puskesmas and schools to have a significant and positive influence on economic growth in Papua Province.

Abstract

Ekspor sangat dibutuhkan bagi proses pertumbuhan ekonomi karena peningkatan ekspor dapat meningkatkan pendapatan suatu negara yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, maka export-led growth strategy karena semakin penting bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.Penulis ingin meneliti mengenai determinan ekspor non-migas dari Indonesia ke lima negara partner dagang Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data panel dan diolah dengan menggunakan eviews.Variael Distance (jarak) merupakan variabel yang memiliki nilai korelasi yang cukup tinggi terhadap GDP sehingga harus dihapus dari model penelitian (multikolinieritas terjadi) dan akhirnya ada empat variabel yang akan dilakukan uji lebih lanjut.Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel PDB negara partner dagang, PDB Domestik dan Tariff berpengaruh terhadap nilai ekspor Non-migas di Indonesia. Variabel Nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor non-migas di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide insight and also to motivate young men by king panjaitan dohot boruna (PRPB) of the terrain city on which one of the topics was published on the human development index (ipm). The work is conducted on Friday, April 30, 2021, according to strict health protocols in the secretariat PRPB of the terrain of 29 people. The performance included opening, MC inviting participants to sing, ice breaking, socialization, video shows, the interview and feedback sessions. Building young people is not only about building young individuals but also about building a neighborhood that makes them a livelihood. Thus, youth development must be a cross section that touches on educational, health, welfare, employment, participation, politics, and gender equality. This exercise of devotion to the community is aimed at providing insight into the importance of the ipm problem especially in the square city, by engaging in discussion/socialization activities with young men by king panjaitan dohot boruna (PRPB) of terrain (PRPB). It also collaborates with professors at the economics and business faculty of the university of HKBP nommensen. This activity will be conducted to support sustainable entrepreneurial workshops that will be carried out by the terrain city PRPB for young people. The result of the activities summarizes the opinions of professors, youth, and PRPB administrators of the city of medan. The terrain city reached its highest ipm in northern Sumatra by 80.65 with the calculation of three aspects of knowledge, a standard of living, anda length of life anda healthy life.

This activity aims to help teachers at SD Negeri No. 104274 Pematang Kasih, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Regency understands the importance of personal financial planning as well as practical things and basic principles that can be carried out in the context of these activities. Activities carried out in the form of lectures or seminars attended by 20 teachers at the school. Abstract

Kegiatan ekonomi internasional belakangan ini semakin pesat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang memasuki era ekonomi industri 4.0. perekonomian Negara dunia semakin padat dan semakin terbuka, termasuk perekonomian Indonesia sendiri. Nilai tukar semakin memainkan suatu peranan yang sangat strategis dalam kegiatan perdagangan internasional, sehingga hal ini sangat penting untuk dipahami oleh pelaku yang terlibat dalam kegiatan perdagangan dan keuangan internasional. Itulah sebabnya, nilai tukar merupakan satu diantara varibael yang paling ketat diawasi dan dianlisis serta merupakan indikator ekonomi yang paling sering dimanipulasi oleh pemerintah atau bank sentral. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GDP memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap nilai tukar Rp/US$, tingkat suku bunga memiliki hubungan positif terhadap nilai tukar Rp/US$

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (X1), Return On Assets (X2), and Net Profit Margin (X3) to Stock Price (Y) at PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. Year 2011-2020. Population in this study are the financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. and the sampling of 40 in this study is financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. quarterly from 2011-2020. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test the regression equation obtained is Y = 3411.421 – 13.683X1 – 15.000X2 + 65.210X3 + e. Based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variable Return On Equity has a significant effect on Stock Prices, Return On Assets does not significant effect on the Stock Price, While the Net Profit Margin significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneous test results it is known that Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Net Profit Margin do not significant effect on Stock Prices. R Square value in research this is 0.146 which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 14.6%. The remaining 85.4% is influenced by the variable other than this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide training or technical guidance on how to fill out the 1770 SMEs Annual SPT E-Form for tax volunteers in 2022 so that tax volunteers can educate the public on the importance of taxes and assist taxpayers to report their taxes specifically filling out the SPT E-form. 1770 SMEs. This training was conducted online on Friday, February 11, 2022, 08.00-10.00 WIB, which was attended by 64 participants. The implementation of this event started from the opening, prayer and training, video screenings and question and answer sessions and participant feebacks. With this training, tax volunteers in 2022 can be trained in assisting SMEs taxpayers in educating the public about the importance of taxes, how to register NPWP, assisting taxpayers when they forget their passwords, in obtaining E-Fin and reporting the 1770 SMEs annual SPT with E-Form. And the existence of this training further equip tax volunteers in providing the best service to taxpayers, especially SMEs taxpayers. The implementation of this training still has technical problems because the training cannot be done in person because the process of implementing the training is online. However, based on feedback from the participants, even though there were technical obstacles, overall, the participants enthusiastically responded to every interaction with the speakers, they were able to clearly summarize the training carried out, so it can be concluded that the purpose of this service has been achieved.
