Abstract

The grammar of the Indonesian language is greatly made use of inpolitical discourse and especially after the era of the Old Order. Via grammaticalforms, the political elite fights for its power and ideology, both explicitly andimplicitly, causing an unbalanced political communication. A research study thisarticle is about was conducted to (1) describe and interpret the utilization ofgrammaticality in political discourse and (2) clarify why certain grammaticalforms are paid special attention while others are not.The study applied a critical qualitative approach with a "critical discourseanalysis" design from Fairclough (1989: 1995). In this perspective, no textproduced by the political elite is neutral from political interest. Discourse is asocial construction and results from social-historical and political conditions.There is no discourse which is a social vacuum. Discourse is a social creationreflecting the interests of certain social groups.The research results indicate that (1) each group of the Indonesianpolitical elite uses transitivity with material meaning, agent nominalization, thepassive voice, and the negative form to show its power and hide its ideologicalposition, (2) each assumes the role of information provider, shows its authority inthe presence of the other groups and the Indonesian society, and asserts its powerby choosing to use the personal pronouns we and I, (3) it makes considerable use ofmodality expressing authority, and (4) there are institutional and cultural processesexplaining why certain grammatical forms are paid special attention while othersare not.Keywords: grammaticality, political discourse

Abstract

This article reviews the vocabulary options in the experiential values of Bugis female teachers in teaching Indonesian language in the classroom. In this research, teacher's speech in teaching is seen as a verbal interaction that becomes the estuary of authorization. These authorities power are traced through the vocabulary choices seen in the experiential value. In the text, the discourse analysis model used Norman Fariclough model, the vocabulary. Vocabulary choice seen from the experiential value found convincing, domination, and control vocabularies. The results found that the resistance of Bugis female teachers in class discourse was a dissatisfaction form of the patriarchal tradition prevailing in society.

Abstract

A culture needs to be constructed to the members of the community with the aim to inherit a culture, instilling cultural values, and forming good behavior. In order to reveal the construction of cultural education in tetralogy of Laskar Pelangi novel, then a critical discourse analysis study is used. The construction of cultural education in tetralogy of Laskar Pelangi novel was constructed by three figures, namely the knowledgeable, religious, and government figures. In addition, the method of constructing cultural education in tetralogy of Laskar Pelangi novel uses three methods; they are beliefs, customs, and arts.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran basa rinengga terkait komponen RPP, (2) mendeskripsikan interaksi siswa dan guru yang terdiri atas kegiatan: awal, inti, dan penutup, (3) mendeskripsikan penilaian sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan wacana kelas. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) RPP dirancang sesuai komponen (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan awal meliputi apersepsi, presensi, dan motivasi; kegiatan inti mencakup pendekatan saintifik; kegiatan penutup berupa refleksi, (3) penilaian sikap, berupa observasi; penilaian keterampilanberupa unjuk kerja; dan penilaian pengetahuanberupa ulangan harian dan tanya jawab.

Abstract

Kemunculan modalitas sebagai fitur lingual yang menunjukkan praktik kuasa pelaku kejahatan dalam komunitas pedofilia terhadap proposisi yang mereka tuturkan atau sikap terhadap pendengar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan praktik kuasa pelaku kejahatan dalam komunitas pedofilia melalui modalitas. Sesuai dengan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini adalah analisis wacana kritis. Data penelitian ini berupa kata yang diperoleh selama observasi netnografi online partisipan di komunitas pedofilia. Data yang diperoleh selama observasi netnografi online didokumentasikan dalam bentuk pengarsipan digital dan dicatat dalam bentuk field note untuk dianalisis. Analisis modalitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model dimensi analisis wacana kritis (AWK) Fairclough berupa deksripsi, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam komunitas pedofilia terdapat praktik kuasa yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kejahatan dengan menggunakan kata kerja modal linguistik. Temuan dari penelitian ini adanya modalitas sebagai fitur lingual praktik kuasa yang meliputi (1) nilai relasional modalitas yang ditandai dengan menggunakan modal mungkin, akan, dan bisa, dan (2) nilai ekspresif modalitas diungkapkan dengan menggunakan modal harus. Simpulan penelitian ini dari analisis kritis terhadap nilai relasional modalitas dan nilai ekspresif modalitas terdapat praktik kuasa sebagai konstruksi realitas sosial dari komunitas pedofilia.

Abstract

Stimulasi Multisensorik untuk Mengatasi Gangguan Berbahasa pada Anak yang Mengalami Specific Language ImpairmentAbstract: This study is aimed (1) to uncover the causes of language disorders in children who have SLI, (2) deficits in the language of children with SLI, (3) illustrates the carrying on multi-sensory in-tervention stimulation, and (4) describe the development of language skills children who have SLI after undergoing multi-sensory stimulation intervention. Subjects were girls aged 6 years and 9 months. The Data were collected by participatory observation, interview and document study. The results of the study are (1) the language environment that is less stimulus and history of language disorders in family are affecting  language skills of children who have SLI, (2) a deficit of language of children with specific language impairment is very complex, (3) the implementation of interventions in the form of multi-sensory stimulation involve sensory modality audio-visual-kinesthetic-tactile simultaneously, and (4) implementation multi-sensory stimulation can improve language skills and non-language abilities of children with SLI.Key Words: multi-sensory stimulation, language disorders, specific language impairmentAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengungkap penyebab gangguan berbahasa pada anak yang mengalami SLI, (2) defisit-defisit kebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami SLI,(3) menggambarkan pe-laksanaan intervensi stimulasi multisensorik, dan (4) menggambarkan perkembangan kemampuan berbahasa anak yang mengalami SLI setelah menjalani intervensi stimulasi multisensorik. Subjek pe-nelitian adalah anak perempuan berusia 6 tahun 9 bulan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi partisipatori, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) lingkungan bahasa yang kurang stimulus dan riwayat gangguan berbahasa keluarga sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan berba-hasa anak yang mengalami SLI, (2) defisit kebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami specific language impairment sangat kompleks, (3) pelaksanaan intervensi dalam bentuk stimulasi multisensorik melibat-kan modalitas sensorik audio-visual-kinestetik-taktil secara simultan, dan (4) penerapan stimulasi multisensorik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa sekaligus kemampuan nonkebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami SLI.Kata kunci: stimulasi multisensorik, gangguan berbahasa, specific language impairment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop thematic teaching suplementary materials for year V focusing on poetry. These materials were used with mind mapping and also the environment as learning resources. The materials were validated in terms of content, language, and layout later, the materials were tried out to 6 elementary students in small-scale validation and to 40 students in the large-scale validation. The trial results demonstrate the feasibility of teaching materials have a high level. The average validity got 90.025, the attractiveness 91.80, the effectiveness 92.75 and the practicality 92.18. So it is recomended be implemented as a supporting source in the learning activities, especially in studying poetry.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar tematik bersifat suplemen untuk kelas V fokus kajiannya materi puisi. Bahan ajar memanfaatkan peta pikiran serta lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber pembelajaran. Bahan ajar divalidasikan pada aspek isi, bahasa, dan desain, selanjutnya diujicobakan kepada 6 siswa pada uji kelompok kecil dan 40 siswa pada uji kelompok besar. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan bahan ajar sangat tinggi. Rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 90,025, kemenarikan 91,80, keefektifan 92,75, dan kepraktisan 92,18. Dengan demikian,  disarankan agar bahan ajar ini diimplementasikan sebagai sumber pendukung pembelajaran tematik, khususnya materi puisi.

Abstract

This study aimed to learn discipline and responsibility, as well as how to discipline relations with the responsibilities of student learning. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire with fourth grade students object Cluster III District of Ngimbang Lamongan. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The results of data analysis known to most students have the discipline and sense of responsibility of higher learning, correlation values obtained Perason rhitung of 0.823 with significance value = 0.000. rtabel with degrees of freedom (df = 90) for α = 0.05 value obtained 0.205. The next step to do a comparison, where the value is greater than rtabel rhitung (0.823> 0.205), and in addition the significant value gained less than α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that it can be concluded, and there is a relationship of discipline with responsibility learn.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab belajar, serta bagaimana hubungan disiplin dengan tanggung jawab belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan objek siswa kelas IV SD Gugus III Kecamatan Ngimbang Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson. Hasil analisis data diketahui sebagian besar siswa memiliki disiplin dan rasa tanggung jawab belajar tinggi, uji korelasi Perasondidapatkan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,823 dengan nilai Signifikansi = 0,000. rtabel dengan derajat bebas (df=90) untuk α = 0,05 didapatkan nilai 0,205. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan perbandingan, di mana nilai rhitung lebihbesar daripada rtabel  (0,823 > 0,205), dan selain itu nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh kurang dari α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkanserta terdapat hubungan disiplin dengan tanggung jawab belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the errors of clauses contained in essays by BIPA beginner level students at State University of Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of text analysis research. This research data in the form of error clauses with data sources in the form of essays from beginner level BIPA students. This research instrument is based on the error analysis guide, clauses. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by reading the full essay of BIPA students, marking errors contained in BIPA student essays, grouping error data based on patterns of error clauses into prepared tables, reducing error data by sorting out error data made more than three data sources only, and a summary of results. The results showed that there were errors in clauses. Error clauses in beginner level BIPA student essays include (a) Pø clause errors (empty predicate), (b) Sø clause errors (empty subject), (c) Bitransitive verbal clause errors with meN-i, ber, and me error clauses -i, and meN-, and (d) Mistakes in monotransitive clauses with patterns of ber-, meN-, me-, per-, -i, –an, and –nya.Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan klausa yang terdapat dalam karangan mahasiswa BIPA tingkat pemula di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis teks. Data penelitian ini berupa kesalahan klausa dengan sumber data berupa karangan mahasiswa BIPA tingkat pemula. Instrumen penelitian ini didasarkan pada panduan analisis kesalahan klausa. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan membaca karangan mahasiswa BIPA secara utuh, menandai kesalahan yang terdapat dalam karangan mahasiswa BIPA, mengelompokkan data kesalahan berdasarkan pola kesalahan klausa kedalam tabel yang telah disiapkan, mereduksi data kesalahan dengan cara memilah data kesalahan yang dilakukan lebih dari tiga sumber data saja, dan penyimpulan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesalahan pada klausa. Kesalahan klausa pada karangan mahasiswa BIPA tingkat pemula mencakup (a) Kesalahan klausa Pø (predikat kosong), (b) Kesalahan klausa Sø (subjek kosong), (c) Kesalahan klausa verbal bitransitif dengan pola kesalahan meN-i, ber-an, me-i, dan meN-kan, dan (d) Kesalahan klausa monotransitif dengan pola ber-, mem-, meN-, per-, -i, –an, dan –nya.

Abstract

Interest in reading the beginning of elementary school students is very important to support the achievement of a lesson. Based on the researchers tried to assess in an objective study. The purpose of this study to describe the interest in reading beginning with a picture story in the first grade SDN Purwantoro 6 Malang. This research method using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects were students of class I, amounting to 3 students. The results of this study concluded that students' interest in reading beginning with picture stories are very helpful in the learning process. Response and enthusiasm of the students look good, the students enjoy learning, so that students gain meaningful learning experiences.Minat membaca permulaan siswa sekolah dasar sangat penting untuk menunjang tercapainya suatu pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti mencoba untuk mengkaji dalam suatu tujuan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan minat membaca permulaan dengan cerita bergambar di kelas I SDN Purwantoro 6 Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 3 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa minat membaca permulaan siswa dengan cerita bergambar sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Respon dan antusiasme siswa terlihat baik, siswa lebih senang dalam belajar, sehingga siswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna.
