Abstract

The times are increasing both in technology and in education. Along with the development of the times, especially in the field of education, provisions that must be owned by educators and students not only in the field of education that is related to worldly, but education and knowledge about religion also become one of the things that are not very important in the world of education. Therefore, at this time the need for understanding educators and students towards reading and writing the Qur'an is increasing and increasing. Moreover, in this growing age, many people ignore the ability to read and write the Qur'an which is very important to learn. The demand for one's ability to be able to master the reading and writing of the Koran becomes one of the phenomena that has developed and spread in the world of education. Therefore, it is not only at the level of basic education that learns to read and write the Koran but at the university level especially for students who are in the Department of Teacher Education Madrasah Ibtidaiyah this is one of the lessons that must be mastered by students who later in life will become a prospective educator. Some things that must be understood are especially the understanding of reading and writing the Koran, the benefits of reading and writing the Koran, implementing reading and writing the Koran in the world of education, and others. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop worksheet and describe the characteristics of the worksheet, worksheet validity, as well as to describe the teachers and students responses to the product. The characteristics of this worksheet are provided by images and videos based on chemical representation and five stage of science procces skill. This research used Borg and Gall design of research and development (R D) with only focused on the first five stage. Research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis. The expert validation results show that the percentage of content suitability aspects to the curriculum is 95.4% with very high criteria, while construction and readability aspects were 76.19%, 79.86% with high criteria. The percentage of teacher responses on the content suitability, readability, and attractiveness aspects were 100%, 87.44%, and 94.44% with very high criteria, and the percentage of students' responses on aspects of readability and attractiveness were 76.47 % and 79.92% with high criteria. Based on the results, the product generated by this research is valid and worthy to be used as a learning media in school.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan LKS dan mendeskripsikan karakteristik LKS, validitas LKS, tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap produk. Karakteristik LKS berupa gambar dan video berbasis representasi kimia dan dilengkapi oleh 5 tahap dari keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) menurut Borg dan Gall dengan fokus pada lima tahap pertama. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa persentase aspek kesesuaian isi terhadap kurikulum sebesar 95,4% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi, sedangkan aspek konstruksi dan keterbacaan berturut-turut sebesar 76,19%, 79,86% dengan kriteria tinggi. Persentase tanggapan guru pada aspek kesesuaian isi, keterbacaan, dan kemenarikan berturut-turut sebesar 100%, 87,44% , dan 94,44% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi, serta persentase tanggapan siswa pada aspek keterbacaan dan kemenarikan berturut-turut sebesar 76,47% dan 79,92% dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produk yang dihasilkan dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media belajar di sekolah.Kata kunci: Interaksi antar partikel, LKS, representasi kimia

Abstract

This research aimed to reviewed women of childbearing age of Long Term Contraception Method acceptors who do not realized Small Family Norms in Kelapa Tiga Permai sub-district. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research were 34 women of childbearing age of LTCM acceptors who had more than two children. Sample of this research were 7 women of childbearing age of LTCM acceptor who had more than two children, the sample was obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected used observation, interviewing, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis with percentage tables as the basic of analytic description. Result of the research showed that the factors causing non-existence of Small Family Norms on women of childbearing age of LTCM acceptors : (1) because women of childbearing age started using LTCM after having many children (2) because the seven women of childbearing age of LTCM acceptors have a view to the value of children in having children in the family.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji wanita pasangan usia subur (PUS) akseptor MKJP yang tidak mewujudkan Norma Keluarga Kecil, titik tekan kajiannya pada faktor-faktor penyebab tidak terwujudnya Norma Keluarga Kecil pada wanita PUS akseptor MKJP di Kelurahan Kelapa Tiga Permai.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 34 wanita PUS akseptor MKJP yang memiliki anak lebih dari dua. Diambil sampel sebanyak 7 wanita PUS secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuisioneir, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan tabel persentase sebagai dasar deskripsi analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab tidak terwujudnya NKK pada wanita PUS akseptor MKJP: (1) karena penggunaan MKJP baru dilakukan setelah memiliki anak banyak (2) karena ke tujuh wanita PUS akseptor MKJP memiliki pandangan terhadap value of children dalam memiliki anak dalam keluarga.Kata kunci:jumlah anak, mkjp, norma keluarga kecil, wanita pus

Abstract

One of the toxic chemicals used in the shoe industry is benzene. Benzene itself is one of a variety of aromatic hydrocarbon compounds which are usually found in glue as an adhesive. Benzene is a chemical that has very high absorption power into the body, benzene that enters the body will experience the main metabolism to be benzene epoxide. In the liver, benzene epoxides undergo changes to form phenols that will be excreted in the urine, therefore phenol levels are used as biological indicators of benzene exposure. This study aims to describe the risk of exposure to benzene to Bulu Shoes Semarang home industry repair workers, but also to describe the source of benzene exposure, worker characteristics and analysis of phenol levels in urine. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. The results of the study revealed that the main source of benzene exposure was glue as an adhesive. Based on the results of laboratory measurements of urine phenol with NAB ≥ 25 mg / L, it is known that 2 people in the gluing section are known to have phenol levels in urine that exceeds the NAV of 25.61 mg / L and 2 other informants in the sewing section are close to the NAB, namely each - 24.78 mg / L and 20.61 mg / L respectively, for other informants namely in the depiction of the pattern and the cashier each had phenol levels in the urine of 3.67 mg / L and 15.75 mg / L. The conclusion in this study is that glue as the main source of exposure to benzene increases the risk of phenol levels in urine which is also influenced by individual characteristics, habits and types of work.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang erotomania dalam novel Kotak-kotak Ingatan karya Siti Meta Fatimah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang penderita erotomania dalam novel Kotak-kotak Ingatan karya Siti Meta Fatimah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan psikologi sastra yang bertitik tumpu pada erotomania yang menganalisis aspek kejiwaan pada tokoh dalam novel. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Kotak-kotak Ingatan karya Siti Meta Fatimah. Teknik pengumpulan penelitian ini adalah teknik membaca cermat, penandaan, dan interpretasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah latar belakang penderita erotomania dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: (1) faktor genetik yang berasal dari orang tua, (2) pengalaman buruk pada masa tumbuh kembang akibat adanya kekerasan, dan (3) faktor sosisokultural yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat

Abstract

LKPD adalah perangkat pembelajaran berupa lembaran kertas. STEM (sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika) adalah pendekatan interdisipliner yang menuntut siswa untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mata pelajaran tersebut. Keterampilan Sains adalah keterampilan berdasarkan fenomena. Sikap ilmiah adalah sikap terbuka, ojektif, rasa ingin tahu, bertanggung jawab. Ketercapaian keterampilan sains dengan tes didapatkan hasil dengan perolehan pada kelas VII A sebanyak 22 siswa dengan nilai 70-80, 3 siswa dengan nilai 81-90, dan 5 siswa memperoleh nilai 90-100. Sedangkan aspek sikap ilmiah memiliki nilai untuk ketelitian sebesar 2,8 (cukup), kejujuran 4,5 (baik), bertanggung jawab 4,0 (baik), dan kerjasama 4,0 (baik). Dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,0 dengan kategori Baik. Dalam pengabdian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan desain keterampilan sains dan sikap ilmiah melalui desain LKPD berbasis STEM pada materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas VII di MTsN 4 Lombok Timur

Abstract

The incidence of dysmenorrhea based on WHO is very large, namely more than 50% of women of reproductive age experience dysmenorrhea and peaks in their early 20s, namely in the late teenage age range and causes the inability to carry out daily activities for 1 to 3 days each month. The factors that influence dysmenorrhea are age at menarche, length of menstruation, family history, nutritional status, and exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in late adolescence. This study uses descriptive correlation. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Nursing, Riau University with 229 samples taken using random sampling technique with inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument used is an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is a univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. This univariate study found respondents who experienced primary dysmenorrhea as many as 88.6%, normal age of menarche of 90.4%, a normal menstrual period of 82.5%, had a family history of 54.6%, nutritional status risk of 53.3%, exercise 3-5 times per week with a duration of >30 minutes 94.3%, bivariate results showed there was a significant relationship between family history and primary dysmenorrhea (p=0.01) and there was no significant relationship between age at menarche (p=0.147), duration of menstruation (p=0,270), nutritional status (p=0,632), exercise (0,647) with primary dysmenorrhea. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the factors of age at menarche, duration of menstruation, nutritional status, and exercise did not have a relationship with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea, while family history had a relationship with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea as evidenced by statistical data with a p-value <0.05.Keywords: Affecting factors; dysmenorrhea; late adolescence

Abstract

The background of this research problem is the interest in attending the Ranah Sungkai Village community in the XIII Koto District. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research conducted with a background that is reasonable and natural and holistic. Qualitative research seeks to see, examine, and appreciate the problem to be examined as a complex phenomenon that must be examined holistically or thoroughly. Data collection techniques are done by direct observation to the field and in-depth interviews (depth interviews) with informants through documentation. Based on research findings Factors that influence the interest in schooling in the Ranah Sungkai village community XIII Subdistrict Koto Kampar Kampar Regency are the interests in the Ranah Sungkai village community school influenced by the school's relationship with the community that has not been harmoniously established. the economy of the Ranah Sungkai village community that is very difficult or still depends on natural conditions, local culture (peer environment), the distance between residents 'homes and schools is very far away and the parents' lack of understanding of the importance of education. Abstract

AbstrakEsensi pemimpin sebagai orang pertama dan utama dalam sebuah organisasi sangat urgen, oleh karena itu perannya sangat menentukan sepak terjang suatu lembaga/organisasi yang dibawahinya. Tugas seorang pemimpin bukan hanya membuat kebijakan tetapi juga harus bisa mempengaruhi semua anggotanya untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi yang telah disepakati serta dapat mengayomi dan merangkul semua pihak untuk bisa menjalankan kebijakan yang sudah ditetapkan. Pemimpin ibarat pondasi bagi sebuah bangunan, apabila ia kuat maka apapun yang akan dibangun di atasnya akan kuat, sebaliknya apabila pondasi itu lemah maka bangunannya pun akan goyah. Untuk bisa melakukan perannya dengan tepat seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan agar ia berhasil dalam membawahi dan mengayomi anggotanya.Kepemimpinan dipandang sangat penting karena dua hal, pertama adanya kenyataan bahwa pergantian pemimpin seringkali mengubah kinerja suatu unit, instansi atau organisasi; kedua, hasil penelitian bahwa salah satu faktor internal keberhasilan suatu organisasi adalah kepemimpinan. Dengan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan diharapkan seorang pemimpin bisa mendorong gairah kerja anggota, menumbuhkan kepercayaan, membangkitkan motivasi serta dapat menanamkan rasa tanggung jawab mereka sehingga tujuan dan tugas berjalan dengan maksimal.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kampus kelas Dunia. The essence of a leader as the first and foremost person in an organization is very urgent, therefore his role is very subtantial in determining the actions of an institution or organization that is under him. The task of a leader is not only to make policies but also to be able to influence all members to realize the vision and mission that has been agreed upon to protect and embrace all parties to be able to carry out the policies that have been determined. The leader is like a foundation for a building, if he is strong then whatever will be built on it will be strong. on the other hand, if the foundation is weak then the building will be shaky. To be able to carry out their role properly, a leader must have a leadership spirit so that he can succeed in supervising and protecting his members.Leadership is seen as very crucial for two reasons, first is the fact, the change of leaders often changes the performance of a unit, agency, or organization; second, the results of research which is one of the internal factors for the success of an organization is leadership. By having a leadership spirit, it is hoped that a leader can encourage members' work passion, foster trust, generate motivation and can instill a sense of their responsibility therefore goals and tasks can run optimally.Keywords: Leadership, World Class University
