Abstract

In 2006 the Ministry of Religion held a Qibla direction certification program for all mosques in Indonesia as an effort to provide peace and stability in worship. However, in practice, after knowing the results of the new measurements, the mosque takmirs refused to apply them in the prayers. This is done with the reason to maintain the brotherhood of the mosque congregation. The results of this study indicate that the phenomenon of rejecting the direction of the Qibla in the maqashid sharia perspective is better than forcing the community to implement something new, which can cause damage to community unity. Because maintaining unity and integrity is part of the maqasid sharia of an Islamic law.

Abstract

Character of education, it is absolutely necessary not only in school but also at home, in the social environment. Event now this is no longer a participant character of education early childhood through adolescence but also adults. Absolutely necessary for the survival of this nation. Competition imagine what will emerge in the next years. Obviusly it would be our burden and parent for today. At that time, the children will face competition with colleagues from various countries around the world. In fact we are still going to work year will feel the same feelings. Demand the quality of human resources in the coming millennium certainly requires good character. However, the character is the key individual goal.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang banyak diderita oleh seluruh masyarakat di berbagai belahan dunia. World Health Organization (WHO) mengestimasi saat ini prevalensi hipertensi secara global sebesar 22% dari total jumlah penduduk dunia. Laporan tahunan Rumkit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan Hipertensi tahun 2022 jumlah penderita sebanyak 1.786 kasus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya hipertensi di Rumkit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Case Control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pendeita hipertensi yang berkunjung sebanyak 1.684 orang pasien. Sampel sebanyak 74 sampel kontrol adalah 74 orang kasus, sehingga total subyek penelitian adalah 148 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh jenis kelamin p = 0,620, riwayat keluarga p = 0,000, pola makan p = 0,000, aktivitas fisik p = 0,001 dan kebiasaan merokok/alkohol p = 1,000 terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Rumkit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan yaitu riwayat keluarga p= 0,000 < 0,05, dengan OR= 4.378 dan 95% CI = 1.833-10.459. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh riwayat keluarga, pola makan, aktivitas fisik terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Rumkit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Disarankan kepada Rumkit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan agar lebih mengoptimalkan penyuluhan dan penyebaran informasi kesehatan terkait promosi kesehaatan, perlindungan umum dan khusus dan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin sesuai dengan program yang saat ini dicanangkan oleh pemerintah sehingga masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam rangka mewujudkan perilaku sehat, salah satunya penanganan penyakit tidak menular. Abstract

This study aims to optimize communication strategies for preventing sexual harassment in higher education institutions. Amid rising incidents of sexual harassment that threaten the safety and well-being of students, especially women aged 18-24, there is an urgent need for more effective interventions. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes data from various scientific publications, official documents, and journals using content analysis techniques to identify main themes and categorize relevant information. The findings suggest that effective counseling communication strategies are crucial in preventing sexual harassment within higher education institutions. The study highlights the importance of education and awareness, development of interpersonal communication skills, provision of support resources, specialized training for facilitators, integration of a comprehensive sexual education curriculum, and the use of media and technology in counseling. These approaches aim to deepen understanding, enhance support for victims, and develop inclusive and effective prevention strategies. The discussion emphasizes the need for adapting communication strategies to match the cultural context and policies of each institution to enhance their effectiveness. Recommendations from this research include a holistic integration of approaches focusing on training, advocacy, and clear policies, as well as ongoing evaluation to assess and improve existing strategies, ensuring their effectiveness in preventing sexual harassment in university environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM-based biology learning integrated with science literacy on students' creative thinking skills. This type of research uses quasi-experimental design. The population of this study were all grade X students at MA Mu "allimin NWDI Pancor in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research sample was determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Class X-B as an experimental class using the STEAM approach and class X-A as a control class using the lecture method. The research design used was Posttest-Only Control Design. Data collection techniques were carried out through creative thinking instruments. Data were analyzed using independent sample t test analysis. The hypothesis results show that tcount> ttable (3.525> 1.645) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the protection of children after divorce through the decision of the Medan City Religious Court according to Law No. 23 of 2002. This type of research is a qualitative empirical study with a case study approach, laws and regulations in the KHI and conceptually. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subject of the study was the head of the Medan City Religious Court. The results of the study describe that (1) The regulation of legal protection for children after divorce in the Medan City Religious Court is based on seven legal bases as rules in deciding child custody cases in the Medan City Religious Court, (2) The application of the law to child custody after divorce in the Medan City Religious Court is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection even though there are several obstacles and barriers. The solution to overcome all of this is the need for re-socialization of the application of Law No. 23 of 2002, (3) The judge's considerations in deciding child custody after divorce in the Medan City Religious Court are based on the principles of justice, legal certainty and a problematic, social, psychological approach in order to achieve a decision that satisfies both parties.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya rekam medis elektronik (RME) dalam menentukan kualitas data dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien dan merupakan dasar dalam transformasi digital kesehatan untuk mengintegrasikan data kesehatan dalam suatu big data nasional maka perlu dilakukan suatu evaluasi yang dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam implementasi RME di Rumah Sakit Pandan Arang Bayolali. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebagai sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna rekam medis elektronik sebesar 85 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Analisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS vers1. Hasil penelitian: Kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan informasi memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,55, t-value 7,88 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,00 < 0,05; Kepuasan informasi terhadap harapan kinerja memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,23, t-value 2,32 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,02 < 0,05; Pengaruh sosial terhadap harapan kinerja memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,338, t-value 2,97 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,00 < 0,05; Harapan kinerja terhadap sikap memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,73, t-value 10,24 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,00 < 0,05. Sikap terhadap kepuasan keseluruhan memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,89, t- value 16,35 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,00 < 0,05; Kepuasan keseluruhan terhadap manfaat bersih memiliki nilai koefisien jalur 0,48, t-value 2,27 > t-table (1,66), dan p–value 0,02 < 0,05. Simpulan: Dalam sisi pasien dan pengguna bahwa manfaat penerapan RME- SIMRS sudah diterima tetapi manfaat penerapan RME -SIMRS dari sisi manajemen masih belum maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan laboratorium virtual dalam pendidikan agribisnis berdasarkan perspektif mahasiswa dan pengajar. Melalui tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur terkini, studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak laboratorium virtual terhadap motivasi belajar, keterlibatan mahasiswa, dan hasil pembelajaran dalam konteks pendidikan agribisnis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa laboratorium virtual memiliki potensi signifikan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya. Perspektif mahasiswa dan pengajar menunjukkan penerimaan positif terhadap teknologi ini, dengan penekanan pada peran komplementernya terhadap laboratorium fisik. Abstract

This study aims to see how to optimize the use of digital media in improving student literacy at SDN 10 Rantau Selatan. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection technique used is interviews and observations on four research informants, consisting of three students and one teacher. Data processing is carried out in three ways, namely Data reduction, Data presentation, and Drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of digital media in improving student literacy is seen through more interactive and dynamic learning, by increasing reading interest and literacy skills. In addition, digital media is used to access broader and more diverse information, so that students can explore various topics and subject matter that support their intellectual development as a whole. The benefits of digital media are not only limited to improving students' literacy skills, but also strengthening the role of teachers as learning facilitators. By utilizing digital media, teachers can create a more inclusive and adaptive learning environment, where learning materials can be adjusted to the needs and abilities of each student.

Abstract

The development of the times has made literature not only a medium for creating works, but also a place for writers to express themselves, one of which is through poetry. This study aims to examine the poetry in the novel Dompet Ayah, Sepatu Ibu by J.S. Khairen to understand the meaning contained in it. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The approach used in this research is structuralism approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation study or commonly called document review, reading technique, and note-taking technique. This research analyzes the data by observing and examining the inner elements and physical elements in the poems contained in the novel Dompet Ayah, Sepatu Ibu by J.S. Khairen. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained in the form of the physical structure of poetry which includes the form of poetry, diction, concrete words, language style, and imagery, and obtained the inner structure of poetry which includes theme, tone, atmosphere and mandate.
