Abstract

Dalam industri logistik, pengendalian berbagai variabel seperti kecepatan motor, akurasi motor, dan efisiensi proses menjadi tantangan utama. Tujuan utamanya adalah menjaga variabel-variabel tersebut bekerja pada titik yang telah ditentukan. Proses pengendalian dimulai dengan menggunakan masukan berupa Berat dan Banyaknya Barang yang diperoleh dari sensor Loadcell dan Proximity. Kemudian, dilakukan pencarian derajat keanggotaan dan dilakukan operasi AND serta inferensi menggunakan metode Mamdani. Hasil inferensi berupa nilai fuzzy yang kemudian dijalani proses defuzzifikasi. Nilai keluaran yang diperoleh digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pemilihan kecepatan pulse/s motor stepper.Penggunaan kendali fuzzy mempermudah sistem dalam menentukan nilai kecepatan yang sesuai dengan input. Analisis hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa error posisi dari target tidak melebihi 1% atau 2 mm. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan yang diinginkan berdasarkan hasil dari 10 percobaan yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan pengujian dan analisis sistem, sistem pemilihan kecepatan motor stepper dapat diimplementasikan dengan hasil error posisi yang tidak melebihi 1% pada berbagai kecepatan yang dipilih sesuai dengan keluaran fuzzy. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan logika fuzzy mempermudah sistem dalam menyesuaikan keluaran yang diinginkan, sejalan dengan hasil percobaan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Teachers play a very strategic role for the progress of a school institution. The teacher's role is multidimensional and graded according to education level, namely as: educator, teacher, leader, servant, mentor, motivator, and researcher. Therefore, the behavior of Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) should be owned by educators, especially teachers. Individual behavior in the organization is distinguished into behavior that is in accordance with the role (intra-role behavior) and behavior outside or beyond the role (extra-role behavior). Extra role itself has many terms, one of which is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a positive work behavior, outside of the tasks imposed by the organization carried out by a teacher. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the number of research subjects totaling 94 teachers of Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta (MIJ), both teachers with permanent foundation teachers (GTY) and non-permanent Foundation teachers (GTTY). The research instrument used is the OCB scale. The scale is compiled using Likert scale modeling. The results showed that based on the OCB frequency distribution of permanent teachers at the Jakarta Istiqlal Madrasah Foundation above, the research subject data showed that there were 6 teachers or 11.11% who had a very high OCB level, 31 teachers or 57.41% had a very high OCB. high, 13 teachers or 24.07 low OCB levels, and 4 teachers or 7.41. While the OCB frequency distribution for non-permanent foundation teachers is 8 teachers or 20% have very high OCB levels, 24 teachers or 60% high OCB levels, 5 teachers or 12.50% low OCB levels, and 3 teachers or 7.50%.

Abstract

Mayoritas pelaku UMKM di Desa Panembong sebagian besar berpendidikan SD dan SMP sehingga dapat dikategorikan berpendidikan rendah. Hal ini berdampak terhadap peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran. Permasalahan yang utama dalam pengetahuan pemasaran dimulai dari pelaku UMKM terutama rajut dan rengginang yang hanya memasarkan produk tanpa dukungan iklan baik itu secara tradisional maupun digital. Program workshop pelatihan pemasaran digital mengenai peningkatan pemasaran UMKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produk dan meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan tentang pemasaran. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi Integrasi Relawan TIK, dimana dalam metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode offline. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran produk sehingga membantu peningkatan kapasitas pemasaran UMKM rajut dan rengginang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how leadership style affects worker commitment and satisfaction in the workplace. The study was carried out by literature reviews and surveys with questionnaires. Regression tests are then used to assess the acquired data with the aid of the SPSS software. The study's findings indicate that, at least in part, a leader's style significantly improves employee work satisfaction. Leaders that successfully apply the appropriate leadership style are able to inspire and encourage their workforce. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that workers who believe they are being led by capable executives typically exhibit greater levels of loyalty to the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep dasar, macam-macam pelanggaran, serta penerapan kaidah ini dalam konteks modern. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatandeskriptif-analitis melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat mazhab utama Islam memberikan penekanan pada keadilan, keterbukaan, dan kejujuran dalam transaksi ekonomi untuk mencegah eksploitasi dan ketidakadilan. Dalam ekonomi modern, pelanggaran seperti spekulasi saham tanpa analisis, asuransi konvensional, dan praktik riba dalam perbankan konvensional masih menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi syariah, inovasi produk ekonomi syariah, dan peningkatan literasi ekonomi Islam di masyarakat.

Abstract

Mosque-Based Madrasah Management is a process of managing an educational unit that organizes general and Islamic religious education that aims to form a generation of believers, knowledgeable, and good deeds by using available resources effectively and efficiently based on Islamic values in carrying out the functions and roles of the mosque. The method used in this study is qualitative research by applying a case study research design that is analyzed descriptively. The form of implementation of the Mosque-Based Madrasah (MBK) of the Istiqlal Jakarta Madrasah is as follows; a) Utilizing the main floor of the Istiqlal Mosque for prayer and teaching and learning activities, b) Utilizing the mosque corridor for teaching and learning activities and other activities such as hajj manasik, c) Using mosque facilities such as playgrounds, mosque fields, sports fields, mosque gardens for learning, d) Involvement of educators, education personnel, and students in activities organized by the Istiqlal Mosque, and e) Preparation of the Integrated Operational Curriculum (KOT) of the Istiqlal Jakarta Madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how work-life balance and the workplace affect employee performance.  The methodology employed in this study is quantitative descriptive correlation research.  Every one of PT. Siraj Badawi's 102 workers  The research population, Enough Rupiah, was chosen through the use of a direct random sample technique.  Data is obtained through questionnaires on work atmosphere, work-life balance, and employee performance.  The data in this study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The work environment of PT. Siraj Badawi has a significant impact on employee performance, according to the findings of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the t test and the F test. Employee performance at PT. Siraj Badawi is significantly impacted by work-life balance.  Employee performance at PT. Siraj Badawi is significantly impacted by the work environment and work-life balance.  Employee performance at PT. Siraj Badawi is impacted by the workplace culture and work-life balance.  41% of Rupiah is sufficient.

Abstract

The implementation of management functions in the implementation of boarding schools is very important to achieve the goals of national education and the goals of these educational organizations. Experts differ in formulating the management process, but in essence there are several similarities covering four management functions that must be considered, namely boarding school planning, boarding school organizing, boarding school implementation, and boarding school supervision. By paying attention to the four functions of education management above, it is expected to improve the overall quality of education. The method used in this research is library research. From the results of the literature research, it can be concluded that the implementation of a good boarding school management function can improve achievement and religious character of Ma'had Al-Qolam MAN 2 Malang City, improve the quality of education at MAN 1 Yogyakarta, improve the quality of education at SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine how employee performance at Pesantren Al Ishlah Tajug is influenced by leadership style and work motivation. Descriptive correlation research using quantitative techniques is the methodology used in this study. All 30 employees of Pesantren Al Ishlah Tajug constituted the study population, which was selected using a direct random sampling technique. Employee performance, work motivation, and leadership style questionnaires provided the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used to analyze the data in this study. Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis with t-test and F-test, this study concluded that employee performance is influenced by leadership style in the Al Ishlah Tajug Islamic Boarding School environment. Work motivation affects the performance of employees of Al Ishlah Tajug Islamic Boarding School. Work motivation and leadership style affect the performance of employees of Al Ishlah Tajug Islamic Boarding School. Leadership style and work motivation affect the performance of staff at Al Ishlah Tajug Islamic Boarding School by 57.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Innovation Behavior in mediating the influence of Employee Engagement and Leadership Style on the performance of Generation Z employees in the city of Cirebon. This is a quantitative study using Partial Least Square (PLS) testing based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and primary data. The population of this study is Generation Z employees in Cirebon, with a sample of 100 Generation Z employees selected through Purposive Sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online. Based on the results of the study, first, Employee Engagement has a negative but not significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. Second, Leadership Style has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. Third, Generation Z employees have a significant positive effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. Fourth, Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Innovation Behavior. Fifth, Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Innovative Behavior. Sixth, Innovative Behavior has a significant positive effect in mediating Employee Engagement on Generation Z Employee Performance. Seventh, Innovative Behavior has a positive but not significant effect in mediating Leadership Style on Generation Z Employee Performance. This study indicates that by paying attention to and providing work interest along with leadership that adapts to each employee's generation, it can encourage innovative behavior to enhance their performance.
