Abstract

Mohammad Ali Al Humaidy (Penulis adalah dosen tetap pada Jurusan Syari’ah  STAIN Pamekasan dan Alumni program Magister Ilmu Sosiologi di Universtias Indonesia Jakarta)       Abstrak: Secara sederhana, tulisan ini akan menganalisa penyebab atau sumber terjadinya konflik antar etnik di Kalimantan Barat, yang terfokus kepada tingkatan stratifikasi sosial. Penulis berasumsi bahwa perbedaan stratifikasi sosial yang kemudian terbentuk sistem pranata sosial (The System of Class Stratifications) mempunyai dampak sosial (konflik antar etnis). Pranata sosial dalam aspek ideologi, agama, ekonomi, politik, bahasa, pendidikan, budaya dan norma-norma sosial lainnya, secara teoritik akan menimbulkan gesekan sosial dan pandangan stereotype etnik yang rentan muncul benih-benih konflik bila dalam realitas sosial menampakkan sifat egois dan fanatisme yang nilai-nilai etnisitas. Benih-benih konflik bersifat laten, apalagi bila ditopang dengan harapan untuk menguasai dan mempertahankan power-privilage-prestige. Disinilah timbul pergolakan sosial antara masyarakat “pribumi” dengan pendatang ataupun sesama etnis. Demikian pula munculnya pertentangan antara kelompok yang ingin menguasai dan mempertahankan power-privilage-prestige dengan kelompok yang ingin merebutnya.Bagi penulis ini sebuah ironi yang perlu kita kaji dan mencari alternatif pemecahan. Ini penting karena menyangkut hak usaha dan hidup manusia yang bagian dari hak asasi manusia, sehingga dengan kejadian konflik etnik di bumi nusantara ini, muncul resolusi konflik sebagai usaha untuk membangun masyarakat pluralis tanpa kekerasan.  Alhasil, sebagai masyarakat akademisi mempunyai amanat untuk memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran agar konflik yang bermuansa SARA dapat dikurangi atau bahkan mungkin ditiadakan. Sebuah tantangan untuk mengkaji teori sosiologi khususnya teori (korelasi) stratifikasi sosial dengan konflik sosial. Kata kunci: stratifikasi sosial, etnik, madura, dayak

Abstract

Local culture everywhere presents meaning space as a guideline for people’s lives, even the presence of tradition can be a medium of social transformation. The tandhe’ as one of the local cultural treasures in Sumenep Madura, emerged as an appreciation of past civilizations that believe that tandhe’ is not a mere spectacle but also as a communication medium that contains the values of goodness. Signs implicitly or explicitly important to learn because it often contains the essence of da’wah which calls on humans to remember God. Tandhe’ as a manifestation of local wisdom will be an effective communication medium for building communities when properly packaged, because cultural anomalies can occur at any time. The researcher uses a qualitative approach in the form of field research so that researchers can directly make observations and even participate in contributing ideas as feedback from informants ideas. The presence of tandhe’ has until now experienced a shift in the function and purpose of tandh’ itself. The ancient kings tandhe’ functioned as the media for the propaganda used by Walisongo in order to spread the teachings of Islam. The religious value of the tandhe’ began to fade because the lovers of the tandhe’ began to abandon the teachings taught by the Walisongo. Tandhe’ at the moment is more dominant in the nature of entertainment which aims only for worldly purposes only. Tandhe’ essentially has a symbolic communication used by Walisongo in preaching Islam to the community which is also a symbol of tirakat by human.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility and corporate zakat programs are two instruments for distributing with social responsibility funds that both have a legal basis, namely Law No.40 of 2007 concerning with Limited Liability Companies and company zakat, Law No.23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management. In general, zakat and CSR contain the same vision and mission, namely concern for the overall social condition. Particularly, the life of the community is related to the welfare, security and peace of the people. The present study uses qualitative methods. The results of the research are Firstly, Bank BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep has form of Sharia Business Financing program activities (PUSYAR iB), Commercial Banks of BRI Syariah Bank fulfill CSR and corporate zakat through the National Zakat Agency (Baznas). Secondly, The social responsibility activities of Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) which base their business activities on Islamic sharia principles are to set aside a portion (2.5%) of the company's profits in the form of zakat payments. In general, the expenditure of zakat funds here is not merely to fulfill the administrative requirements of the country but also to obtain the blessing value as a company based on sharia principles.

Abstract

This article discusses dialectical teachings between Islam and local culture among Wetu Telu Muslims, a local community in Lombok, which is often accused of developing a prototype of Islamic teachings mixed with deviant, heterodox, and heretical traditions. The discussion focuses on one form of their traditions that reflects the dialectics, namely the merariq in wedding tradition. By applying a qualitative approach, this study specifically portrayed relevant views of Wetu Telu Muslims which are relatively different from that of orthodox Muslims in Lombok. Based on the results of participatory observation and unstructured in-depth interviews, the study findings reveal that the traditions of the Wetu Telu Muslims, especially in merariq, reflect a dialectical teaching between Islam and local culture so that it can be named as an Islamic tradition. It is also clear that Wetu Telu's teachings are extremely tolerant to the local culture and this is proven, among others, through their wedding tradition. From the ‘Urf perspective, merariq wedding tradition is legitimate for recognition as an Islamic culture or Islamic legal practice even though some aspects of the tradition differ from the general principles of Islamic orthodoxy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Whether it is recognized or not, there are many things in society problems related to the economy,especially not equal distribution of income between one group and another others that cause social and economic disparities.To overcome this problem, zakat is the obligation of every Muslim for those who have fulfilled the requirements to accomplish this, become an alternative solution for overcome this problem. In this case distribution Zakat funds are the most important part of building shared prosperity. But in this era of globalization of course. The distribution of zakat requires new innovations through application of QS interpretation. at-taubah verse 60 effectively, efficiently and relevant to the development of the times by doing various collaborations and modern distribution models. Tree The discussion in this article is the application of QS interpretation. At-Taubah verse 60 which emphasizes the concept of caring, justice and economic equality by combining new innovations to create a more effective system in building economic prosperity, of course can be realized by applying eight groups mustahiq who has the right to receive and utilize funds zakat.

Abstract

Carok is often used as a last resort by the Madurese people to resolve a problem due to their inherently tough nature. In this context, there is a demand for efforts to overcome this tradition. This research aims to implement the values of religious moderation to minimize the occurrence of the carok tradition in Madura. This study uses a library research method with primary data sources being the concept of religious moderation. Secondary data sources are obtained from literature such as books, journals, and relevant websites aligned with the research topic. The findings of this research are as follows: The carok tradition is a violent practice carried out by the Madurese as a form of defense concerning their self-esteem when their dignity is trampled, their wives are disturbed, and their families are harmed. There are three factors that lead the Madurese to carry out carok: when their dignity is trampled, their wives are disturbed, and their families are harmed. Religious moderation is a moderate Islamic concept that can counteract and minimize the occurrence of carok in Madura by instilling and applying socio-religious moderation values such as tolerance, engaging in deliberation to resolve conflicts, avoiding excessiveness, and being anti-violence.

Abstract

Kampung Moderasi Beragama Polagan merupakan sebuah inisiatif strategis dan program nasional yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang moderat agar terhindar dari munculnya sikap radikal, ekstrem, dan tindakan terorisme yang dilakukan oleh umat beragama di Indonesia secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kampung moderasi beragama Polagan dalam mewujudkan masyarakat moderat di Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi yang digunakan Kampung Moderasi Beragama Polagan dalam merealisasikan masyarakat moderat di Pamekasan, yaitu dialog interaktif agama, majelis ta’lim, dan santunan anak yatim. dari 3 kegiatan tersebut terdapat nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, diantaranya, tawasuth, I’tidal, tasamuh, syura, ishlah, qudwah, muwathonah, al-la unf, I’tiraf bil-urf selain nilai-nilai juga terdapat indikator moderasi beragama, yaitu komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti-kekerasan, dan akomodatif terhadap kebudayaan lokal. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan tercipta kampung-kampung moderasi beragama lain yang mengandung nilai-nilai moderasi beragama sehingga terbentuk masyarakat yang moderat dan inklusif.
