Abstract

Coconut protein concentrate (blondo) can be used as a milk product because it has a high nutrient and mineral content, so it can be used as an affordable alternative to formula milk to treat malnutrition in Indonesia. Coconut protein concentrate (blondo) is packaged in powder form, so that the product lasts longer. Vacuum freeze dryer is suitable for drying coconut protein concentrate (blondo) which is susceptible to high temperatures to avoid denaturation of its protein content. Coconut protein concentrate (blondo) with mass variations of 40 and 50 gr was put into a freeze dryer to be dried with variations in vacuum pressure at 64, 67, 70 and 73 cmHg. The comparison of the quality of each product will be viewed from the moisture, protein and fat content. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, at a vacuum pressure of 73 cmHg with a mass of 50 gr has the best quality results with a moisture content of 4.99%, a protein content of 23.84% and a fat content of 10.90%. Thus, the greater the vacuum pressure, the better the quality of the product.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam era digital saat ini telah mendorong perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam segala aspek bisnis, khususnya dalam pemasaran. PT. Orion Makmur Bersama, yang bergerak di bidang Food and Beverage (FnB) dengan fokus pada coffee shop, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan keberadaan online mereka. Hingga saat ini, mereka belum memiliki situs web resmi yang dapat menjadi platform untuk menyampaikan informasi terkini kepada calon pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, PT. Orion Makmur Bersama memutuskan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah halaman arahan yang profesional dan informatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan halaman arahan. Diharapkan, dengan adanya landing page yang dioptimalkan, PT. Orion Makmur Bersama dapat menarik perhatian lebih banyak calon pelanggan, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Analisis mengenai kinerja jaringan internet di Indonesia memanfaatkan data dari distribusi sampling Indeks Pembangunan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (IP-TIK) yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Tujuan utama adalah mengevaluasi korelasi antara sub indeks akses dan infrastruktur TIK dengan kecepatan internet rata-rata di berbagai provinsi. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi signifikan dari infrastruktur TIK terhadap peningkatan kecepatan internet. Data yang dianalisis mencakup 34 provinsi di Indonesia dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif melalui tiga tahap utama: analisis statistik deskriptif, estimasi parameter dengan interval kepercayaan, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara sub indeks akses dan infrastruktur TIK dengan kecepatan internet, di mana provinsi dengan infrastruktur TIK yang lebih baik memiliki kecepatan internet yang lebih tinggi. Analisis regresi linier juga mengungkapkan bahwa sekitar 78% variasi dalam kecepatan internet dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam sub indeks akses dan infrastruktur TIK.

Abstract

Hair is one of the most essential parts of the human body, both men and women; one of the problems with hair that often occurs is hair loss. Chia plants contain sebum gland-stimulating agents with a keratin protein concentration of 23%. The sebaceous glands play a role in facilitating the growth of hair follicles so that hair can thrive and prevent hair loss. This research aims to determine the optimum composition of the prediction formula using Design Expert software and the physical characteristics and stability of liquid shampoo preparations. Optimization was carried out using Design Expert 13 software with two material components, namely HPMC and SLS, and two responses, namely viscosity and foam height. The optimum formula obtained was subjected to characteristic tests and stability tests. The stability test was carried out using the cycling test method by storing the preparation at temperatures of 4◦C and 40◦C for 48 hours. The results of the prediction formula show that component X1 is 0.589307% and X2 is 9.41069%. The one-sample t-test showed that the results were not significantly different at p>0.05 in the two responses. Testing of the optimum formula's physical characteristics and physical stability meets the reasonable requirements for organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, viscosity tests 414,80±9,94 cPs, foam height tests 7,060±0,11 cm, and pH tests 7,39±0. The 8th run is the optimum formula with a composition of X1 0.589307% and X2 9.41069 % meets the requirements for good physical characteristics tests and physical stability tests.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the physical condition of futsak athletes in Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is descriptive. This research will be carried out at the Selatpajang City Futsal Field, while the time of this research is after a proposal seminar has been carried out and approved by the supervisor and examining lecturer. The sampling technique used all members of the population (the entire population was sampled), namely 12 people. Based on the results of research on the physical condition of Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes, the current endurance/bleep test for Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes is in the good category. The speed possessed by Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes is in the good category. The agility run currently owned by Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes is in the poor category. The leg muscle explosive power possessed by Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes is in the medium category. The eye and foot coordination currently possessed by Meranti Islands Regency Futsal Athletes is in the good category. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Kalondo Bunti Tradition in the Marriage of the Bima Community in Kambilo Village, Wawo District according to Islamic Law. In this study, a type of descriptive qualitative research is used with field studies of Anthropological and Sociological approaches. The collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis processing technique uses reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The conclusion of this study states that the practice of traditional marriage of Kalondo Bunti in the Bima community should not be carried out because the mafsadad for the bride-to-be is more than the benefits, unless there is mahram assistance. This can cause unwanted things (slander), so prevention must be done rather than carrying it out.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the service quality of PT Modena Indonesia's e-commerce website using the WebQual 4.0 method, as well as provide recommendations for improving service quality to increase customer satisfaction. This research was conducted as one of the requirements for graduation from the Undergraduate Program (S1) in the Information Technology Study Program at Bina Sarana Informatika University. The methods used include direct observation of the PT Modena Indonesia website, online interviews through distributing questionnaires to customers, as well as literature studies reviewing similar research. The research results show that usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of this analysis, it is recommended that PT Modena Indonesia make improvements to these three aspects to increase user satisfaction. This research is expected to help companies optimize their website services and improve the overall customer experience

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah website pengaduan masyarakat guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kota Palangka Raya. Website ini dirancang sebagai solusi digital yang mempermudah masyarakat dalam menyampaikan pengaduan, memantau statusnya, dan menerima tanggapan dari pihak Dukcapil secara transparan dan efisien. Fitur utama yang diimplementasikan meliputi autentikasi berbasis Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) untuk pengelolaan hak akses pengguna dan mekanisme log aktivitas untuk melacak perubahan data.Proses pengembangan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL untuk memastikan sistem yang andal dan mudah digunakan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memfasilitasi alur pengaduan dengan baik dan meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi antara masyarakat dan instansi terkait. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan sistem serupa untuk pelayanan publik yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter tangguh iklim melalui pelatihan coding berbasis edukasi lingkungan di SMA Muhammadiyah Tubohan. Kegiatan difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman guru dan siswa mengenai isu perubahan iklim serta integrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran. Sebanyak 15 guru dan 30 siswa mengikuti pelatihan yang mencakup pembuatan animasi edukatif menggunakan Scratch dan Python sederhana. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 26,7% peserta memahami keterkaitan antara teknologi dan edukasi lingkungan. Setelah pelatihan, pemahaman meningkat menjadi 90% berdasarkan hasil post-test, menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan sebesar 63,3%. Sebanyak 80% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan proyek animasi bertema iklim, dan 93,3% menyatakan kegiatan ini menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap dampak aktivitas manusia terhadap lingkungan. Sementara itu, 86,7% guru merasa lebih siap mengintegrasikan isu iklim dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menumbuhkan budaya sadar iklim yang berbasis data dan teknologi di sekolah. PkM ini diharapkan menjadi model pembinaan karakter lingkungan berkelanjutan yang dapat diterapkan secara luas di institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. Using quantitative descriptive research methods, the study was conducted on 150 employees of PT Zat Store. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and work motivation significantly affect employee performance with a contribution of 67.5%. The implications of the study indicate the importance of developing a positive organizational culture and increasing work motivation to achieve optimal performance.
