Abstract

Waters of the Savu Sea serves strategic means for the development of East Nusa Tenggara province, because most of the district / city in the province is highly dependent on the Savu Sea. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of coral reef ecosystems using the Manta Tow in the waters of the East Rote, District of Rote Ndao, province of East Nusa Tenggara in the plan of conservation areas Savu Sea Marine National Park. The results show the percentage of hard coral life cover in the East Rote 3 study sites in the category of bad. The west side has average cover of 23.98%. Mulut Seribu Strait have hard coral life cover percentage of 15.8% and eastern side has the lowest percentage to hard coral life cover average by 12.33%.

Abstract

This comprehensive analysis explores the interplay between income, employee motivation, and compensation strategies, drawing insights from various studies in education and industry. The research, conducted using quantitative methods, uncovers a robust positive correlation between income and work motivation, highlighting the pivotal role of financial rewards in reinforcing desired work-related behaviors. Employing statistical analyses, the study quantifies the impact of income on motivation, providing empirical evidence of its significance. Nonetheless, it underscores the importance of adopting a holistic compensation approach that encompasses both extrinsic and intrinsic motivators. Organizations are advised to implement transparent and equitable compensation systems, offer performance-related incentives, and facilitate avenues for career growth. Moreover, cultivating a positive work environment characterized by open communication and recognition of employee contributions is emphasized as a key driver of job satisfaction and sustained motivation.

Abstract

Negative externalities of carbon emissions are a global problem that requires government intervention to deal with. This research method uses a qualitative approach using the literature review method. The conclusion is that carbon finance is an important tool in global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change. With a combination of carbon markets, public funding, and private investment, there are many opportunities to support projects that have a positive impact on the environment. However, to achieve success, the challenges of regulation, transparency, and market stability must be overcome.

Abstract

Outlet Kopi Tarbulan (Grosir Kopi Murni) di Kabupaten Bekasi merupakan salah satu outlet kopi yang belum memiliki sistem untuk memilih biji kopi berkualitas terbaik, sehingga sulit untuk menentukan kopi yang diminati konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi  Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan metode waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem informasi. Metode ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mulai dari analisis, desain, pemrograman, pengujian dan implementasi. Desain sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Aplikasi berbasis website dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan database MySQL, serta pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan ini dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam menentukan kualitas biji kopi yang tepat dan memberikan informasi yang akurat. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha di Outlet Kopi Tarbulan dalam memilih biji kopi berkualitas dengan baik.
