Abstract

Persaingan bisnis tidak hanya terjadi pada perusahaan melainkan terjadi pada kota. Setiap kota melakukan branding sebagai cara untuk membentuk citra dan membentuk identitas kota tersebut. City branding dibentuk berdasarkan pada potensi kota untuk menciptakan nilai jual kota tersebut dalam menarik perhatian dan menciptakan keputusan masyarakat untuk berkunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui identitas Kota Tasikmalaya melalui pendekatan The City Branding Hexagon dari Simon Anholt (2007), yaitu konsep city branding yang bertujuan untuk menentukan identitas suatu kota. The city branding hexagon terdiri dari indikator kehadiran, potensi, tempat, orang, semangat, dan prasyarat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Tasikmalaya membentuk city branding ?Tasik Kota Resik, Tasik Kota Kreatif? melalui the city branding hexagon untuk membentuk identitas Kota Tasikmalaya sebagai kota yang resik/ indah dan memiliki atraksi wisata yang layak untuk dikunjungi.

Abstract

Purpose- The research objective was to determine the internet marketing strategy through social media in a typical culinary business in Tasikmalaya City. Design/methodology/approach- Descriptive-qualitative research methods were used to describe internet marketing strategies that were applied through analysis of market segmentation, target markets, and positioning and its implication of social media optimization (SMO). Observation, deep interview and literature study techniques were carried out in obtaining the data. The culinary business that was studied was the typical culinary of Tasikmalaya, namely Tutug Oncom (Tutug Oncom Instant Titasix). Findings- The results showed that culinary business in the Tasikmalaya Culinary Community (KWKT) had implemented internet marketing, especially implementing social media optimization in supporting internet marketing activities with social media. Implications- Through internet marketing, it was expected that typical culinary businesses in Tasikmalaya could optimize technological advancements through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media in marketing culinary products. Abstract

This research aims to test the effect brand image, advertising and product quality on customer loyalty with brand community as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on AREI members outdoor community in East Priangan. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 250, spread across store Tasikmalaya and Garut. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Brand image, advertising, products, brand community and customer loyalty, in excellent condition; 2) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on brand community; 3) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 4) Brand community positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) Brand image, advertising and product quality influence customer loyalty through the brand community.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify and analyze the implications of the influence of food safety, product availability, and loyalty program on repurchase intention and its implications on the company image of CV. Torani Sumber Makmur Processed Fish Stall in the West Java Region. The method used in this research was a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size in this research was 187 respondents determined using cluster sampling. By utilizing Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), the research found that product availability and loyalty program had a significant positive influence on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, food safety had a significant negative influence on repurchase intention. Food safety, product availability, and loyalty program had a significant positive influence on the company image. Repurchase intention had a positive and significant implication on the company image. The influence of product availability and loyalty program on repurchase intention had significant implications on the company image. Whereas, the influence of food safety on repurchase intention did not have significant implications on the company image.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation, leadership and work stress as determinant factors on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on District employees in Tasikmalaya City. Sampling was carried out using the proportional stratified random sampling technique, with a total sample size of 152 samples, spread across 10 sub-district employees in Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Motivation, leadership, work stress, job satisfaction and performance of sub-district employees in Tasikmalaya City are in very good condition; 2) Motivation, leadership and work stress have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) Motivation, leadership and work stress have a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) Motivation, leadership and work stress influence performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for subdistrict employees in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training, work experience, competence and motivation on performance. The study was conducted on mental health management employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center. Sampling was carried out using census techniques, with a sample size of 97 samples, consisting of mental health management employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center, which consists of 40 Community Health Centers. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that: 1) Training, work experience, competence, motivation and performance are in good condition. 2) Training, work experience and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance. 3) Training, work experience, competency and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of mental health management health workers at the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Health Center

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of leadership style, organizational culture, quality of human resources and motivation on performance. The study was conducted on members of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana PCBS Pussenif Bandung. Sampling was carried out using a proportional stratified random sampling technique, with a total sample size of 263 samples, who were members of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana PCBS Pussenif Bandung, which consists of 10 branches. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) Organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation and performance are in the good category, while leadership style is in the very good category. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance. 3) Organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on performance. 4) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on performance. 5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. 6) Leadership style, organizational culture, quality of human resources and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.Keywords: leadership style; organizational culture; quality of human resources; motivation; performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi terhadap kinerja. Studi dilakukan pada Anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana PCBS Pussenif Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik propotioned stratified random sampling, dengan jumlah ukuran sampel sebanyak 263 sampel, yang merupakan anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana PCBS Pussenif Bandung, yang terdiri dari 10 cabang.  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, motivasi dan kinerja termasuk kategori baik, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan termasuk kategori sangat baik. 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. 4) Kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 6) Gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan; budaya organisasi; kualitas sumber daya manusia; motivasi; kinerja.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine and analyze burnout, work life balance, job satisfaction and performance. Background Problems: In tackling Covid 19, the optimal performance of nurses is needed to heal patients by increasing satisfaction and work life balance and reducing their burnout. Novelty: research abaout work life balance in hospitals is still rare. Research Methods: The sampling technique in this study used a census sampling. This study used PLS SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3 software program. Finding/Results: Burnout had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work life balance had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Burnout has no significant effect on performance, work life balance has no significant effect on performance and job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. Burnout and work life balance affect performance through job satisfaction. Burnout and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Burnout, work life balance and job satisfaction simultaneously affect performance. Conclusion: Burnout is included in the quite good category, work life balance is in the quite good category, job satisfaction is included in the quite good category and performance is included in the good category.

Abstract

The activity of making cassava chips is one of the efforts to make cassava chips a superior MSME product in Tanjung Ibus Village. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of how to make cassava chips properly and correctly to the people of Tanjung Ibus and to provide training to the community in improving the community's MSMEs. The method of implementing this activity is through socialization, providing materials and direct practice in making cassava chips. The results of the discussion show that the socialization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in cassava chips products as an effort to become a superior product in Tanjung Ibus Village provides benefits in the form of new learning for the people of Tanjung Ibus Village. The community was guided directly by Abangda Rahman and KKN student STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura during the socialization process. Through this activity, the community in Tanjung Ibus Village can feel the benefits of this activity and it is hoped that they will be encouraged to continue to develop themselves and can make cassava chips a superior MSME product in Tanjung Ibus Village.

Abstract

Nowadays there are still teachers who have not graduated from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, even though educational background is important for a teacher. These weaknesses lead to the low quality of education. An academic educational background that does not meet the requirements can have a negative influence on the teacher's teaching style, attitudes and behavior in teaching, and educational abilities. A teacher must have competence in teaching so that the expected goals can be achieved optimally so that student learning outcomes are affected. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, documentary observation and closed questionnaires using Likert scale measuring instruments. The research results reveal that there is a high influence of teacher professional competence on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs. S. Nurul Iman Padang Reba
