Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kinerja sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian (Polbangtan) Gowa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei yakni menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Variabel penelitian yaitu tunjangan kinerja (X), kinerja pegawai (Y) dan kepuasan kerja (Z). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian (Polbangtan) Gowa yang berjumlah 98 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan sumber data penelitian merupakan data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh peneliti melalui pemberian kuesioner. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Olahan data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara langsung tunjangan kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh langsung tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tunjangan berbasis kinerja merupakan salah satu jawaban untuk peningkatan kinerja individu pegawai yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kepuasan kerja yang akhirnya juga akan mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Abstract

The growth of city if it has not offset by the development of road infrastructure, so it has make congestion on some roads, then it has an impact toward time and economy. One of solution to overcoming the road transportation congestion is the provision adequate of mass transport that can interest people to leave the private vehicles and switch to public transport. An aims this research to examine the effect of servqual toward citizen satisfaction on Trans Mamminasata. This study was using a quantitative approach, with cross sectional design. Sampling technique in this study was using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Techniques of data collection for hypothesis test was using questionnaires with closed question. Variables was used in this study such us independent variables (servqual) and the dependent variable (citizen satisfaction). The independent variable consists of five dimensions, such us: reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, assurance, and empathy. In this study, the instrument validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and reliability test performed using cronbach's alpha correlation. There are six hypotheses in this study which test using different data analysis techniques, such us: simple linear regression (H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5), and multiple linear regression (H6). The results of this research showed that there were three rejected hypotheses (H1, H2, H3) and three accepted hypotheses (H4, H5, H6).

Abstract

This research is devoted to investigate role conflict form the context of work and university domains on working students. This research it is expected to fill research gaps and enrich studies of role conflict topic and its relation to stress and burnout. This study involved 239 active working students from various universities in Makassar as respondents. Determination of the sample was done randomly through a purposive sampling approach. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used in assisting research data analysis includes path analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that the university -work conflict variables and work- university conflict variables had a significant positive effect on stress variables, while the university-work conflict variable had a insignificant negative effect on burnout and work- university conflict variables had a significant positive effect on burnout. Through Moderated Regression Analysis shows that social support variables reduce the negative influence of stress on burnout of Working Student.

Abstract

Retail sebagai salah satu bagian dari industri jasa yang memiliki karakteristik marketing mix berbeda dengan industri manufaktur. Marketing mix pada industri jasa memiliki tujuh unsur, yaitu: orang, proses, bentuk fisik, produk, harga, tempat dan promosi. Parasuraman, Berry and Zeithaml (1988) telah mengembangkan beberapa instrumen kepuasan konsumen pada industri jasa, yang disebut persepsi kualitas layanan (ServQual perception). Tujuan studi ini menguji dua hipotesis, yaitu: apakah ServQual perception memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap repurchasing intentions (H1), dan apakah customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh moderasi pada hubungan antara ServQual perception dengan repurchase intentions. Populasi riset ini adalah seluruh konsumen Grha Layanan Avon, dengan sampel data yang dianalisis sejumlah 180. Prosedur pengumpulan data riset ini menggunakan survei secara langsung ke konsumen. Ada tida variabel yang digunakan pada studi ini, yaitu: ServQual perception sebagai variabel independen, repurchase intentions sebagai variabel dependen, dan customer satisfaction sebagai variabel moderasi. Pengujian variabel moderasi menggunakan Hierarchical Regression Analysis (HRA).

Abstract

Technology adoption plays an important role in competing and creating opportunities in business nowadays. Mobile Banking has changed the way the banking industry and business interact. Mobile Banking is an alternative business strategy for businesses to survive in an increasingly competitive business in today's digital era. This study will focus on adopting Mobile Banking technology and its role to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model concept using several indicators from various previous studies which consist of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Social Norms, Perceived Risk, Relative Advantages, Personal Innovativeness and Cost as indicators. The study involved 278 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City by using a self-administered questionnaire, which was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The result shows that simultaneously all indicators of the construct of Technology Acceptance Model had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. Furthermore, partially each indicator shows a positive and significant influence and personal innovativeness is the most dominant indicator in influencing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) performance. The findings of this study are expected to enrich the study related to the topic of Technology Acceptance Model in Mobile Banking and its relationship to improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

Coastal areas are transition areas between land and sea ecosystems that have various potential natural resources, but the increasing rate of abrasion can be a threat to ecosystem life in coastal areas. The problem that often occurs in ecotourism development is excessive use of natural resources for tourism activities without considering the carrying capacity of the area so damaged mangrove ecosystems are often found as a result of excessive tourism activities and without good management. The service activities aim to: 1) provide college student with an understanding of the importance of preserving the natural environment, 2) plant mangrove seedlings in the Lantebung ecotourism area, and 3) introduce college student to the Lantebung ecotourism destination. Methods for implementing activities are socialization and Participatory Rural Appraisal. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of activities indicate the following: 1) increased college student knowledge in preserving nature, 2) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of coastal erosion, 3) increased college student understanding of the Tridharma of higher education, 4) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of extreme weather, 5) increased college student knowledge about the impacts of extreme weather, 5) increasing college student knowledge about Lantebung ecotourism destinations, as well as 6) carrying out activities to plant mangrove seedlings in the Lantebung ecotourism area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its contribution to enhancing organizational performance using a bibliometric approach. The research method involves analyzing data from Scopus and Crossref databases with the help of VOSviewer software to map research trends, keyword relationships, and publication distributions. The findings reveal that AI plays a significant role in optimizing HR processes, such as data-driven decision-making, productivity enhancement, and more efficient talent management. Key trends include innovations in HR practices, the utilization of big data, and sustainability practices (green HRM). The analysis identifies a significant increase in publications since 2020, reflecting growing academic interest in this topic. This research provides practical significance by helping organizations understand the strategic benefits of AI in addressing HR challenges and driving sustainable performance. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for future research exploring AI implementation across various organizational contexts.
