<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. The results of the study showed that the multiple regression constant value was 0.408. From the results of the determination coefficient, the R Square value was 0.602 or 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. Because the significant value for variables , and is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Keywords : Leadership, Motivation and Compensation, Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai konstanta regresi berganda sebesar 0,408. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan niali R Square sebesar 0,602 atau 60,2% dan selebihnya 39,8% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Karena nilai signifikan untuk variabel , dan lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.
