Abstract

Bekerja sebagai pegawai BNPP khususnya sebagai anggota tim SAR yang memiliki pekerjaan berisiko tinggi berpeluang besar membuat pegawai mengalami disengage. Disengage yang dialami pegawai akan berdampak pada burnout, turnover, rendahnya kinerja pribadi bahkan performa organisasi. Dengan demikian, mengetahui faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan keterikatan kerja merupakan sesuatu yang penting agar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya disengage pegawai BNPP. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja pegawai BNPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai BNPP DIY dan Jawa Tengah yang memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu menggunakan pegawai BNPP yang bekerja di bidang Operasi Pencarian Pertolongan dan Kesiapsiagaan atau biasa disebut dengan Tim SAR dari wilayah kerja DIY dan Jawa Tengah dengan total sampel sebanyak 88 orang pegawai. Alat ukur yang digunakan meliputi tiga skala, yaitu UWES modifikasi, skala kesejahteraan psikologis, dan WRQoL. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perolehan koefisien regresi sebesar R=0,415 dengan p=0,00 (p<0,001), artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan keterikatan kerja sebesar rxy=0,285 dengan p=0,004 (p<0,001). Begitupula adanya korelasi antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan kerja, yaitu sebesar rxy=0,403 dan p=0,000 (p<0,001). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan keterikatan kerja pegawai BNPP.

Abstract

Hybrid working is the work model chosen by many companies. In practice, changing your work style to a hybrid can affect the quality of work life. Quality of work life is an employee's perception which includes aspects of job and career satisfaction, general well-being, distance from homework, stress at work, control at work, working conditions. On the other hand, employee personality is a kind of diversity in the workplace. One of the personalities in the workplace is the personality of narcissism. Narcissism is part of the dark triad personality. Narcissism is demonstrated by behavior of self-admiration, domination, and superiority. The aim of this research is to explain the role of narcissistic personality in the quality of work life of employees who work in a hybrid manner. The participants were 217 hybrid working employees who filled out the Quality of work life and Short Dark Triad Personality scale instruments. The participants consisted of government agency employees, male and female, private employees, government agencies and start-ups, ranging in age from 20 to 55, with D3 to S3 educational backgrounds. Participants were selected using a purposive sampling method. The research results show that narcissistic personality plays a role in the quality of work life (b=0.055; p<0.001). Companies need to manage narcissistic traits through personnel management to improve the quality of work life in a hybrid work environment.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made changes to various sectors, including ways of working that are now more widely adopting a hybrid model, which has an impact on the quality of an individual's work life. A supervisor's personality and leadership style play an important role in this. The purpose of this study is to empirically measure the role of empowering leadership as a mediator between the dark triad personality and the supervisor's leadership style. as a mediator between the personality of the dark triad and the quality of work life of hybrid employees. employees who work in a hybrid manner. Data were collected online from 217 employees from various agencies and positions, using a purposive sampling method. The data collection method uses three types of scales, namely the quality of work-life scale (α=0.861), the short dark triad personality scale (α=0.849), and the empowering leadership scale (α = 0.91). Data were analyzed using mediation analysis using JASP 0.16.2.0 software. The results of data analysis show that empowering leadership can significantly mediate the relationship between narcissistic personality and psychopath personality on the quality of work life. Empowering leadership does not have a mediating effect on the Machiavellian personality and the quality of work life. This research in organizations implies that the perception of the quality of work life of employees with narcissistic and psychopathic personalities can be changed through the role of leaders who have an empowering leadership style.

Abstract

Kajian ilmiah mengenai perilaku ditempat kerja sebelumnya telah menemukan bahwa karyawan yang mengalami emosi postif ditempat kerja akan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kinerja karyawan akan mengarahkan pada produktivitas organisasi. Suatu hal yang penting bagi organisasi adalah memastikan tingkat kualitas kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Kesejahteraan psikologis atau psychology well being (PWB) merupakan konsep Ryff yang awalnya meyakini bahwa kesehatan yang positif tidak hanya berasal dari fisik, tapi juga psikologis. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan kondisi ketika individu merasa butuh untuk merasa baik secara psikologis. Peneliti melihat suatu hal yang menjadi faktor psychological well being adalah kualitas kehidupan kerja, kondisi ini disebut juga dengan quality of work life (QWL). QWL merupakan kondisi dimana karyawan merasa berkualitas atas kehidupan di pekerjaannya, meliputi kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, kesejahteraan secara umum, kualitas hubungan rumah dan pekerjaan, tingkat stres terhadap pekerjaan, kemampuan melakukan kontrol kerja dan kondisi pekerjaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri sejumlah 63 guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa quality of work life memiliki pengaruh terhadap psychological well being. Sumbangan efektif quality of work life terhadap psychological well being sebesar 25,9%.

Abstract

The adolescent phase is characterized by various high demands and expectations from the social environment, which significantly impact the psychological well-being of adolescents. Psychological well-being refers to an individual's capacity for psychological acceptance, which is essential for achieving life goals, values, and a sense of direction for the future. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of tiger parenting on the psychological well-being of adolescents. The methodology employed in this research utilizes a simple linear regression quantitative approach. The research scales used include the Tiger Parenting Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale. The sampling technique applied is incidental sampling. This research was conducted with 236 students from various high schools in the Yogyakarta City area. The data analysis technique employed in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis indicate a regression coefficient of 0.496, with a significance (p) level of 0.000 (p<0.05). Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted, suggesting that tiger parenting has a highly significant effect on psychological well-being. This finding suggests that parenting style has a significant influence on psychological well-being. Parents need to adopt appropriate parenting styles to enhance the psychological well-being of their children.

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner memegang peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional. Namun demikian, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengembangan usahanya, termasuk akses permodalan, keterbatasan pemasaran digital, serta rendahnya kesadaran akan pengelolaan limbah yang berkelanjutan. Warung Sate Kambing Pakdhe, yang berlokasi di Bantul, Yogyakarta, merupakan salah satu UMKM yang mengalami ketiga permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi melalui tiga pendekatan utama, yaitu: sosialisasi akses permodalan usaha bagi UMKM, pendampingan digital marketing dengan fokus pada pengelolaan media sosial Instagram, serta pelatihan dan praktik langsung pengelolaan sampah organik melalui metode biopori. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur melalui beberapa tahapan: survey awal untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, serta pendampingan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam ketiga aspek tersebut. Pendekatan terintegratif ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kapasitas usaha mitra serta mendorong pertumbuhan usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial dan lingkungan. Kata kunci: akses modal usaha; digital marketing; pengelolaan limbah; UMKM kuliner. Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector play an important role in supporting the national economy. However, many MSME players still face various challenges in developing their businesses, including limited access to capital, inadequate digital marketing, and low awareness of sustainable waste management. Warung Sate Kambing Pakdhe, located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, is one of the MSMEs experiencing these three problems. This Community Service activity aims to provide solutions through three main approaches: socialization of access to business capital for MSMEs, digital marketing assistance with a focus on Instagram social media management, and training and hands-on practice of organic waste management through the biopore method. This community service programme employs a structured approach through several stages: an initial survey to identify problems, as well as assistance with pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in all three aspects. This integrated approach is expected to enhance the business capacity of partners and foster more sustainable, socially responsible, and environmentally responsible business growth. Keywords: access to business capital; digital marketing; waste management; culinary MSMEs.
