Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator materi aritmatika sosial kelas VII SMPN 4 Jombang bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator materi aritmati sosial 2) Mengetahui bagaimana hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator materi aritmatika sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE {(Analysis (Analisis) , Design (perencanaan), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi) dan Evaluation (evaluasi)}. Teknik Analisis dari penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa skor validator para ahli, skor ahli materi dosen Pendidikan Matematika, skor ahli media dosen Teknologi Informasi, skor respon peserta didik terhadap media Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator berupa hasil angket. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator dilihat melalui uji validasi produk. Uji validasi materi dari Dosen Pendidikan Matematika terdapat 3,41 dengan kategori valid, sedangkan validasi ahli media dari Dosen Fakultas Teknologi Informasi terdapat 3,6 dengan kategori valid. Hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata seluruh peserta didik terdapat 76,8. Berdasarkan KKM yang ditetapakan sekolah (65) maka nilai rata-rata seluruh peserta didik dalam kualifikasi tuntas. Hasil ketuntasan belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa dari jumlah seluruh peserta didik lebih banyak yang sama dengan atau lebih dari KKM dengan persentase ketuntasan dari jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas terdapat 68,7%.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Camtasia dan Wondershare Quiz Creator baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi aritmatika sosial kelas VII SMPN 4 Jombang. Budaya barat dan perkembangan teknologi sedikit demi sedikit mulai menggeser budaya tradisional yang ada di suatu Negara. Budaya tradisional merupakan ciri dan asset dari suatu wilayah yang seharusnya dijaga dan tetap dilestarikan. Salah satunya budaya aksara sunda yang ada di Indonesia khususnya daerah jawa barat. Mau tidak mau kita harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan melakukan penyesuaian dengan kondisi saat ini agar budaya tradisional bisa tetap dilestarikan di zaman modern ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat menjadi media pembelajaran aksara Sunda yang menarik dan tidak membosankan, sehingga masyarakat tertarik untuk mempelajari aksara Sunda dengan mudah dan menyenangkan.Diharapkan aplikasi ini bisa bermanfaat sebagai media untuk menjaga dan melestarikan budaya tradisional aksara Sunda dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi serta mengikuti budaya modern.

ABSTRAKKarya tulis (Skripsi Penciptaan) ini mengangkat sebuah kisah tentang bentuk kupu-kupu yang diaplikasikan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan cara mengembangkan teknik lukisan abstrak melalui teknik cipratan oleh Sikat dan Sisir. Penemuan baru ini diambil dari proses akademik mata kuliah seni lukis III dengan cara mengembangkan bentuk kupu-kupu sebagai ide gagasan yang bereksplorasi tentang pemanfaatan bahan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, bentuk tersebut dimanfaatkan sebagai media/bahan untuk menunjang dalam pembuatan karya, sehingga memiliki kegunaan selain benda pakai atau benda hias. Proses pembuatan lukisan ini, berupa pola yang dicetakan diatas lukisan dengan dilengkapi tempelan benang serta bahan pendukung lainnya. Pembuatan lukisan ini memang sangat berbeda dengan proses pembuatan lukisan para seniman pada umumnya. Selain teknik baru, teknik ini mampu menghasilkan karakter lukisan yang unik dan khas pada setiap karya yang diciptakan. Kelima karya tersebut memiliki konsep serta makna yang berbeda, namun pada umumnya semua karya menceritakan tentang analogi kisah kupu-kupu terhadap refleksi sebuah kehidupan manusia yang pantas untuk kita maknai sebagai hal positif dalam memunculkan motivasi hidup seperti siklus metamorposis kupu-kupu. Kata kunci : Eksplorasi; Kupu-kupu; Lukisan Abstrak; Cipratan; Pola ABSTRACTThis paper (composition paper) Took up the story of butterflies which are applied in daily life by using brush and comb on technical abtract painting development.The new discovery is taken from arts painting subject III in academic process, by developing butterflies shapes as an idea in creating the useful material exploration around the environment, these shapes are used in making this ceation, so it can be useful as a thing or artide. The making of technical splashes processing the pattern is printed out on the picture by attaching yard and any other proponent. The five creations have different meaning, but generally all creations is talked about the butterflies analogy’s story on the reflection of human life for our motivation like butterflies metamorphosis. Kantong semar (Nepenthes spp.) merupakan tumbuhan yang mampu menjebak serangga dan binatang kecil lainnya. Tercatat sebanyak 139 jenis tersebar di Asia Tenggara. Di provinsi Bangka Belitung, Nepenthes spp. ditemukan di Taman Keanekaragaman Hayati Hutan Pelawan. Informasi data mengenai karakteristik fenotif dan habitat Nepenthes spp. belum pernah dilaporkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mendata jumlah populasi dari masing-masing jenis dan mengkarakterisasi fenotip Nepenthes spp. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan 3 spesies yaitu Nepenthes gracilis Korth dengan populasi sebanyak 348 individu, Nepenthes rafflesiana Jack dengan populasi sebanyak 18 individu dan Nepenthes ampullaria Jack dengan populasi sebanyak 45 individu. Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) sebesar 0,36 dan tergolong rendah. Karakteristik fenotif jumlah daun steril berkisar 2-37 helai, daun fertil berkisar 1-12 helai, panjang daun berkisar 9,5-37,2 cm, lebar daun berkisar 1,7-8,2 cm dan tebal daun berkisar 2,1-3,6 mm. Panjang kantong berkisar 3,4-22,2 cm dan diameter kantong berkisar 1,6-4,4 cm. Bentuk silinder (gracilis), tempayan (ampullaria), terompet (rafflesiana kantong atas), bulat telur (rafflesiana kantong bawah). Variasi corak kantong berupa bintik-bintik merah, sayap dan renda bervariasi, kantong atas tidak bersayap, yang bersayap umumnya kantong bawah dan ber-renda, tutup kantong terdiri atas bentuk proporsional dan tak proporsional. Panjang batang berkisar 44-550 cm, diameter batang berkisar 7,0-8,5 mm dan panjang sulur berkisar 1,0-34,4 cm. Posisi sulur terdiri atas posisi membelakangi, menyamping dan di depan mulut kantong. Indonesia hosted the 18th Asian Games on 18 August to 2 September 2018. In order to organize the equestrian competitions of these Asian Games, an Equine Disease Free Zone (EDFZ) was set up. EDFZ is a term used by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) for a specific zone in which equestrian competitions can be organized. This system is based on the OIE’s concept of compartmentalisation and zoning. A specified area is shown to be free from a defined list of equine diseases that are otherwise present in the country or region. Horses within an EDFZ are protected from diseases that may occur in other parts of the country (OIE 2018).Once the EDFZ is established, implementation of biosecurity management, health certification standards and procedures have to be observed, including the setting up of a Registered Animal Quarantine Installation (RAQI) to prevent the spread of diseases to this EDFZ.Horses that came from countries that have a disease situation equal to the EDFZ with specific health requirement such as vaccination and testing, were taken directly to the EDFZ core zone, which was the venue for the equestrian events at the Jakarta Equestrian Park, Pulomas [DGLAHS, 2018]. Few horses came from countries with a health status not equal to the EDFZ. These horses had to be quarantined in their country of residence for 21-30 days and again in Indonesia for 14-21 days. Based to the regulations of the Indonesian Agriculture Quarantine Agency (IAQA) a RAQI was set up to observe the health status of these horses.General observation of horse health status in the RAQI consisted of inspection for clinical signs of infectious diseases and also a repeat of laboratory testing for specified diseases which, as per requirement of the “Veterinary Certificate for the Temporary Importation of horses into Indonesia to compete in the equestrian events of the 18th Asian Games” (here: Asian Games Health Certificate), had already been tested in the country of residence.The purpose of this paper is to describe the quarantine action for horses in the RAQI at the 18th Asian Games 2018.

Service is the most important thing in organization which is run in either private service or government service. Many ways have been done by organization to give the best service for consumer satisfaction. One indicators of service successfulness is there is not any complaint from customer for the service which they got. Even thought if there is complaint, as a good organization, it has to be accepted and it is able to be solved well. Service is as a part from the servive itself. In other word, it is not separated from service that was given before. In many service cases usually consumers are in weak position as an effect from service that was given precisely caused consumer lost their right. For example in Prita Mulyasari’s case, she had to be willing lost her freedom for couple days because she was arrested in jail for her complaint by an email. She was not satisfaied because of the service dissartisfaction. Learning from Prita’s case, we as Indonesian consumer, it is the right time to recognice our right in order to get and to demand the best service without frightened. The aim of the research described the correlation of level understanding male role as the family head with the responsibility in building a happy family in Cipadang, Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran. The method of the research used descriptive-quantitative method. The sample of the research was 20 respondents. The analysis of the data used Chi quadrates. The technique of collecting data used questionnaire. The result of the research showed that: (1) The understanding of male role as a family head (X) dominant enough role, with the presentation of 36%, (2) the responsibility of the family head in building a happy family dominant enough responsibility 48% (3) the result of the research showed the positive correlation, significant, and the category of higher close between male role as a head of household with the responsibility in building a happy family. So, the higher level of understanding male role as the family head, the better are the attitude of responsibility in building a happy family.Keywords: male role as a family head, the responsibility as head of the family, happy family.

The purpose of this research were to find out the difference in effectiveness between WEE model with QSH strategy and conventional learning, the difference between high, medium and low Self Regulation, and the interaction between learning model and Self Regulation towards the student’s ability of understanding mathematical concept. This research was Quasy Experiment, population were all of Class X Science SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung academic year 2018/2019. The sample class used were two classes by using technique Cluster Random Sampling. Hypothesis testing using two-way ANOVA with . The results of this research were: (1)WEE model with QSH strategy more effective than conventional model learning towards the student’s ability of understanding mathematical concept. (2)The ability to understand mathematical concept with high Self Regulation is better than medium and low Self Regulation, whereas there was no difference between medium and low Self Regulation. (3)There was no interaction between learning model and Self Regulation towards the student’s ability of understanding mathematical concept.

Improving Students’ Reading Ability in Guessing Word Meaning from Context through Guided Discovery Learning: A Classroom Action Research on the Eleventh Grade Students of SMAN 1 Sumpiuh in the Academic Year 2019/2020 Tri Wahyuni

This action research aimed to investigate how Guided Discovery Learning can be implemented to improve the students’ ability in guessing word meanings from context as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the method when used in class. The research participants were the students of SMA Negeri 1 Sumpiuh, XI Science 4. The researcher implemented two cycles in this research and four steps for each cycle; planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were obtained from several techniques, including tests, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. To analyse the quantitative data, the researcher applied descriptive statistics, comprising the following dimensions: highest and lowest scores and means. The researcher analysed the improvement of the students’ ability through interviews and questionnaires to analyse the qualitative data. The research findings show that the student problems related to difficult words could be solved by predicting their meanings from context. This skill could help the students understand and comprehend the text easily without depending on the dictionary or asking the meanings of the unknown words to other people. Therefore, a certain method was needed to develop the students’ skills in guessing word meanings from context, one of which is Guided Discovery Learning (GDL). In conclusion, using GDL allowed the students to discover signal words to determine the meaning of the unknown words. However, GDL has its strengths and weaknesses, although it is recommended for teachers, particularly when teaching reading and vocabulary.

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance and firm characteristics to existence of Risk Management Committee (RMC) and type of RMC, whether it is separated and combined with audit committee. Variables are break down into independent commissioner, meeting frequencies, ownership type, auditor reputation, size of subsidiares, market risk, leverage, age, and company size. This study replicated prior study conducted by Subramaniam, et al. (2009) with some modification and elimination of variables. The statistic method to test the hypotheses is logistic regression analysis. Sample are collected using random sampling included in eighty non-bank companies listed in BEI for 2008-2010. This study used agency theory, corporate legitimacy, and signal theory to explain lingkage between variables. This study showed that some independent variables have positive effect to the existence of RMC namely meeting frequencies, size of subsidiares, and company size. While, independent variables that positively influence the existence of Separate RMC were meeting frequencies and company size.
