Abstract

Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (SPSI) di PT. Panarub Industry merupakan organisasi serikat buruh yang berdiri sejak tahun 2010. SPSI di PT. Panarub Industry belum menggunakan sistem dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran. Oleh karena itu, akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu proses pendaftaran dengan judul "Rancang bangun sistem informasi Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (SPSI) pada PT. Panarub Industry Berbasis Android".Tahapan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan system dilakukan menggunakan metode Six sigma. Lima tahapan pada six sigma, yaitu Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, Sistem yang akan dikembangkan adalah sistem berbasis android dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Laravel dan Javascript. Data yang disimpan dalam server menggunakan MySQL, proses pengkodean menggunakan visual code.Aplikasi pendaftaran serikat SPSI di PT. Panarub Industry dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis android untuk karyawan dan aplikasi berbasis web untuk admin. Aplikasi ini mempermudah karyawan untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan memudahkan admin dalam proses pengelolaan data sehingga data tersimpan dengan aman, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Bagian supporting production PT. Panarub Industry merupakan bagian yang mempersiapkan segala aktivitas pekerjaan bagian produksi agar dapat mencapai target penyelesaikan order tepat waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu bagian supporting dalam pembuatan sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan pengguna khususnya bagian supporting agar dapat menampilkan dan memonitoring data balance planning guna memudahkan proses persiapan kebutuhan balance data yang dibutuhkan bagian produksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode Pustaka, sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode SixSigma. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan UML dalam merancang sistem sistem informasi ini dan menggunakan bahasa pemrogram PHP dengan data base MySQL. Sistem informasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam memberikan informasi dan memudahkan dalam pengolahan balance data dengan cepat dan akurat sehingga proses produksi dapat berjalan lancar.

Abstract

Dalam era mobile apps saat ini, teknologi informasi terus berkembang pesat dan menjadi alat kunci untuk menunjang kepentingan bisnis. Kemajuan ini sangat penting dalam mendukung operasional suatu organisasi, contohnya di bidang akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang aplikasi mobile menggunakan kerangka Flutter pada Sistem Informasi Akademik studi kasus di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Langkah ini diambil untuk memanfaatkan teknologi seluler dan merancang aplikasi mobile Sistem Informasi Akademik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) menggunakan Framework Flutter. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka, pengembangan prototipe, dan iterasi berkelanjutan dengan kolaborasi bersama pihak terkait UMT. Tujuan utama kami adalah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan aksesibilitas bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administratif di UMT melalui antarmuka intuitif, penyajian informasi akurat dan tepat waktu, serta kemudahan pengelolaan data akademik. Fokus juga pada peningkatan pengalaman pengguna, mendukung pembelajaran dan pengajaran, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di tingkat akademik

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing the decision support system in investment risk management using Firefly Algorithm. The data used in this research is obtained from the Kaggle repository. The research aims to compare the performance of Firefly Algorithm with other optimization algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, and Simulated Annealing. This research applies Firefly Algorithm and other optimization algorithms individually to the investment risk management system to analyze and compare their performance. The results show that Firefly Algorithm outperforms other optimization algorithms in terms of finding optimal solutions and minimizing investment risk. Firefly Algorithm can effectively identify the best investment options to avoid risks, which can bring significant benefits to investors and companies. The findings of this study show that Firefly Algorithm can be a useful tool in the investment risk management system. The application of Firefly Algorithm in the investment risk management decision-making process can improve decision-making and help investors avoid risks and maximize their profits. The novelty of this research is the application of the Firefly algorithm to optimize the decision support system in investment risk management. It aims to identify the best option in avoiding investment risk and maximizing profit. In addition, this research also compares the performance of the Firefly algorithm with other algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, and Simulated Annealing in solving optimization problems in the investment field.

Abstract

This study reports on the incorporation of technology readiness models in information system (IS) success models in the context of assessing readiness factors and the success of information system integration in the equestrian sports industry in Indonesia. As found in several information systems studies, many IS models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous models. Researchers developed this model based on input-process-output logic and processional and causal models of information system success models. The developed model is structured by involving 12 variables and 62 indicators. The path of influence between variables is described by 30 links. In the research implementation stage, the model is also broken down into more detailed assessment instruments. Although these model development studies may have limitations on the assumptions used and the researchers' understanding, they can make theoretical contributions, particularly in terms of proposed new models. In addition, transparency in model development, proposed models, and data collection instruments may also be a practical consideration for advanced research in the context of readiness and successful implementation of information systems in the equestrian sports industry in Indonesia

Abstract

In this paper, Infiltration rate of the soil is investigated by using predictive models of Random forest regression and their performance were compared with Artificial neural network (ANN) and M5P model tree techniques. We utilized 132 field measurements comprising this dataset. 88 models were trained using observations, while the remaining 44 were used to validate it. The cumulative time (Tf), the impurity type (It), the impurity concentration (Ci), and the moisture content (Wc) were utilized as input variables, and the rate of infiltration was employed as the output. To evaluate the efficiency of the two modeling methodologies, correlation coefficients we estimated root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), relative absolute error (RAE), and root relative square error are all terms that may be used to describe errors (RRSE). The random forest regression approach outperforms the other two models when compared to evolutionary data (ANN and M5P model tree). Using a random forest as a model, regression can properly estimate the infiltration rate within a 25% error range. According to the results of the sensitivity research, cumulative time plays an important influence in determining the soil's penetration rate.

Abstract

In the current era of digital transformation, it is essential to modernize data processing systems to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness across industries. However, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas still relies on outdated manual processes, resulting in reporting delays, inaccurate data, and difficulties in real-time performance monitoring. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a comprehensive monitoring system specifically tailored to meet the unique operational needs of PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas. The system criteria were identified through methods such as observations, interviews, and literature reviews, which provided valuable insights into the company’s specific challenges and requirements. The system design incorporates data collection and analysis using the URS (User Requirement Specification) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) frameworks, ensuring it addresses the identified needs effectively. The design and analysis follow a structured and systematic process to develop an information monitoring system that enhances transparency, operational effectiveness, and efficiency. The findings reveal that the implementation of the proposed system can significantly improve reporting speed, data accuracy, and real-time monitoring capabilities. By adopting this monitoring system, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas can optimize reporting processes, facilitate real-time performance monitoring, and ultimately strengthen its competitive market position.
