Abstract

Perempuan harus bisa di berdayakan dalam bidang ekonomi untuk membantu meningkatkan kesejahateraan. Dalam rangka mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama perempuan maka Teknik Kimia FT UMJ bekerja sama dengan Majelis Ta’lim Darussalam Perumahan Amarapura Kec. Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten melakukan pelatihan sabun transparan. Tahap demi tahap digambarkan cara membuat sabun transparan, baik dari sabun yang bukan transparan atau membuat langsung sabun transparan. Manfaat dari Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang sederhana dalam pembuatan sabun transparan sehingga dapat mudah dipahami oleh setiap tingkat pendidikan, Pembinaan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka menciptakan kemandirian sehingga mampu mengembangkan kewirausahaan. Dari hasil pre test 90% belum memahami pembuatan sabun, dengan nilai skor rata-rata 40, setelah Pelatihan dilakukan ada peningkatan nilai post test nilai skor rata-rata 80. Dari Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat tercapainya pemahaman mengenai pembuatan sabun dan dapat dibuat kembali di rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi situasi menahun banjir rob masyarakat pesisir desa muara gembong Bekasi. Tujuannya adalah memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat terdampak banjir rob dan juga penyelesaian ketersediaan air bersih. Metode yang dikembangkan dalam kegitan pengabdian ini melalui kegiatan survey, penjajakan masalah, dan penentuan kegiatan yang tepat. Kegiatan yang semula direncakan dengan memberikan pendampingan terhadap instalasi pompa filter air, dialihkan menjadi pemberdayaan bantuan masyarakat desa dalam menghadapi banjir rob tahunan. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena masyarakat terdampak tidak memiliki akses kegiatan yang memadai. Hal ini mengakibatkan usaha produktif sulit untuk berkembang dengan baik karena ketidakmampuan dalam penanggulangan bencana tahunan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah memberikan bantuan sosial dan pemetaan rencana menghadapi bencana. Diharapkan masyarakat kedepannya memiliki  alternatif produktif dalam situasi yang dihadapi berulang ini.

Abstract

Pediatric hospitalization is a medical experience that is often necessary, but can have a significant impact on children. In these situations, children are exposed to unfamiliar environments and medical procedures that may be frightening, including the use of needles. In addition, traumatic or painful experiences with needles during hospitalization can trigger the development of needle phobia in children. These phobias can impact their physical and mental well-being, interfere with medical care, and increase anxiety. innovative health product innovation injectable gloves (sartika) to prevent hospitalization in children by using flannel waste as a nursing entrepreneurship opportunity aimed at (1) overcoming the impact of hospitalization on sick children in hospitals/health centers/clinics, (2) as a medium for distraction/trauma healing so that children do not experience trauma after medical procedures (injections) because Sartika uses animated characters that are liked by children, (3) creates cheap, creative and innovative health products, (4) as one of the steps to preserve the environment through the use of 3R flannel waste (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). Forms of entrepreneurial activity include the preparation, implementation, packaging and evaluation stages of Sartika products. Target The target users of Sartika's innovative products are pediatric patients in hospitals, health centers or clinics. The results of the activity show that the use of Sartika products has a positive impact on supporting the performance of medical staff (nurses) in hospitals during medical procedures (injections), child patients become more cooperative and children are distracted because Sartika products use animated characters that are liked by children, so that children do not experience trauma after medical procedures (injections). Community education based on a family approach is considered effective in overcoming the impact of hospitalization and trauma/phobia towards injection needles.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Pegadaian Branch Blora moves to be a provider of gold investment services for tabungan emas products. But in 2022, tabungan emas products experienced a decline in sales and customer demand. There was a decrease due to the decline in customer loyalty to tabungan emas products. This type of research is an explanatory research with a sample of 95 respondents who are customers of Tabungan Emas PT Pegadaian Branch Blora. Sampling techniques use non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis method using SmartPLS 4.0 for Windows software. The results showed the impact of product quality and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian Branch Blora. There are suggestions given to PT Pegadaian Branch of Blora on each aspect, including product quality, such as accelerating the process of verification of premium upgrades to the account and replacing the customer's new phone number. In the customer satisfaction aspects, PT Pegadain Branch Blora needs to improve the quality of tabungan emas products by optimizing their features, thereby creating the loyalty of tabungan emas customers to PT Pegadain Branch Blora.Keywords: product quality; sales promotion; customer satisfaction; customer loyalty.Abstrak: PT Pegadaian Cabang Blora bergerak sebagai penyedia jasa investasi emas melaui produk tabungan emas. Namun ditahun 2022 produk tabungan emas mengalami penurunan penjualan dan penurunan nasabah. Adanya penurunan tersebut disebabkan karena turunnya loyalitas pelanggan oleh nasabah tabungan emas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi penjualan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada nasabah tabungan emas PT Pegadaian Cabang Blora. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 responden yang merupakan nasabah pengguna tabungan emas PT Pegadaian Cabang Blora. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan softwere SmartPLS 4.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi penjualan melalui kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Saran yang diberikan kepada PT Pegadaian Cabang Blora terhadap masing – masing aspek antara lain pada aspek kualitas produk, seperti mempercepat proses verifikasi upgrade premium akun dan penggantian nomor telepon baru nasabah. Pada aspek promosi penjualan, diperlukan adanya peningkatan frekuensi promosi penjualan agar semua nasabah dapat menerima manfaat tersebut. Pada aspek kepuasan pelanggan, PT Pegadain Cabang Blora perlu mengoptimalkan fitur produk, sehingga meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah tabungan emas pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Blora.Kata Kunci: kualitas produk; promosi penjualan; kepuasan pelanggan; loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

One of the Kukerta MBKM UNRI service activities is carried out through Historum (History Forum) by highlighting and popularizing local traditions, namely the Melaro Tradition in Redang Village. The Melaro tradition is the local culture of Redang Village which must be preserved by fostering a sense of pride in the local traditions that are owned and requires participation from the community around Redang Village. This service uses a descriptive research study with qualitative research methods with primary data sources, namely interviews with traditional elders in four hamlets in Redang Village. The interview data obtained will be compiled and made into an infographic. Secondary data sources were obtained from several research journals. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the service show that preserving the Melaro tradition with Historum can provide awareness of the importance of protecting the environment where the Melaro Tradition is carried out. Historum's role by involving traditional elders, village administrators and the community around Redang Village can provide positive things in the form of a perspective on the importance of preserving the Melaro tradition. So that it can provide awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and preserving local wisdom and fostering a sense of love for the environment in order to maintain the environment and the existence of the Melaro Tradition in Redang Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model in improving students' mathematical problem solving skills. The method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely selecting 25 students from class VII of MTs Ath-Thohiriyah, selected based on the mathematics teacher’s consideration that the class had heterogeneous abilities and was conducive to implementing the new learning model. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (mean,median,mode,standard deviatio, minimum and maximum values) and inferential statistics in the form of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and paired sample t-test to see significant differences between the pretest and posttest. In addition, the N-Gain Score was also calculated to measure the magnitude of the increase and its category. The results of the study showed an increase in the mathematical problem-solving ability of seventh-grade students at MTs Ath-Thohiriyah after the implementation of the STAD type cooperative learning model.
