Abstract

The writing purpose of this article is to recover the identity of counselor’s profession. The counselor's profession has a significant development from 1900 to the present. But there is a problem in counselor’s profession. This is about crisis of identity. The counselor's professional identity crisis arises because of four counselor problem myths. In Indonesia the counselor profession is still not widely known by the community. This is because there are still many negative perceptions that arise in Indonesia. The counselor's identity can be seen from how a counselor can fulfill the requirements which includes has taken a Bachelor's Degree and get passed,  has an knowledge of his professional identity, has the basic nature of the counselor and has a knowledge which covers theory and practice and also can carry out the assignment in school. Through these requirements, the counselor’s profession identity will be formed and will be more stronger.

Abstract

Perjanjian merupakan suatu kesepakatan antara satu sama lain yang dimana hal tersebut akan memunculkan suatu hak dan kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi. Hubungan kontrak antar keduanya seharusnya akan memberikan keseimbangan pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban masing-masing, namun ada peristiwa yang memungkinkan untuk terjadi yakni dinamakan wanprestasi. Dalam artikel ini membahas mengenai wanprestasi, permasalahannya yaitu terkait CV. CITRA PERKASA MANDIRI yang menggugat PT. KERTA GAYA PUSTAKA karena telah melakukan pelanggaran perjanjian, sehingga menimbulkan suatu konflik. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah yuridis normatif dimana buku-buku, jurnal, asas-asas, doktrin, dan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai bahan utama dalam menyusun artikel. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan yakni tergugat diharuskan untuk melakukan ganti rugi yang dialami pihak penggugat, konsekuensi harus diambil karena telah melakukan wanprestasi atau ingkar janji, tergugat diharuskan untuk menepati perjanjian apabila masih saja dilakukan/pembatalan dengan tuntutan yakni ganti kerugian, tergugat diharuskan memenuhi sejumlah tagihan perkara dipengadilan Kata kunci: Perjanjian, wanprestasi, yuridis normatif. An agreement is an agreement between one another in which it will give rise to a right and an obligation that must be fulfilled. The contractual relationship between the two should provide a balance in the fulfillment of each other's rights and obligations, but there are events that may occur, which are called defaults. This article discusses default, the problem is related to CV. CITRA PERKASA MANDIRI suing PT. KERTA STYLE PUSTAKA for violating the agreement, causing a conflict. The method we use in this study is normative juridical where books, journals, principles, doctrines, and laws and regulations are the main materials in compiling articles. It can be concluded that the defendant is required to make compensation suffered by the plaintiff, consequences must be taken because he has defaulted or broken a promise, the defendant is required to fulfill the agreement if it is still being carried out/cancelled with demands namely compensation, the defendant is required to fulfill a number of bills in court .Keywords: Agreement, default, normative juridical.

Abstract

Initial observations indicate that many students in Laboratory Senior Highschool UM struggle with their self-awareness, hindering their career planning. They face challenges in identifying their hobbies, talents, interests, potential, and abilities, which are crucial for career decision-making. This study aims to enhance self-awareness among students through career guidance services at Laboratory Senior Highschool UM. This research using a quantitative quasi-experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. This research involved 31 students, which were purposively selected as the sample. Initial findings revealed that 9 students had low self-awareness scores on the pretest, while the others had moderate levels. Post-intervention results showed an improvement from low-moderate to moderate-high self-awareness, with an average posttest score of 42. This study demonstrates that career guidance services effectively enhance self-awareness in high school students, aiding their career planning and decision-making. It is recommended to develop and update career guidance services to be more effective and tailored to students' career needs.

Abstract

This research aims to discover data and the concept of an educational institution regarding entrepreneurship education in vocational schools, which plays a crucial role in shaping a workforce with the skills to enter the job market. It seeks to understand the vision and mission of vocational schools. The research employs a qualitative method using library studies. Data is collected through relevant references such as journals, the internet, and articles related to the development of entrepreneurship in vocational schools. The results of this research indicate that the working world greatly requires individuals who can develop new ideas in business and possess adequate skills. Vocational education is a supporting factor in producing skilled workforce in their respective fields. Vocational schools have the opportunity to build an economic system by leveraging the development of adolescents at this time, educating students to be interested in becoming entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship preparation should be emphasized, especially in vocational schools. If the education system and training run effectively, it is possible to produce competent entrepreneurs and reduce unemployment rates. The education sector has the responsibility to create prospective workers with skills and abilities.
