Abstract

The development of counseling guidance applications at SMK Negeri I Muara Teweh aims to help related parties to use information technology and computers in managing data related to student character building, namely the achievements achieved and the violations committed by each student, if any. The difficulty experienced by the school's Guidance and Counseling party is recording daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly data for all students, which is not small in number. So far, data processing is still manual and feels very inconvenient because of the various attributes of the types of violations that must be assessed with different weights, so that to be able to make a decision requires tiring and time-consuming calculations. Using a web-based application is expected to be able to reach more users, namely counseling guidance teachers as admins, students, and parents of students. Another benefit is to achieve a fair and objective assessment so that decisions made by schools are based on data that is processed using a computer. The process of making this application uses the PHP and HTML programming languages while the database uses MySQL. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram design tool consisting of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams

Abstract

Interdiffusion mechanism of catechin, catechutannic acid and quercetin are studied by using DFT-B method. But before conducting these experiment, we perform molecular dynamic simulations to find adsorption models probability of each compound. Two models adsorption of quarcetin, four models for catechin and three models for catechutannic acid have been obtained from molecular dynamic simulations. Quantum parameter of each compound, energy and properties adsorption models have been calculated and discussed. The theoretical results were found to be consistent with the experimental data reported. Futhermore, optimization adsorption model samples show that all of adsorbents have weak bonds on the surface of silver nanoparticles. The mechanism can be classified as strong physisorption, so that catechin, catechutannic acid and quercetin can be categorized as good capping agent in synthesis of silver nanoparticles.

Abstract

This present study was intended to identify the impact of the implementation of government standard accountancy, the system of internal control, and the competency of accounting staff on the quality of the financial statement of the regency government of Kampar. The study was conducted at SKPD governmentof Kampar’ (departments of the regency government of Kampar). The sample was determined using Sampling Purposive Technique and the respondents totaled 96. The data used were the primary data. The data were collected through questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis assisted with the SPSS version 20.00 program. The result of this study indicated that the government accounting standard ,internal control systemand the human resources competencies and has significantly effect on quality of financial statement. The magnitude of the effect (R2) the government accounting standard, internal control system and the human resources competencies on the quality of the financial statement was 47,7%. While the remaining 52,3% is influenced by other independent variabel that are not observed in this study.Keywords: accounting standard, internal control, competencies, and quality

Abstract

Poverty is a difficult problem to be handled of. In that case, it’s necessary to have criteria on defining whether or not a family is in poverty. Unfortunately, until now, Karang Rejo Village at Jorong District of Tanah Laut Regency doesn’t have yet criteria with levels of prominence to make that decision. By that means, it’s necessary to make a decision support system that could support as alternative decision in defining the poverty level of each family in the Village. In the calculation on defining family poverty for the system uses MADM Yager Fuzzy Method. As for the system development uses the waterfall method. The result of this decision support system is a family data with classifications and levels of poverty. With the result that conclusion of this system is there’s a 40% difference between the system decision and the village representative’s. Keywords : Family Poverty, Fuzzy MADM Yager Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang sulit untuk ditangani. Untuk itu diperlukan kriteria untuk menentukan apakah suatu keluarga itu termasuk miskin atau tidak. Sayangnya, sampai sekarang di Desa Karang Rejo Kecamatan Jorong, Kabupaten Tanah Laut belum memiliki kriteria dengan tingkat kepentingan untuk membuat keputusan tersebut. Untuk iitu diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang bisa menjadi keputusan alternatif pendukung dalam menentukan tingkat kemiskinan setiap keluarga di desa. Dalam perhitungan untuk menentukan tingkat kemiskinan keluarga digunakan metode Fuzzy MADM Yager. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistem digunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah data keluarga beserta pengelompokan dan tingkat kemiskinan. Sehingga dari sistem ini didapatkan kesimpulan sebesar 40% perbedaan hasil antara keputusan yang dihasilkan sistem dengan keputusan dari pihak desa. Kata kunci : Keluarga Miskin, Fuzzy MADM Yager

Abstract

The mapping noise levels generated by the palm oil processing machine in PT. Tasma Puja Kab. Kampar, Riau by using grid method has been conducted . The result was the noise intensity of the lowest to the highest one at 121 points in a safe area. The intensity was described in mapping using "Software Surfer 11", which generates the contour then combine with the location of PT. Tasma Puja indicated by different colors: black, blue, sky blue, green, yellow, red and purple. The highest intensity was located at the coordinates N 010 18.735 and E 1010 01.204, 98 dB was indicated by the color purple which the temperature reaches 400C, the lowest noise intensity is N 010 18.710 and E 1010 01.172 and 46 dB shown by the black color where the temperature reaches 290C. The higher temperature is due to the higher the intensity of the noise. The lower air temperature will have the lower the intensity noise. Based on the results at PT. Tasma Puja, there are several locations has exceeded the value of the noise quality standards established by the labor minister's decision number: KEP-51 / MEN / 1999. i,e 85 dB.

Abstract

Efforts to deal with the occurrence of crimes at Minangkabau International Airport by the Minangkabau International Airport Regional Police is to carry out investigations and investigations. Criminal acts that occur are still general crimes so that the handling is still carried out by the Police as is the handling of criminal acts in general. In the event of a special crime in the Minangkabau International Airport area, special handling will also be carried out. Criminal acts that specifically occur in airport areas such as aviation crime, narcotics crime, customs crime, smuggling and so on. Collaboration with various related institutions is carried out against these special crimes in terms of their handling. Obstacles in the Effort to Handling Criminal Actions at Minangkabau International Airport By the Regional Police of the Minangkabau International Airport Area is to socialize what the community should do in order to avoid criminal acts. Another obstacle is the lack of responsiveness of law enforcement officers to reports provided by victims, so that the process of handling crimes that occur at airports is slow. There are still many visitors who do not understand the environmental safety standards of the Minangkabau international airport.

Abstract

Antrian merupakan sesuatu yang lazim kita temukan di tempat -tempat pelayanan, Hampir semua pelayanan membentuk antrian misalnya antrian dibank, restoran cepat saji, kantor pos, swalayan, dan masih banyak lagi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menentukan pelayanan yang optimum sehingga pelayanan nasabah pada Bank BRI menjadi lebih efisien, efektif, dan memuaskan para nasabah yang menggunakan jasa Bank tersebut, pembatasan masalah dilakukan hanya mencakup waktu kedatangan, waktu selesai pelayanan, disiplin antrian dan jumlah fasilitas pelayanan yang tersedia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode multi channel–single phase. Metode multi channel–single phase terjadi kapan saja di mana ada dua atau lebih fasilitas pelayanan dialiri oleh antrian tunggal. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan suara yang berupa informasi nomor antrian nasabah. Selain itu nasabah juga mendapatkan lembar nomor antrian yang tercetak dengan printer. Hasil penilitian ini diharapkan dapat membatu pimpinan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah bank dalam melakukan Transaksi dibank dan juga bagi teller dan costome service dalam memberikan pelayan

Abstract

Waste management in the dusun beringin of Kalikoa village has not been going well, because there has been no socialization about waste management among its residents. The volume of waste increases along with the increasing rate of population growth. KKM Student Activities in an effort to provide education on how to properly and correctly manage waste with the target of increasing public awareness and knowledge, especially the smallest unit, namely the family, to carry out a waste sorting program through the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) program and recycle organic and inorganic waste. inorganic. The method of activity used is the socialization of waste sorting (3R) and the use of recycled waste. It is hoped that through this socialization activity, public awareness in the use of waste will increase, they are accustomed to sorting organic and inorganic waste.

Abstract

Teknologi radioterapi berkembang dengan pesat seiring dengan pemanfaatan artificial intelligence pada setiap tahapan-tahapan radioterapi, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kesuksesan dalam melaksanakan radioterapi. Indonesia merupakan negara yang sangat berpeluang untuk mengembangkan radioterapi untuk mengurangi risiko kematian masyarakat yang diakibatkan oleh kanker. Pada artikel ini disampaikan penelitian-penelitian terkait pendekatan artificial intelligence yang diintegrasikan pada tahapan diagnostik, pengkonturan, perencanaan, treatment, quality assurance, dan prediksi hasil pada radioterapi. Sehingga penelitian-penelitian tersebut dapat dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan pada fasilitas radioterapi di Indonesia. Abstract

In the National Police institution, police psychologists are distinctive in relation to counseling guidance to problematic members in the service, so there are several professional competencies required for the psychology profession in the police environment. With counseling services, it is expected that there will be handling to improve professionalism in members of the Police. The type of research design used in this study is a type of literature review research where journal references are collected using the Google Scholar database. Based on the results of the literature review found, it was found that there was still quite a lack of psychological counseling for police personnel However, it has also been found that there are several types of counseling services that can be provided to police personnel
