Abstract

The current era demands that all aspects of engineering be carried out automatically, including creating technical drawings, which were previously done manually, now being replaced with drawings using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, which offers automatic drawings. This problem impacts the industrial world, which requires skilled workers in the field of design. In the manufacturing industry, Catia V5 is widely used in product designs because it is faster and easier to use than paper and drawing tools. This Catia V5 Software training aims to improve students' 2D and 3D drawing abilities. This activity was done online in 6 meetings via the Zoom Meeting application. The impact of the success of this program is in the form of increasing students' knowledge and understanding of 2D and 3D sketching via Catia V5 and being able to operate the features of Catia V5.

Abstract

The service activity aims to provide outreach, training, and assistance to MSMEs in Sukabungah Village on creating digital financial bookkeeping. Effective bookkeeping is crucial for business progress, enabling MSMEs to track financial flows, income, and profits accurately. Observations reveal that while MSME actors in Sukabungah Village engage in bookkeeping, it is not performed optimally. To address this, the service team implemented a digital bookkeeping training program using the "BukuWarung" application. The program's results demonstrate significant improvements in the financial management and bookkeeping capabilities of MSME actors. Participants reported increased knowledge and understanding of financial transactions within their businesses and the ability to classify these transactions into assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. They learned to execute an entire accounting cycle, including recording financial transactions in journal form, posting to the ledger, preparing trial balances, and generating profit and loss statements and financial position reports. Overall, the training program has enabled MSMEs in Sukabungah Village to manage their finances more effectively, contributing to business progress and enhancing the welfare of both MSME actors and the broader community.

Abstract

Gross motor skills are related to the use of large muscles. To avoid delays in gross motor development in children, it is necessary to develop gross motor skills early on. One of the reasons children's gross motor skills do not develop is because there are no activities in the classroom or school that stimulate children's gross motor development. Childhood is a period of play, therefore, the implementation of the service applies socialization and mentoring methods in encouraging the development of all children, one of which is the traditional game of jumping rope rubber to develop gross motor skills in children. This community service aims to determine the improvement of children's gross motor skills in Ridogalih. The results of the implementation of this community service have a positive impact, namely increasing understanding related to the procedures for implementation and getting to know the traditional sport of rubber jumping more deeply and some children have increased agility and body balance and coordinated their eyes with their hands and feet.

Abstract

The tree planting and maintenance movement in critical lands of Bekasi Regency is a community service activity organized by the Research and Community Service Institute of Universitas Islam 45, aimed at addressing environmental issues caused by land degradation, deforestation, and the lack of public awareness in maintaining the ecosystem.  Critical land in this area has the potential to cause negative impacts, such as erosion, decreased soil fertility, and reduced water absorption, which can increase the risk of floods and droughts.  Therefore, rehabilitation efforts are needed through tree planting and environmental maintenance involving various stakeholders.  The method of implementing the service adopts a participatory approach, including socialization and discussions with the West Java Regional Forestry Office 1.  The results of the activities show that tree planting was successfully carried out with the active participation of academics from Universitas Islam 45, local government, and the local community.  This program not only impacts environmental improvement but also raises public awareness about the importance of nature conservation.  The tree planting and maintenance movement has become a strategic step in rehabilitating critical land and creating a greener and more sustainable environment.  Collaboration between academics, the government, and the community is crucial to ensure the long-term sustainability of this program.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low utilization of cricket farming potential as an alternative creative economic enterprise and a source of highly nutritious, environmentally friendly food. The implementation method was carried out through observation, planning, purchasing cricket eggs, cultivation training, and mentoring for participants consisting of lecturers and students from Universitas Islam 45, Bekasi City, with a total of 335 participants, 150 of whom participated offline and 185 participated online through a video conferencing application. The results of the activity showed that participants gained an in-depth understanding of cricket farming techniques, from hatching eggs to harvesting, the importance of using fresh feed, the nutritional value contained in crickets, and the economic potential that can be developed into high-value products. The obstacles that arose in the form of limited initial experience in farming were overcome through a hands-on approach and interactive discussions. In the context of the Society 5.0 era, this activity also integrated digital technology with cricket farming through microcontrollers and humidity sensors. The conclusion of this activity is that cricket farming has proven to be an alternative for strengthening food security, developing productive businesses, and increasing applicable academic knowledge in supporting sustainable economic development at the local level.
