Abstract

Impulse buying is a phenomenon that can occur in all generations but more done by the generation that undergoes a change that is the age of adolescents who step on the early adulthood of the Y generation who actually do not have the financial ability to meet their needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the impulsive buying behavior of online products in Y generation. This research is a descriptive research type, with a quantitative approach. The population of 733 students. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling type with sample of 142 students. The subject of this research is the students of university. Data collection technique using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that there is influence of financial literacy on impulse buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means the higher the student's financial literacy, the lower the impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower the student's financial literacy, the higher the impulse buying behavior. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that financial literacy has negative effect, but significant to impulsive buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means The higher student's financial literacy, the lower impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower student's financial literacy, the higher impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Welfare is one of the most important aspects of maintaining and fostering social and economic stability because it is necessary to minimize social jealousy in society. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic consumption on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. This research uses quantitative approach. This research conducted in Sampang District by using time series data and this research is analyzed by using linear regression technique. According to the result of research indicate that consumption has significant positive effect on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, consumption significantly influences the welfare of the society in Sampang district.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of operational services on outpatient registration in RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. Getting health services is one of the basic rights of the Indonesian population, in addition to education services, legal protection, easy health services are also expected to improve the level of public health. RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto is one of the government services that provides services in health. The purpose of this study is to describe the health quality of service to the registration of outpatients in the RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. To find out how the quality of service to the registration of outpatients in RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto, five dimensions of quality used, real, reliability, responsive processes, certainty, and empathy. The study uses qualitative methods and is a type of descriptive research. The location of the study was RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. Outpatient registration staff are used as informants in accordance with the job description at RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. Data is being collected by observing, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using data reduction, data review, and conclusions. Research shows that the quality of health services in the RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto to customers who experienced the services provided were able to provide satisfaction.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe II merupakan gangguan penyakit metabolik menahun akibat pankreas tidak memproduksi cukup insulin atau tubuh tidak dapat menggunakan insulin yang diproduksi secara efektif, jika tidak diobati dan menerapkan perilaku sehat dapat dapat menyebabkan komplikasi salah satunya ganggren. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku sehat pasien DM Tipe II setelah mengalami komplikasi ganggren dalam melakukan perawatan untuk mencegah keparahan di Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang. Metode : Jenis rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi. Informan berjumlah 6 orang (3 informan utama, 3 informan triangulasi) yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberment yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, analisis data, reduksi data, verifikasi data, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil : Analisis perilaku sehat pasien DM Tipe II yang mengalami ganggren (mengatur pola makan,aktivitas fisik, menghentikan konsumsi alkohol dan rokok, melakukan pengobatan, perawatan luka, dan check up ) dengan menggunakan Teori Transtheoretical Model. Kesimpulan : hanya sebagian kecil dari pasien DM Tipe II dengan ganggren di Puskemas Halmahera yang dapat menerapkan dan mempertahankan perilaku sehat sampai tahap terminasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of endorsement services on Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown. The data studied is the marketing process carried out by Laksmi before the endorsement (2007-2017) and after the endorsement (2018-2023). As well as observing the endorsement process carried out by Laksmi and the implementation carried out by Laksmi's endorsers on social media. The results of this study show some similarities between theory and practice that have been applied by Laksmi. Both in terms of endorser selection, as well as consistency in making endorsements, not only for new endorsers but also for old endorsers. So that it can be found the reason why Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown is able to continue to exist after 6 years of doing the first endorsement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the training of regional property management related to school assets and inventory based on SIMBADA application in improving the performance of administrative staff in infrastructure affairs at SMA Negeri 22 Surabaya. In this study using qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the SIMBADA application training proved to be very effective in contributing and supporting the improvement of the quality of regional goods management to accelerate and facilitate the use of goods, and was able to support all employee activities, especially goods administrators or administrative staff in infrastructure facilities in carrying out administration of regional goods management as much as possible and much better.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current human needs are not only limited to the need for clothing, shelter, and food which is a priority, but the need for appearance by using cosmetic variants is also a need at this time. With this, there are many choices, especially for women, to choose products that provide benefits or satisfy their expectations. This makes the tendency of consumer behavior, namely the behavior of switching brands. The behavior of switching brands of cosmetic products occurs when the customer feels dissatisfied and there are other marketing factors, namely electronic word of mouth or the influence of word of mouth but occurs on social media. The population in this study were university students x who had switched brands to Wardah cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence between customer dissatisfaction and electronic word of mouth, there is a behavior towards branding for Wardah brand cosmetics, either partially or individually and simultaneously or together. However, if there is no dissatisfaction and electronic word of mouth, then the behavior of switching brands to Wardah cosmetic products will not occur.

Abstract

Menulis artikel tidak hanya dapat menginformasikan atau menyampaikan pesan namun juga sebagai sarana memasarkan barang dan jasa yang dijual. Polindo Internasional sebagai LKP yang sadar akan pemasaran digital mengadakan pelatihan kepada karyawannya agar produktif dalam menulis Artikel “SEO Friendly” sebagai bentuk pengembangan website dan pemasaran digital. Penggunaan website untuk mempublikasikan artikel bermuatan pemasaran sangat efektif di era digital saat ini. Terlebih dapat memanfaatkan rating dan kunjungan pembaca ke website dengan memaksimalkan konten artikel yang bermuatan SEO pada wordpress. Sebanyak 14 karyawan sebagai peserta pelatihan ini. Pelatihan dimulai dengan apersepsi dan pemahaman pemasaran digital dan dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan komponen SEO On Page untuk dapat menjadi unsur pembentuk artikel yang nantinya dapat memiliki daya tarik dari segi keterbacaan dan kualitas konten. Peserta membuat sebanyak 14 artikel yang nantinya dapat mengisi website Polindo Internasional sebagai sarana pemasaran.

Abstract

Penting bagi perusahaan yang memasarkan produknya melalui online untuk lebih memperdalam faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen agar bisa bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan dalam dunia bisnis online. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian e-commerce. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa manajemen yang ada di kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menentukan sampel ditetapkan besarnya yaitu 100 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu questioner menggunakan google form. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian uji T menunjukan bahwa variabel Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan, sedangkan Kepercayaan Konsumen juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dari uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel Harga dan Kepercayaan Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda students both partially and simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample used was 100 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda Surabaya students. Simultaneously that the use of social media and entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Pemuda Surabaya students
