Abstract

Accepting other people and other groups regardless of gender, ethnicity, culture, gender and even religion is a concept proposed in multiculturalism. This article will analyze and provide an interpretation of the characteristics of radicalism, efforts to prevent it, and grounding multiculturalism so that it can be an additional insight and experience in the survival of the nation and state. The approach used in this article is a qualitative approach. The type is the type of library research. The result is that radicalism is not only in the form of violence, anarchism, and terrorism but can also be a religious ideology. Efforts to prevent radicalism can be done by building different narratives about radicalism, paying attention to the characteristics of a culture, as well as real social action by planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Grounding multiculturalism cannot be separated from the life of religion, nation, state and cultural inheritance so that it needs to be studied, applied, and socialized.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep lembaga pendidikan dasar di masa pandemi, mengetahui konsep pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi dan mengetahui dinamika lembaga pendidikan dasar dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi. Hasilnya adalah bahwa lembaga pendidikan dasar merupakan lembaga yang menjadi awal mula pendidikan formal seorang anak. Pembelajaran model daring ini memungkinkan pendidik dan peserta didik melakukan pembelajaran tanpa harus bertemu. Dinamika lembaga pendidikan dasar dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran daring yaitu dengan menyusun rencana pembelajaran daring, melakukan pemetaan dalam pembelajaran daring, melaksanakan pembelajaran daring sesuai rencana untuk mencapai tujuan, dan melakukan evaluasi yang meliputi evaluasi indikator, evaluasi kebutuhan, evaluasi lingkungan. Melakukan evaluasi proses seperti indikator proses, aktivitas, kendala, dan solusi. Melakukan evaluasi terhadap tenaga pendidiknya, evaluasi peserta didiknya, dan evaluasi keadaan sarana dan prasarananya.

Abstract

The problem of educational management that has not been maximized in Islamic and social content in an educational institution is a concern that needs to be solved so that the focus of the problem in this article is how to manage Islamic and social education in educational institutions? The aim is to analyze and interpret Islamic and socially charged educational management in educational institutions. This research is qualitative research with the type of library research (library research). The author collects various kinds of journal articles through Google Scholar, collects electronic books through Google Book and PDF Drive, then the author makes notes that are considered important and relevant according to the required data. The conclusion of this article is that Islamic-based education management in educational institutions is reflected in the implementation of deliberation in every decision that will be taken, knit together to produce maximum results in every job, and be productive in running the wheels of educational institutions. The management of social-based education in educational institutions should have life skills in social life such as individual/personal skills, social skills, academic skills, and skills in work. Thus, the management of socially charged education can be implemented in a flexible, participatory, comprehensive, and effective manner. It is hoped that writing this article, can contribute ideas that can strengthen the concept of educational management which contains Islamic values and social values in the management of educational institutions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep kepemimpinan guru, kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas, dan kepemimpinan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Peneliti melakukan studi dengan literatur kepustakaan, baik berupa buku, artikel, majalah, catatan, maupun laporan hasil penelitian yang telah lalu sebagai bahan rujukannya. Hasilnya adalah a) konsep kepemimpinan guru merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam dalam mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan suatu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian dalam pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. b) Kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas mengacu pada surat keputusan bersama empat menteri dengan memperhatikan aspek penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Diantara kebijakannya antara lain: memiliki data hasil screening kesehatan sebelum pembelajaran, menerapkan blended learning, adanya izin dari orang tua, adanya pengawasan dari lembaga di atasnya, serta adanya tim medis dan alat kesehatan di lembaga pendidikan. c) kepemimpinan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas terwujud dari sikap guru yang mendidik, membimbing, mengajar, dan melatih peserta didik. Dalam kepemimpinannya, guru juga dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan pada diri peserta didik sebagai bekal hidup bermasyarakat. Kepemimpinan guru dalam pembelajaran tatap muka juga harus bertanggung jawab, berani, adil, percaya diri, cerdas, ramah, tegas, unggul, melindungi, punya daya tarik, dan visioner.

Abstract

The implementation of management functions is very important to regulate all activities, both formal and informal activities. An Islamic educational institution requires good management planning. Whether or not an Islamic educational institution is determined by how the implementation of management functions in the educational institution. In reality, the problems faced by Islamic educational institutions are so diverse. Starting from management problems, leadership problems, human resources, financial, and institutional problems. Good management certainly refers to the management functions themselves, where the intended functions are none other than POAC. Management must be applied in an effort to improve the quality of Educational Institutions because by applying management aspects such as planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, the quality of educational institutions can be improved because of the implementation of management functions in a planned manner, systematic, sustainable and achieve the goals that have been created in this case educational institutions can achieve predetermined quality standards of education. Improving the quality of educational institutions can be achieved through the collectivity of the education system which involves various aspects such as curriculum, educational policies, materials, strategies, approaches and methods of learning, facilities, facilities and infrastructure, educators and education staff, managerial processes carried out professionally, the learning process, application of information and communication technology, especially in the learning process in the classroom, appropriate evaluation and control and quality control of education. Quality in educational institutions to ensure the quality of school inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes so as to increase the accountability of educational institutions.

Abstract

To produce competent graduates in the field of al-Qur'an, learning management is needed. How is the learning management of students in the al-Qur'an educational park in the community of Darus Sakinah? The aim is to find out the management of the students in the al-Qur'an educational park at the Darus Sakinah mosque. This research is a descriptive field research. The subjects of this study were the head of the al-Qur'an educational park, asatidz and asatidzah, the management of the Darus Sakinah mosque, by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The data checking was done by triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques and triangulation of time. The conclusion is that the learning management of students in the al-Qur'an education park Darus Sakinah has been going well. By taking steps in accordance with the principles of management implementation. Namely, there is planning before learning begins, there is organization in terms of scheduling, class grouping, to the flexibility of the learning schedule, then there is implementation, namely the implementation of learning by referring to previous planning, as well as monitoring and evaluation to identify, measure, find solutions to the shortcomings there is.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the role of digital libraries as support for distance learning during a pandemic. This research uses the type of literature study conducted to prepare a research framework and make use of general literature sources to obtain research data. The stages of research carried out in this library research are determining the topics to be studied, searching for and selecting data by the focus of the study, conducting source analysis, and developing data by the focus of the research and concluding it. The result is that the library as a support and learning resource must adapt to distance learning patterns so that libraries that were originally only a pile of books and are still traditional have to change their service patterns to a digital library model so that it makes it easier for users to take advantage of the library during the Covid-19 pandemic. To maximize the role of digital libraries, students must also actively increase their learning independence and must have awareness of students and the role of parents in directing, helping, guiding, and motivating students so that good collaboration between students and parents can be created. and teachers in optimizing the role of digital libraries in distance learning. Thus it will create a reading habit for students from their awareness and will further increase the effectiveness of learning at distance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Distance learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic left many problems in its implementation. Along with the increasingly controlled spread of Covid-19, it is possible to carry out face-to-face learning even though it is still limited to face-to-face learning. Limited face-to-face learning allows educational institutions to use blended learning methods. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education subjects and manners in reading the Qur'an. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara in class XII IPA 6 in the odd semester in 2021/2022 with a total of 34 students. The method implemented in this research is Kurt Lewis' CAR model where the model is based on the components of planning, taking action, observing, and reflecting. The result is that the improvement of student learning outcomes can be done by applying blended learning model learning. This is done in Basic Competency 4.1.1, namely reading with correct makhorijul letters and tajwid in the Qur'an Surah Luqman (31); 13-14, and the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah (2): 83. The achievement of Cycle 1 was 32.3% then increased in cycle 2 to 91%.

Abstract

Field experience practice is one of the curricular activities carried out by students, and is a compulsory course for every student of the PAI study program, which includes teaching exercises and non-teaching assignments in a guided and integrated manner. but, due to the covid-19 pandemic, field experience implementation is different from usual, therefore what is the model for managing the field experience of the PAI study program during the pandemic?. This study aims to determine the management model of field experience in the PAI study program during the pandemic with the hope that it can be a reference for continuing to practice field experience even during the pandemic period. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The result is that the management model of field experience in the PAI study program during the pandemic cannot be separated from the management function, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. In practice, it is not much different from the implementation of field experience practice (PPL) in general, except in the location of the implementation so that there is no involvement of civil servant teachers in teaching practice.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mendonorkan darah sehingga terjadinya pasokan/stok darah yang sangat minim di kantor Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) kabupaten Kutai Timur. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mendampingi kegiatan donor darah sehingga tercukupinya ketersediaan stok darah, dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat pelaksanaan donor darah Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) kabupaten Kutai Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode participatory dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan rancangan konsep, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasilnya kegiatan tersebut dihadiri sejumlah 60 peserta yang mmenuhi syarat sebagai pendonor darah. Kegiatan donor darah tersebut mendapatkan 26 kantong darah. Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan tersebut yaitu antusias warga, dapat mengurangi risiko terkena serangan jantung dan dapat menghasilkan sel-sel darah merah yang baru. Kemudian faktor penghambatnya pertama yaitu adanya warga yang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk melakukan donor darah, serta koordinasi dan sosialisasi yang kurang. Implikasi dari pendampingan ini diharapkan Palang Merah Indonesia mempunyai stok darah yang cukup sehingga memudahkan pemenuhan kebutuhan darah untuk masyarakat.
