Abstract

Abstract: This study talks about the understanding of the hadith about the sutras. I think this theme is important to discuss. To obtain a comprehensive meaning and understanding of the substance of the meaning of a hadith, in this study the author does this by considering several aspects in understanding the hadith of the Prophet SAW. such as asbabul wurud, observing variants of hadith texts, collecting meaningful traditions and looking for meanings that are relevant to the current context. In the hadith about the sutras narrated by Abu Dharr r.a, there is an order from the Prophet SAW. to make a sutrah / barrier that aims to maintain solemnity in performing prayers. If someone who prays does not make a sutrah in front of him, then his prayer will be invalid if passed by donkeys, women and black dogs. However, in the hadith narrated by Aisyah r.a, she said that she was lying in front of the Prophet SAW who was praying. Hadith regarding this sutra has a very varied meaning. According to the opinion of the majority of scholars, the hadith narrated by Abu Dharr r.a and Aisyah r.a do not contradict each other, in the hadith of A'Isyah r.a it is said that Aisyah r.a just lay in front of the Prophet SAW. who are praying, not passing.

Abstract

Zakir Naik is a popular figure who has contributed to his thoughts on women in Islamic Family Law. This paper aims to describe Zakir Naik's perspective on Islamic Family Law regarding women. This paper is the result of normative legal research in the field of Islamic Family Law using a conceptual approach. The primary legal material in this research is Zakir Naik's book entitled; “Right of Women in Islam, Modern or Outdated” and “Most Common Questions Asked by Non-Muslims” and a number of other books. The technique of collecting data from primary legal materials is carried out thematically. Furthermore, in analyzing the data used content analysis method. The results of the study conclude that Islamic Family Law according to Zakir Naik has given rights to women fairly and proportionally, directly proportional to the roles and responsibilities that must be carried out; both roles as wife, mother and as children. In her role as a wife, women are given the right to accept or reject their future husband. Besides, women as wives are given the right to accept or reject polygamy by their husbands. In their role as mothers, women are given the right to be respected, cared for and loved by their children with a share of 75% compared to fathers.

Abstract

Latambaga District as part of the Kolaka Regency, in between 2019 to 2021 based on data from the Kolaka Police departement there were 69 accident cases, this is considered a quite significant increase considering that based on BPS data for 2015 the number of reported accidents in the entire Kolaka district was only 93 case. This study aimed to determining accident-prone locations using the Upper Control Limit (BKA) and Upper Control Limit (UCL) calculation methods in Latambaga sub-district and recommend treatment based on the relationship between the characteristics of the causes of accidents and the results of road safety audits. The results then showed that the characteristics of accidents in Latambaga sub districts were dominated by drivers with an age range of 16-25 years, namely 47.17%, based on the age characteristics of the victims, 43.54% were also dominated by the age range of 16-25 years. When accidents occur, 63% occur at night, at 18:00-24:00. Accident-prone locations in Latambaga sub-district, based on the results of blacksite & blackspot analysis, are in segment 1 (coordinates -4.037839,121.564658), segment 4 (coordinates -4.040031,121.564984) and segment 5 (coordinates: -4.055727,121.591074.). As for the priority treatment recommendations for accident-prone locations, for segment 1 it is recommended to complete intersection markings and signs. For segment 4, it is recommended to prioritize the installation of signs, street lights, safety thresholds, clarify the road median and make improvements to the road pavement. For segment 5 it is recommended to prioritize, improve road drainage to prevent puddle and improve road pavement conditions.

Abstract

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) predicts that by 2050 the world's population will reach 9.1 billion. That means agricultural production must increase by 70% in that year to meet the food needs of the population. Based on data from the official Cigelam village website, it is known that the number of farmers is 161 people or 2.34% of the total population of Cigelam village. Based on a field survey that was conducted in August 2022 in Cigelam village, there are smallholder farms that grow chili, corn and other fruit trees. Farmers water the plants at certain hours manually by turning on the water pump without seeing whether the plants are short of water or not. The problem faced by farmers/planters in Cigelam village is that they plant crops in areas with hot and temperate zones so that the plants need to pay more attention to soil moisture. This Community Service Program introduces smart agricultural technology or smart farming to farmers in the village of Cigelam which can increase the quality and quantity of agricultural products in a smart way. The implementation method used is to provide counseling about smart farming and demonstrations of automatic plant sprinklers based on soil moisture. From the answers to the evaluation of the implementation of the activities by the training participants it was found that the usefulness of the activities and the materials provided received good and very good scores of 92%. It is hoped that the benefits of this counseling can be spread again to other farmers and implemented. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)/Organisasi Pangan dan Pertanian memprediksi bahwa pada tahun 2050 jumlah penduduk dunia akan mencapai 9,1 milyar. Itu berarti produksi pertanian harus meningkat sebesar 70% pada tahun tersebut demi mencukupi kebutuhan pangan penduduk. Berdasarkan data dari website resmi desa Cigelam diketahui jumlah petani/pekebun adalah 161 orang atau 2,34% dari jumlah penduduk desa Cigelam. Berdasarkan survey di lapangan yang sudah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2022 di desa Cigelam terdapat pertanian rakyat yang menanam pohon cabai, jagung, maupun pohon buah-buahan lainnya. Petani menyiram tanaman mereka pada jam tertentu secara manual dengan menyalakan pompa air tanpa melihat apakah tanaman sedang kekurangan air atau tidak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para petani/pekebun di desa Cigelam yaitu mereka menanam tanaman di daerah yang berzona panas dan sedang sehingga tanaman perlu lebih diperhatikan kelembaban tanahnya. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat kali ini memperkenalkan teknologi pertanian pintar atau smart farming kepada para petani dan pekebun penduduk di desa Cigelam yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil pertanian secara pintar. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang pertanian pintar dan demonstrasi alat penyiram tanaman otomatis berdasarkan kelembaban tanah. Dari jawaban evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh peserta pelatihan diketahui bahwa kebermanfaatan kegiatan dan materi yang diberikan mendapat nilai baik dan sangat baik sebesar 92%. Dirahapkan manfaat dari penyuluhan ini dapat disebarkan lagi ke petani lain dan diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh café atmosphere terhadap minat beli masyarakat bireuen pada café shop cawan coffee. Adapun sumber data penelitian data primer dan data skunder langsung di café shop cawan coffee. Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan observasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sedarhana dengan mengukur uji simultan dan uji parsial dengan didukung uji validitas, reliabilitas. Metode analisis menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif pengaruh café atmosphere terhadap minat beli masyarakat bireuen pada café shop cawan coffee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Café Atmosphere variabel Café Atmosphere dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,430 dan ttabel pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 1,671, dengan Ha diterima artinya bahwa thitung> ttabel (2,430 >1,671). Dapat simpulkan bahwa variabel Café Atmosphere berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli pada Café Shop Cawan Coffee. Hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin meningkat suasana cafe akan meningkatkan minat membeli dan sebaliknya apabila semakin menurun suasana cafe akan menurunkan minat konsumen. Hasil pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari pada nilai Ftabel (5,904> 3,15) dengan tingkat signifikan di bawah 0,05. Berdasarkan cara pengambilan keputusan uji simultan dalam analisis regresi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Café Atmosphere (X) jika diuji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membeli pada Café Shop Cawan Coffee. Dengan Café Atmosphere yang memiliki keindahan akan membentuk citra positif di benak konsumen terhadap caffee tersebut, dan jika hal tersebut berlangsung lama maka kecenderungan konsumen untuk memilih caffee tersebut sangat tinggi.

The strength and degree of the influence of mass media on the cultural, social and economic at least illustrated by assuming a number of theories of the effects of mass media were presented by experts in mass communications in since the beginning of the mid-1960s, following the presence of media technologies of television and radio complement newspaper media earlier in United States of America. Scientific research conducted then, both in the US alone as well as in third countries only reinforces the assumption of previous theories, namely that the influence of the mass media in people's lives more and can not be negotiable, even the mass media offers new ideology, understand the new, new lifestyles and so on. People increasingly can not avoid myself from media exposure, but only one option to adjust in order to include media literacy audiences, so as not to be swayed by media coverage

Abstract

Program zakat telah menjadi instrumen penting dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dan dampaknya. Artikel ini melakukan analisis terhadap tantangan dan prospek pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui program zakat di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan tinjauan literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi isu-isu seperti efektivitas pengelolaan zakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, inklusi keuangan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kesadaran masyarakat. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa prospek untuk meningkatkan kontribusi zakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Diharapkan artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang peran zakat dalam ekonomi Islam dan menyoroti langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan dampaknya dalam konteks Indonesia.

Abstract

Inadequate tire pressure is a significant factor that accelerates tire damage and increases the risk of traffic accidents. This often occurs because tire pressure checking is still done manually with simple tools, which is not only inefficient but also prone to measurement errors. Therefore, a system capable of monitoring vehicle tire pressure automatically and in real-time is needed. This research aims to design and implement an Android-based car tire pressure monitoring system. Research data was obtained through field research and literature review. At the same time, system requirements analysis was conducted using the PIECES method (Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service) to ensure the quality, effectiveness, and safety of the resulting system. The results show that the developed system is capable of detecting tire pressure with high accuracy and displaying this information directly through an Android application. This feature allows users to take preventative action more quickly when abnormal pressure is detected, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and tire damage. Furthermore, the implementation of this system has been proven to improve vehicle maintenance efficiency by eliminating the need for routine manual checks. This innovation offers significant benefits not only to middle-class vehicle users but also to the upper class, who require practical and modern solutions for maintaining safe driving. Therefore, this research has a tangible impact in supporting transportation safety, reducing maintenance costs, and contributing to the development of future Internet of Things (IoT)-based automotive technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT ELNUSA Tbk based on Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical tool used in this study is Economic Value Added (EVA) which consists of Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital (IC), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) and Capital Charges (CC). The type of data used in this research is quantitative data using secondary data. Secondary data obtained in this study can be accessed through the sites www.elnusa.co.id and www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis from this study stated that the financial performance of PT Elnusa Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method in 2018 amounting to Rp. 152,143, -, in 2019 amounting to Rp. 153,234, -, in 2020 it was Rp. 159,941, -, in 2021 it was Rp. 122,900, -, and in 2022 it is Rp. 227,624,-. The results of this analysis indicate that the company's financial performance is good and the company has succeeded in creating a positive EVA value.

Abstract

This article attempts to look at the acute phenomenon of the social media generation with its activities and images in cyberspace. The film entitled "Semu" as a short film is able to depict the self-image of a teenager on social media nicely. A common social context in modern times where many people are accustomed to using smartphones and social media as part of their daily routine. On the other hand, the film Semu depicts that existence on social media is often important for individuals who want to portray a different image of themselves than they really are. This article finds that content and activities on social media are the main elements in shaping the online existence of a person or entity on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other media. So falsehood on social media is a phenomenon where individuals or entities present information, images or identities that are inaccurate or do not correspond to reality via social media platforms. In this context, dramaturgy refers to theoretical analysis used in theater and performance studies to understand and dismantle false identities in cyberspace. The impact is that the public does not trust someone's activities on social media. Photos and videos can easily be used to manipulate netizens, their dismantling results in distrust of the images and content that someone continues to produce.
