Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the lack of maximum service, in a government agency there needs to be asset management activities as one of the activities that handles the problem of procuring types of assets to support the operational needs of national and political unitary bodies. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based asset management information system at Sriwijaya State Sports Middle School, South Sumatra to be able to assist goods administrators in processing data, making it easier to search for goods data, recording and reporting. The type of research used is qualitative research and the software design method used in this research is waterfall. The data collection method used is the interview method, while the testing method used is black box. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an asset management information system website that can be accessed by management staff, utilize regional property and can connect directly with property management so that they can manage asset management data better in the future. The conclusion of this research makes it easier to process asset management data and create reports. Abstrak : Sekertariat Daerah adalah institusi atau organisasi yang membantu Bupati dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan pengoordinasian administrasi terhadap pelaksanaan tugas Perangkat Daerah serta pelayanan administratif. Masyarakat tidak hanya memperhatikan kuantitas saja, tetapi juga kualitas. Sama halnya dengan instansi atau organisasi lainnya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan Audit Teknologi Informasi dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 5. Dengan mengikuti tahapan serta kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh COBIT. Tahapan demi tahapan tersebut akan menghasilkan sebuah parameter tingkat kelola suatu teknologi informasi yang disebut Capability Level. Dimana parameter tersebut nantinya akan digunakan sebagai tolak ukur dengan membandingkan dengan target yang ingin dicapai. Selisih antara target yang ingin dicapai dengan keadaan saat ini disebut dengan Gap Analisis.

Abstract

Berangkat dari pemasalahan di tengah pandemic, Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengatasi tantangan yang di mana masyarakat enggan keluar rumah dan mengalami penurunan pola hidup sehat. dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan platform inovatif bernama Workfit. Workfit bukan hanya sekadar platform booking kelas gym secara online, tetapi juga merupakan alat dukungan komprehensif bagi masyarakat untuk mengadopsi gaya hidup sehat. metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan platform ini adalah Design Thinking, yang melibatkan tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Dalam proses ini, penelitian tidak hanya fokus pada fungsi teknis platform, tetapi juga memahami secara mendalam kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan model UI/UX untuk aplikasi mobile Workfit. model ini tidak hanya menyelesaikan permasalahan praktis dalam pemesanan kelas gym, tetapi juga memberikan informasi, artikel, dan video yang relevan untuk memotivasi pengguna dalam menjalani gaya hidup sehat, Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki urgensi yang tinggi dalam mendukung kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di era modern ini.

Abstract

In today's organizational landscape, information technology plays a critical role in supporting ongoing activities. Therefore, it is essential to conduct an analysis to determine the advantages and disadvantages of IT implementation. This research focuses on the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region II, a government agency responsible for improving the quality of higher education in its working area. LLDIKTI Region II uses an information technology system that aligns with the Institute's vision and mission. However, the governance level of the Online Functional Position Information System known as SIKITO has never been assessed, highlighting the need for a maturity framework to measure SIKITO's level and align it with LLDIKTI's vision and mission goals. COBIT 2019 is a framework that aligns with the vision and mission of LLDIKTI and demonstrates how each stakeholder's differences affect the use of information technology based on the maturity level of the implemented system. This research applied the COBIT 2019 framework in LLDIKTI Region II, utilizing the APO07, BAI08, and MEA03 domains. The results indicate that SIKITO's maturity level is below the expected value of -2.33, indicating a need for further development. This research contributes to the field by providing insights into the importance of aligning IT governance with an organization's vision and mission, and the role of maturity frameworks such as COBIT 2019 in achieving this alignment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap penggunaan aplikasi BRImo di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia unit Dwikora Palembang, yang mencatat populasi nasabah pengguna sebanyak 18.016 orang hingga Maret 2023. Dengan meningkatnya tren transaksi digital, penting untuk menganalisis kepuasan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan adalah UTAUT 2, yang memungkinkan pengukuran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor Performance Expectancy (ekspektasi kinerja), Effort Expectancy (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), Price Value (persepsi nilai harga), dan Habit (kebiasaan) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku nasabah. Selain itu, analisis reliabilitas menekankan pentingnya keandalan instrumen pengukuran. Meskipun nilai Normal Fit Index (NFI) dari model Estimated lebih rendah dibandingkan Saturated Model, hasil uji R-Square menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang diukur mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam niat perilaku dan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi. Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an important role in facilitating many parts of everyday life. In the current digital era, almost all daily activities are related to technology, which has the benefit of making daily activities and activities easier. The South Sumatra Province Communications and Informatics Service, which has the main responsibility for supervising and advancing the communications and informatics sector under its jurisdiction, is implementing a governance system that currently includes E-Kinerja as an expression of governance. ASN's daily performance, which is related to additional compensation for employees, is evaluated using the E-Kinerja program. It is very important to implement an E-Kinerja strategy because some workers do not do their jobs well or according to their respective workloads. As a result, the public service system becomes slow, complicated and does not work ideally due to a lack of effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and accountability in the work carried out by employees. This research aims to assess the current condition of E-Kinerja in the South Sumatra Province Communication and Information Service, as well as propose realistic and evidence-based changes that will increase efficiency and effectiveness in workplaces and government services. The method the author uses is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The expected benefits of this research are that E-performance developers can use this research to develop applications according to user needs and further research can use this research as a reference in the field of usability analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS).

Abstract

PC200-7 Excavator is a type of excavator that still does not have an effective and efficient safety system monitoring in knowing the oil level and overheating that occurs. Given this, researchers designed and made a prototype of a tool that could later be applied to the excavator industry, by adding several sensor components such as ultrasonics and thermocouples that are useful for checking hydraulic oil levels so that drivers do not struggle to check manually and check the temperature on the engine to avoid overheating by setting a normal temperature height limit. If it exceeds the normal temperature limit, the engine of the excavator will die. To prevent damage to the engine, the temperature on the prototype was made a limit of 40 oC. If there is a human behind the excavator, it will be detected with a distance of 200 cm by the ultrasonic sensor. So that the results obtained are able to monitor the oil level, if less than the specified limit of 3cm, and the temperature on the engine will be automatically detected if the engine temperature is above 40 oC automatically turns off and gives a warning to the driver in the cabin in the form of a writing message and sound from the buzzer. For the detection of human objects behind the excavator will be active if there is a human object with a distance of less than 200 cm, then the buzzer will turn on, then give a notification writing on the LCD in the cabin and the excavator will stop, but the engine still starts. In this research method, measurements and calculations will then be compared with  datasheets. Calculation results were obtained for Ultrasonic sensors 5.16 VDC, for Thermocouple sensors 3.148 VDC. and for RFID 3.278 VDC

Abstract

Technological progress has developed very rapidly along with the times. The hand tractor is a form of technological progress in agriculture. The use of hand tractors for processing agricultural land has replaced the function of buffalo in tillage activities because they are far superior in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. The hand tractor with a remote control system using flysky is the latest innovation created with the hope of increasing effectiveness and efficiency, as well as safety. and operator comfort in operating the hand tractor. With the application of solar panels as a charger for remote tractor control devices, this can save the use of electrical energy, this tool has proven successful in trials. Thus, this automated solution has the potential to increase productivity and efficiency in agriculture. System Performance When Using a Tractor. Through testing with 3 trials (6 hours, 7 hours, and 8 hours), the battery voltage remained above 12V. The combination of batteries and solar panels used ensures the system operates well during tractor use.

Abstract

The use of hand tractors for agricultural land processing still causes several problems such as work fatigue and ergonomic problems for the operator. From these problems the author has the idea to build a tool that can be attached to a hand tractor so that the hand tractor can be controlled using a remote control. The purpose of this final project is to make a remote hand tractor controller, find out the performance of the tool, and find out how the tool works. The method used consists of system design, tool making, and testing. In the hardware part, the main control uses an ATmega328 microcontroller on an Arduino nano board, flysky fs-i6 remote control as a remote command sender input, servo motor as the output of the gas mechanical drive on the tractor disel, motor driver as an output amplifier to drive the DC power window motor that pulls the tractor clutch, solar panel for battery charging, pzem sensor to measure the power coming out of the solar panel. To design the software schematic used is fritzing software, and for program creation using Arduino IDE software. Based on the test results of the tool installed on the hand tractor, it shows that this tool has been successful and the tractor can be controlled remotely. The remote tractor controller works with a power supply voltage in the range of 12 volts DC. The receiver on the tool works with a voltage of 5.0 volts DC with a transmission range that can cover a distance of up to 1000 m. The servo motor works at a voltage of 5.0 volts DC. The mechanical clutch is capable of being pulled by a DC power window motor that works with a voltage of 12 volts DC.

Games are popular technologies used for entertainment, and educational games combine play with learning to enhance concentration and thinking skills. This research addresses the lack of engaging learning media for first-grade students at SDN 230 Palembang and the prevalence of non-educational games. The study develops an educational game called Image Matching, aimed at teaching animal and fruit names while improving fine motor skills. The game, Animal Detective, is a puzzle game where students guess animal names based on pictures and descriptions. Using the System Development Life Cycle method, including planning, analysis, design, development, and testing with the Black Box method, this game serves as an interactive learning media. Results show that it effectively improves motor skills and knowledge about animals and fruits. The game is expected to provide engaging education and entertainment for first-grade students at SDN 230 Palembang.
