Abstract

Background: The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Pediatrician Association has developed stimulation, detection and early intervention instruments for growth and development for children aged 0 years to 6 years, which are described in the Guidelines for the Early Stimulation, Detection and Intervention for Growth and Development of Children (SDIDTK) at the basic health service level. The results of a preliminary study in Barat Subdistrict obtained SDIDTK coverage in May 2018, complete babies were 86% below the target of 97%. The coverage of plenary children under five is 97% of the 100% target, and the coverage of plenary preschool children is 82% of the 100% target. As an effort to increase SDIDTK coverage, SDIDTK workshops were held for PAUD teachers who manage toddlers. Objective: To evaluate the SDIDTK Workshop on PAUD teachers in the Barat District, Magetan Regency. Methods: This type of pre-experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The research sample was all 60 Barat Subdistrict PAUD teachers. Sampling technique using total sampling technique, research variable knowledge about SDIDTK. Data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis with paired statistical test T test α 0.05. presentation of data in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: most (73.33%) of the PAUD teachers' education level was high, S1 degree. The average pretest result was 38.42 and the average post-test result was 75.17. The results of the statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 (p≤0.05), it can be concluded that there is a difference between before and after receiving the SDIDTK workshop material. Conclusion: SDIDTK workshops are effective in increasing the knowledge of PAUD teachers in Barat District, Magetan Regency. Advice for. PAUD teachers in Barat sub-district, Magetan Regency can apply SDIDTK to students. The Puskesmas Barats expected to monitor the achievement of SDIDTK implementation targets in the West District area. Keywords: SDIDTK; PAUD teacher ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia telah menyusun instrumen stimulasi, deteksi dan intervensi dini tumbuh kembang untuk anak umur 0 tahun sampai dengan 6 tahun, yang diuraikan dalam Pedoman Pelaksanaan Stimulasi, Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK) Anak di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Hasil studi pendahuluan di Kecamatan Barat diperoleh cakupan SDIDTK Bulan Mei 2018 bayi paripurna 86% di bawah target 97%. Cakupan anak balita paripurna 97% dari target 100%, dan cakupan anak prasekolah paripurna 82% dari target 100%. Sebagai upaya peningkatan cakupan SDIDTK maka dilaksanakan workshop SDIDTK pada guru PAUD yang mengelola anak balita. Tujuan: mengevaluasi Workshop SDIDTK bagi guru PAUD di wilayah Kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan. Metode: jenis penelitian pra eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretes postes. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh guru PAUD Kecamatan Barat sebanyak 60 orang. Tehnik sampling menggunakan tehnik total sampling, variabel penelitian pengetahuan tentang SDIDTK. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan uji statistic paired T tes α 0.05. penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: sebagian besar (73,33%) tingkat pendidikan guru PAUD termasuk tinggi yaitu S1. Rata-rata hasil pretes 38,42 dan rata-rata hasil postes 75.17. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p=0.000 (p≤0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan antara sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan materi workshop SDIDTK. Kesimpulan: workshop SDIDTK efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan Guru PAUD di Kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan. Saran bagi. Guru PAUD di kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan dapat menerapkan SDIDTK pada murid. Puskesmas Barat diharapkan memantau pencapaian target pelaksanaan SDIDTK di wilayah Kecamatan Barat. Abstract

Latar belakang: Buku KIA berisi tentang catatan kesehatan ibu dan anak serta berbagai informasi cara memelihara dan merawat ibu dan anak, termasuk cara stimulasi perkembangan dan kemampuan yang harus dicapai anak. Setiap kali ibu hamil akan mendapatkan buku KIA untuk dibaca, dibawa, dan dijaga. Namun banyak ibu belum membaca dan menerapkan cara stimulasi sesuai buku KIA. Ibu hanya melakukan kebiasaan tanpa didasari petunjuk. Tujuan: menganalisis hubungan stimulasi dengan perkembangan bayi. Metode: jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu bayi 3- 12 bulan di desa Cepoko Kecamatan Panekan Kabupaten Magetan, semuanya dijadikan subyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi dengan instrumen berupa ceklis. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistic fisher exact. Hasil: 89,66% ibu melakukan stimulasi pada buku KIA meskipun ada beberapa item tidak dilakukan dengan alasan yang tidak benar, dan perkembangan bayi 96,55% sesuai dengan usia. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh p= 1,000 sehingga disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara stimulasi dengan perkembangan bayi. Simpulan: sebagian besar ibu bayi menerapkan stimulasi pada buku KIA. Sebagian besar perkembangan bayi sesuai umur. Tidak ada hubungan antara stimulasi dengan perkembangan bayi. Saran: bidan desa memberikan penjelasan lebih dalam tentang stimulasi dan perkembangan yang harus dicapai anak sesuai kelompok umur pada buku KIA. Puskesmas Panekan merencanakan dibentuknya kelas ibu balita untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi dan tumbuh kembang anak. Kata kunci: Stimulasi, Perkembangan, Bayi, Buku KIA

Abstract

Children are next generation for a nation. It is expected that the children have high quality, which is indicated by healthy growth and development. However, many things were occurred in line with the children’s growth and development. People’s independence for caring their children’s health could be improved by using KIA book (mother and children’s health book). Government had organized a program for improving the use of KIA book, which was through coordinating parenting class. Moreover, this research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of parenting class against the change of mother’s behavior in stimulating 2-5 years aged toddler’s growth and development at Poncol Village, Poncol Sub-district, Magetan District, East Java Province, Indonesia. This research was pre-experimental research with one- group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was all mothers who had 2-5 years aged toddler at Poncol Village, Poncol Sub-district, Magetan District, East Java Province, Indonesia in June 2017 and they were 59 mothers. Data collection was conducted through pretest and posttest. The research instrument utilized questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis utilized statistic test of paired sample t test with α 0,05. The result of data analysis for the knowledge regarding stimulation that was obtained p= 0.000 was concluded that there was a significant difference of mother’s knowledge regarding stimulation of 2-5 years aged toddler’s growth and development between before and after joining parenting class. P value for stimulation practice that was obtained p= 0.000 was concluded that there was a significant difference of mother’s practice in stimulating her 2-5 years aged toddler between before and after joining parenting class. Furthermore, the conclusion was parenting class changed effectively the mother’s behavior in stimulating 2-5 years aged toddler’s growth and development at Poncol Village, Poncol Sub-district, Magetan District, East Java, Indonesia. However, it was expected for either Poncol Village or other villages in Public Health Center of Poncol area to be able to conduct parenting class continuously in order to improve mother’s behavior in stimulating her toddler’s growth and development.Keywords: Parenting class, Stimulation, Growth, Development

Children affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) are often given labels that can affect the formation of children's self-concepts. If the situation is not handled properly in childhood, the problem will peak in adolescence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between parenting/caregivers with ADHD in preschool children at Panca Bakti Kindergarten, Selosari, Magetan Regency. This type of analytic research with cross-sectional. Research variables ADHD and parenting. The research population is all parents/caregivers who have preschool children in TK Panca Bakti Selosari, Magetan Regency totaling 39 people. The data were collected by interview using questionnaires. Abstract

Measles is an infectious disease, infecting many children and becomes a major cause of child mortality in Indonesia. This disease is highly contagious, transmitted by viruses through droplets. Undeveloped immunity and low immunization coverage make it potentially epidemic. According to the 2016 Health Profile of Magetan Regency, measles cases were ranked first. Indonesia is committed to achieve the elimination of measles in 2020, with strategies such as the Measles Rubella vaccine campaign for children between 9 months-15 years. The research purpose was to analyze the factor of measles after the 2017 measles rubella vaccine campaign in Magetan Regency. This research used retrospective case control research design, the case sample was all the measles patients after the MR vaccine campaign until July 2018, as many as 16. The control sample was a part of the Magetan Regency population who did not suffer measles, as many as 64, determined with a ratio of 1:4. The research variables were immunization status, gender, exclusive breastfeeding, patient contact history, and knowledge of measles. The results showed that there is an effect of immunization status on the incidence of measles. The probability of someone who was not immunized is 81% for measles infection compared to those who are immunized. There is no influence of gender, exclusive breastfeeding, patient contact history, and knowledge of measles on the incidence of measles. Conclusion: immunization factor is the dominant factor that influence the incidence of measles. Suggestion: to reduce morbidity and mortality rates due to measles, Health Center (Puskesmas) is expected to increase the coverage of measles immunization, supported by highest quality of vaccine and techniques. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran fungsi manajemen Puskesmas dalam program pemberian ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas “S” sehingga dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengatasi kegagalan pemberian ASI Eksklusif terutama dari segi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dengan studi kualitatif fenomenologi. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan metode purposive sampling, digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 subyek penelitian yaitu Kepala Puskesmas, Pemegang Program Gizi, Bidan Koordinator, 4 orang bidan pelaksana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Alat yang digunakan catatan, alat perekam suara. Analisis data dengan analisa kualitatif dan dalam penyajiannya berdasarkan dari data yang terkumpul kemudian disimpulkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan ketenagaan yang melaksanakan kegiatan program pemberian ASI Eksklusif kurang, belum maksimalnya kegiatan operasional Program ASI Eksklusif kemungkinan disebabkan tersedianya dana yang kurang, sarana dan prasarana pelaksanaan program ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas belum lengkap, perencanaan khusus tentang ASI tidak ada, program ASI belum dianggap prioritas, belum mempunyai tim konselor ASI, belum melaksanakan 10 Langkah Menuju Keberhasilan Menyusui secara lengkap, pelaksanaan pemantauan, kontrol, komunikasi dan motivasi masih kurang. Secara keseluruhan evaluasi program dilaksanakan di lokakarya mini untuk melihat standar pelayanan minimalnya tercapai atau tidak serta ada sistem pelaporan. Disarankan untuk membentuk tim konselor ASI yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan, mengembangkan perencanaan terkait Program ASI Eksklusif secara terperinci, mengembangkan sarana dan prasarana pelaksanaan program ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas, dan memanfaatkan bantuan alat yang sudah diterima. Peningkatan fungsi pemantauan, kontrol, komunikasi dan motivasi yang masih kurang.

Abstract

Introduction: Community Health Center as health service unit that was the forefront of basic health services was expected to provide quality health services in accordance with community needs. Widodaren Community Health Center was one of Community Health Center in Ngawi Regency area which since 2015 has a full “BLUD” (Regional Public Service Agency) status, and all villages were still in pra advisory villages status. To saw how much quality of health services, it was necessary a Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS). The purpose of implementing CSS was to measure level of community satisfaction with basic health services by the Widodaren Community Health Center, Ngawi Regency in 2019. The purpose of implementing CSS was to measure level of community satisfaction with basic health services by the Widodaren Community Health Center, Ngawi Regency in 2019. Methods: This research was survey. Samples were part of community who use health services at Widodaren Community Health Center who were selected by quota sampling technique. Variables studied were the level satisfaction of health services provided community health center. Collecting data with questionnaire. Data analysis with calculating the Community Satisfaction Index. Presentation of data in the form of tables and spider web diagrams. Results: The results showed that there was an influence of the physical activity model (Gambo Rasa) on blood glucose levels of type-2 diabetes mellitus. Results of this research are the service quality in all service units was above the target of 85, and an average of 88.187. Six service units were in excellent category and three service units in good category. Service quality based on service dimensions was above the target of 3,395 and an average of 3,530. Discussion and Conclusion: Four dimensions in excellent category and five dimensions in good category. The service quality of Widodaren Community Health Center in all service units and all dimensions are in good and excellent categories. As an effort to improve quality services, it is necesarry survey of needs or expectations of the latest, and satisfaction survey in 2020 as an evaluation of quality improvement efforts that have been made based on the results of CSS at 2019. Abstract

Golden age is a very important period to pay attention to the development of children, especially if there is a suspicion that the growth and development is different from children of his age. Objective: To develop early detection instruments for growth and development in children with special needs. Method: The research design was Research and Development carried out in 2 stages. The first stage was identifying the DDTK instrument from the SDIDTK and Denver II manuals and then conducting FGDs with 70 participants. The second stage is test results development of 30 parents and their children with special needs to get recommendations on the results of instrument development. Methods to identify children with special needs by means of observation, interviews, documentation, orders and a combination of 3 methods. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, validity test and using product moment and reliability using Alfa Chronicle. There are eight questionnaires to detect blind, deaf, mentally retarded, disabled, disabled, autistic, ADHD and special intelligent. The development of this instrument has the addition of aspects of behavior and physical appearance that exist in children. The development of instruments for early detection of development of children with special needs consists of 8 questionnaires. The results of the instrument trial showed good results and the opinion of special school teachers and ABK therapists was very positive with the development of this instrument so it is recommended to be disseminated to posyandu cadres, the community and health workers. Abstract

Latar belakang: program kesehatan yang diharapkan menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian anak balita adalah buku KIA. Upaya  strategis desentralisasi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian keluarga dan masyarakat dalam memelihara kesehatan anak adalah mengembangkan model peningkatan penggunaan buku KIA oleh masyarakat melalui Kelas Ibu Balita (1). Desa Krowe Kecamatan Lembeyan Kabupaten Magetan belum melaksanakan program kelas ibu balita sampai dengan tahun 2020. Hal ini dikarenakan kader belum memahami   program kelas ibu balita. Kader beranggapan  kelas ibu balita dapat dilaksanakan bersamaan  Posyandu. Kegiatan rutin posyandu hanya penimbangan, imunisasi, belum ada penyuluhan khusus terkait perawatan anak. Penyuluhan diberikan bersifat individu apabila ada anak yang bermasalah. Tujuan: Pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dan perawatan anak meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi kelas ibu balita. Kader menindaklanjuti melaksanakan kelas ibu balita dengan pendampingan dari tenaga kesehatan. Metode: Peserta 36  kader Posyandu. Fasilitator adalah dosen, mahasiswa, bidan puskesmas, bidan desa. Metode pembelajaran  ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktek. Media pembelajaran  lembar balik kelas ibu balita, buku KIA,  food model,  model gigi,  alat permainan edukatif,  LCD. Tempat pelaksanaan di Balai Desa Krowe. Waktu  pelaksanaan tujuh  pertemuan. Evaluasi   dilakukan dengan pre tes dan pos tes  setiap materi.  Hasil: ada peningkatan rata-rata nilai post tes dibandingkan pretes. Kesimpulan: ada peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dan perawatan bayi dan balita setelah mengikuti kelas ibu balita. Kader diharapkan dapat menindaklanjuti melaksanakan kelas ibu balita dengan pendampingan tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

 The incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Panekan Health Center, Magetan during 2021 was 22.89% of pregnant women undergoing integrated antenatal care. Related to pregnancy anemia, dates contain iron of 1.75 mg per 100 grams which has the potential to be utilized. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of consuming dates to increase hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women. The design of this study was a pre-test and post-test with a non-equivalent control group. The research subjects were 40 third trimester pregnant women, totaling 40 people at the "S" Midwife Independent Practice, Panekan, Magetan; selected by total population sampling technique. The intervention group (with consumption of dates for 14 days) and the control group (without consumption of dates for 14 days), each consisted of 20 pregnant women. Before and after treatment, hemoglobin levels were measured in both groups, then the increase in hemoglobin levels in both groups was compared with the t test. The mean increase in hemoglobin levels in the treatment group was 0.665 g/dl, while that for the control group was -0.255. The p value of the difference test results was 0.03, so it could be interpreted that there was a difference in the increase in hemoglobin levels of the two groups, with a greater increase in the treatment group. Furthermore, it was concluded that the consumption of dates was effective in increasing the hemoglobin level of third trimester pregnant women.Keywords: hemoglobin; anemia; pregnancy; dates ABSTRAK Angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Panekan, Magetan selama tahun 2021 adalah 22,89% dari ibu hamil yang menjalani antenatal care terpadu. Terkait dengan anemia kehamilan, buah kurma mengandung zat besi sebesar 1,75 mg per 100 gram yang berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas konsumsi kurma untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pre-test and post test with non equivalent control group. Subyek penelitian adalah 40 ibu hamil trimester III yang berjumlah 40 orang di Praktik Mandiri Bidan “S”, Panekan, Magetan; yang dipilih dengan teknik total population sampling. Kelompok intervensi (dengan konsumsi kurma selama 14 hari) dan kelompok kontrol (tanpa konsumsi kurma selama 14 hari), masing-masing terdiri atas 20 ibu hamil. Sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, dilakukan pengukuran kadar hemoglobin pada kedua kelompok, lalu peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dari kedua kelompok dibandingkan dengan uji t. Rerata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin kelompok perlakuan adalah 0,665 g/dl, sedangkan untuk kelompok kontrol adalah -0,255. Nilai p dari hasil uji perbedaan adalah 0,03, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa ada perbedaan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dari kedua kelompok, dengan peningkatan lebih besar pada kelompok perlakukan. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa konsumsi kurma efektif untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III. Kata kunci: hemoglobin; anemia; kehamilan; kurma
