Abstract

Sleep is a top priority for babies, so that the body can produce growth hormone and also the brain will grow 3 times from birth. In addition, sleep also provides benefits for the mental, emotional, physical health and immune system of the baby. The journal Pediatrics noted that about 33% of babies experience sleep problems, but they are not detected and not handled properly. Almost 72% of parents do not consider sleep disorders in infants as a problem, even though they can interfere with infant growth, cause impaired immune function, and endocrine system regulation (Sekartini &; Adi, 2016). The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of baby massage on the sleep quality of infants aged 0-6 months at TPMB Rosliana – South Tambun in 2022. Pre-Experimental Research Method with one group pretest-posttest (Adiputra et al., 2021). The results of the study showed the effect of Baby Massage on the quality of sleep of infants aged 0-6 months at TPMB Rosliana With a p value of 0.001 where after massage there was an increase in the quality of baby's sleep, namely before massage harganya 13% of babies with good sleep quality, while after massage 78.3% of babies with good sleep quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video promosi kampus menggunakan model pengembangan multimedia Luther yang terbagi dalam enam tahap: Konsep, Perancangan, Pengumpulan Bahan, Pembuatan, Pengujian, dan Pendistribusian. Dari sepuluh jurnal pembanding, mayoritas menggunakan metode Villamil-Molina dan teknik motion graphic, di mana 60% hasil penelitian berbasis video. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kombinasi animasi dan video dengan perbedaan dalam proses pembuatan animasi karakter pembantu yang hanya muncul beberapa kali dalam frame tertentu. Model pengembangan Luther terbukti efektif dalam pembuatan video promosi kampus yang kreatif dan informatif, memberikan wawasan tentang promosi pendidikan tinggi dan pemasaran program studi kepada calon mahasiswa serta masyarakat umum. Hasil perancangan multimedia video promosi ini berdurasi 100 detik dengan video kombinasi animasi sebagai karakter narrator.

Abstract

The importance of better understanding the power relations between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the context of village government administration. Through socialization activities in Towata Village, North Polong Bangkeng District, Takalar Regency, participants, especially the main elements such as the Village Head, Chairman and BPD Members, gained a deeper understanding of the role and authority of each party as well as the positive impact of creating positive relationships. balance between the two. The results of the socialization show increased awareness of the importance of harmonious cooperation between the Village Head and the BPD in decision making, implementing village programs, and monitoring the performance of the village head. In addition, a better understanding of these power relations also opens up opportunities to resolve conflicts or tensions that may arise within village government. Thus, this paper concludes that a better understanding of the power relations between Village Heads and BPD is an important first step in building effective, fair and democratic village governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya, Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah dan Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Pada OPD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Populasi penelitian Kasubbag Keuangan dan Bendahara Keuangan yang melaksanakan fungsi terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 54 orang mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan. Melalui SPSS 26 regresi linier berganda, pengujian uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil Uji hipotesa secara parsial Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Uji koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,529 artinya bahwa terdapat sebanyak 52,9% pengaruh variabel Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dipengaruhi oleh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah, dan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah. Sedangkan sisanya 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan atau diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The unstable soil condition causes the need for foundation engineering to build a sturdy building for the long term. Cerucuk are wooden poles used as the foundation for houses and high-rise buildings in swampland with the aim of (1) increasing the carrying capacity of the soil; (2) reducing the occurrence of foundation settlement; and (3) avoiding the occurrence of a skid. As development increases, of course, the need for mangrove wood will increase every time. This research was conducted to find a solution to a development budget originating from the mangrove wood trade, which has the potential to become the regional original income (PAD) for Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach to describe the potential sources of local revenue from the forestry sector. The conclusions from this study are: (1) Referring to Permen LHK 64/2017 and PP 74/1999, the state has the right to receive Rp. 15,000 x 10% = Rp. 1,500 per cerucuk log traded; (2) Potential PAD from Provision of Forest Resources, namely 32%; fees for forest utilization business permits are 64% and 40% for reforestation funds. The suggestions from this study are: (1) The Central, Provincial, and District Governments are expected to look at forestry DBH as potential state revenue; (2) Revenue from PAD originating from the forestry sector must be consistent with forest reforestation so that it does not damage the environment. Keadaan tanah labil menyebabkan perlu adanya rekayasa teknik pondasi untuk mendapatkan bangunan kokoh untuk jangka panjang. Cerucuk adalah tiang-tiang kayu yang digunakan sebagai pondasi rumah dan gedung bertingkat di tanah rawa dengan tujuan: (1) Meningkatkan daya dukung tanah; (2) Mengurangi terjadinya penurunan pondasi; (3) Menghindari terjadinya gelinciran. Seiring meningkatnya pembangunan, tentu akan meningkatkan kebutuhan akan kayu bakau setiap waktunya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan solusi untuk mencari anggaran Pembangunan berasal dari perdagangan kayu bakau yang berpotensi sebagai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif untuk menggambarkan potensi-potensi sumber pendapatan asli daerah dari sektor kehutanan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Merujuk pada Permen LHK 64/2017 dan PP 74/1999 negara berhak menerima sebesar Rp.15.000 x 10% = Rp. 1.500 per batang kayu cerucuk yang diperjual-belikan; (2) Potensi PAD dari Provisi Sumber Daya Hutan yaitu sebesar 32%; Iuran Izin Usaha Pemanfaatan Hutan sebesar 64% dan Dana Reboisasi 40%. Sedangkan saran dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pemerintah Pusat, Provinsi dan Kabupaten diharapkan melirik DBH kehutanan sebagai salah satu potensi Penerimaan negara yang potensial; (2) Penerimaan PAD bersumber dari sektor kehutanan harus selaras dengan reboisasi hutan sehingga tidak merusak lingkungan.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the vision and mission of a region's development is an important basis for local governments in determining development priorities and policy direction. This research aims to analyze the extent to which development fulfillment in Indragiri Hilir Regency is in accordance with the established vision and mission, as well as evaluate the community's response to the development program. The research method uses digital media content analysis related to the development of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Through this approach, we analyze content contained in digital media such as news websites, social networks, and other online platforms to understand how the development vision and mission are reflected and responded to by society. The results of the analysis show significant support from online media for government efforts to realize development goals. The majority of development missions receive positive appreciation from the media, although there are still some negative sentiments that need to be taken into account. Recommendations for improving the implementation of the vision and mission include strengthening communication and coordination between various stakeholders, in-depth evaluation of development programs, and more effective use of digital media to convey information to the public. It is hoped that by implementing these recommendations, Indragiri Hilir Regency can be more successful in achieving the development vision and mission that has been set, as well as getting wider support from the community and media in the sustainable development process Pada era digital saat ini, visi dan misi pembangunan sebuah wilayah menjadi landasan penting bagi pemerintah daerah dalam menetapkan prioritas pembangunan dan arah kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pemenuhan pembangunan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan, serta mengevaluasi respons masyarakat terhadap program pembangunan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis konten media digital terkait dengan pembangunan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Melalui pendekatan ini, kami menganalisis konten-konten yang terdapat dalam media digital seperti situs web berita, jejaring sosial, dan platform online lainnya untuk memahami bagaimana visi dan misi pembangunan tercermin dan direspons oleh masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dukungan signifikan dari media online terhadap upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembangunan. Mayoritas misi pembangunan mendapatkan apresiasi positif dari media, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa sentimen negatif yang perlu diperhatikan. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan implementasi visi dan misi meliputi penguatan komunikasi dan koordinasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan, evaluasi mendalam terhadap program-program pembangunan, dan penggunaan media digital yang lebih efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan mengimplementasikan rekomendasi ini, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dapat lebih berhasil dalam mencapai visi dan misi pembangunan yang telah ditetapkan, serta mendapatkan dukungan yang lebih luas dari masyarakat dan media dalam proses pembangunan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Anak yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit akan mengalami gangguan tidur yang berbeda- beda, karena harus berpisah dari lingkungan yang dirasakannya aman, penuh kasih sayang, dan menyenangkan seperti lingkungan rumah, permainan dan teman sepermainan. Gangguan tidur merupakan masalah yang sering muncul pada populasi anak usia sekolah yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Pemenuhan kebutuhan istirahat dan tidur penting untuk mendapatkan energy demi memulihkan status kesehatan. Terapi Sleep Hygiene sebagai salah satu terapi non-farmakologis gangguan tidur mempromosikan pembentukan rutinitas tidur, pola tidur yang baik dan tidur berkualitas. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi Sleep Hygiene terhadap gangguan tidur terhadap anak usia sekolah yang menjalani hospitalisas Metode Penelitian Desain evidence base nurse (EBN) yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experiment khususnya pretest-posttest design. Yaitu dengan melakukan observasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol. Jumlah sampel 8 pasien dibagi 4 kelompok Intervensi  yang diberikan terapi Sleep Hygiene, diberikan sehari sekali, selama 3 hari, kurang lebih 15 menit. Hasil penelitian studi kasus dengan terapi Sleep Hygiene memberikan pengaruh yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah yang sedang berada di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the market dynamics, operational challenges, and competitive strategies of SMEs in the online food delivery sector around STIE Ganesha, with a focus on identifying performance drivers and actionable solutions for business optimization. Methodology/approach: A qualitative descriptive approach was adopted, involving semi-structured interviews with 20 SME owners using GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. Data were collected from December 2024 to February 2025 and analyzed thematically to map operational patterns and market behaviors. Results/findings: Key determinants of customer retention included taste quality (highlighted by 85% of respondents), service speed (70%), and promotional effectiveness (65%). SMEs leverage product differentiation (e.g., hyperlocalized menus) and platform partnerships to sustain their market share. However, challenges persist, such as platform instability (reported by 60% of businesses) and insufficient digital literacy for advanced marketing tactics. Conclusions: The study underscores that SMEs’ competitiveness in campus-centric markets hinges on balancing micromarket responsiveness (e.g., adapting to seasonal demand) with operational agility. The strategic integration of digital tools and collaborative logistics, rather than reliance on third-party platforms alone, has emerged as critical for scalability. Limitations: The findings are context-bound to SMEs near STIE Ganesha and major delivery platforms. Future studies should explore rural and non-campus ecosystems to validate the universality of the proposed strategies. Contribution: Theoretical: Expands the Resource Orchestration Framework by contextualizing SME strategies in hyper-localized digital economies. Introduces a micro market analysis model linking campus-specific demand cycles to operational decision-making.Practical: Provides actionable toolkits, including a Dynamic Pricing Matrix for demand fluctuations and a Partnership Optimization Framework for platform collaboration. Methodology/approach: The study was conducted from December 2024 to February 2025, employing a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 business owners using platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. Results/findings: The taste quality, fast service, and effective promotions are crucial for attracting and retaining customers. Despite high competition, SMEs have maintained their market positions through product differentiation, flavor innovation, and promotional packages. Although online delivery platforms offer substantial support, respondents highlighted the need for improved platform stability and more consistent promotional efforts. They also expressed the importance of training in digital marketing and operational management to enhance competitiveness. Limitations: This study is limited to SMEs operating around STIE Ganesha and on major online platforms. Broader generalizations require similar studies in different regions with varying business models. The research contributes to the fields of entrepreneurship and business management by providing insights for policymakers, platform providers, and business associations. Contribution: These insights focus on supporting SMEs through training, platform partnerships, and strategic collaborations. The research focused on operational processes, customer service, marketing strategies, and platform support. Novelty : The exploration of how platform partnerships, operational innovation, and digital marketing strategies influence the performance of SMEs in the online food delivery market, a topic that has not been extensively explored in prior research.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien dan efektif merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam mencapai kemandirian ekonomi keluarga, khususnya bagi keluarga ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara). Namun, banyak anggota Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang cukup mengenai literasi keuangan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan bagi anggota DWP Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir melalui penyuluhan praktis mengenai literasi keuangan. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dalam satu hari dan yang  melibatkan anggota DWP. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai cara mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan bijak, serta pentingnya merencanakan anggaran untuk mencapai kemandirian ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Liqaul Amal teacher competency. Teacher competencies including pedagogical, personality, social and professional are analyzed through observations and interviews with teachers at the school. Observation results show that teachers at MI Liqaul Amal apply pedagogical competence by understanding the characteristics of students, mastering learning theories, and organizing educational learning. In addition, strong personality competence is reflected in a high work ethic and awareness of the teacher's professional code of ethics. Teachers also demonstrate social competence with an inclusive attitude and effective communication within the school and community. On the other hand, professional competence is seen in mastering subject matter and developing creativity in learning. The school principal's democratic leadership supports the implementation of this competency by prioritizing cooperation and mutual prosperity. This research provides a comprehensive picture of the implementation of teacher competency at MI Liqaul Amal and its contribution to the quality of education at the school.
