Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 156 orang guru, dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 112 guru yang tersebar dari beberapa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Wilayah Binaan V yaitu SMAN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMA HIRO, SMA PGRI dan SMA BABUSSALAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan data di dalam penleitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui kebermaknaan di dalam persamaan regresi di gunakan uji t dan uji F. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Motivasi kerja guru mempunyai gubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama – sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang, sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang yang menyebar di 10 kelurahan. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. Abstract

This study departs from the problem of employee performance, namely the low level of employee discipline. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction with employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The samples taken were DLH Tangerang City employees as many as 121 employees from a population of 172 employees. Data analysis used correlation analysis and regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, this study resulted in three conclusions: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between compensation and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.216 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 5%). 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.324 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 5%). 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between Compensation and Job Satisfaction together with Employee Performance, with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.351 > Rtable (Rtable = 0.195 at α = 5%). Service relationship is a shared responsibility. Purpose wants to know (1). Service quality compensation relationship (2). The relationship between achievement motivation and service quality (3). Compensation relationship, achievement motivation with service quality. Method: Quantitative approach describes mathematical statistics. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, surveys, study documentation. Conclusion: (a). Service quality compensation relationship ry.1 = 0.633 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05, rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (b). The relationship between achievement motivation, service quality correlation ry.2 = 0.602 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01) (c). Abstract

Last decade, Indonesia's economic growth experienced a downward trend. The study examines the role of investment, equality in education, poverty, income inequality, and regime to economic growth in Indonesia. We used time-series data between 1970-2017. It was obtained from BPS and World Bank (Indodapur) publications. The model used is the Weighted Least Square Regression (WLS). The results showed the factors that contributed significantly to increasing Indonesia's economic growth were education equality, poverty, and income inequality. While investment/capital, economic transparency, and the regime did not significantly contribute to increasing economic growth. Expanding access to education for high school or equivalent is important by the Government, including the development of school infrastructure in remote areas and teacher distribution. The Government should maintain the poverty trend that continues to decline. The future study dynamic models look at the long-term relationships related to education equality, distribution of income, and poverty on economic growth.

Abstract

Higher-order thinking skills critical to being applied and developed in learning. Because the learning activity is focused on the higher-order thinking skills development, then learning activities will be more influential, effective, and efficient, so that the intellectual abilities of teachers and students become more skilled, it positively will affect the increase in the quality of education. There is a gap in students' critical thinking ability based on the pre-research survey results. The basic level of thinking is in the poor category, and self-efficacy is still lacking. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of higher-order thinking skills learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model improves student's critical thinking and self-efficacy. This study uses a quasi-experimental design and data collection techniques in tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets. This study's population was 123 students, sampling using a convenience sampling technique so that the sample used was 62 students. Based on the research results, there are differences. There is an increase between students' critical thinking skills and self-efficacy who use the PBL model rather than the conventional model. The research result implies that the PBL model is highly recommended for economics teachers. Still, it is necessary to provide innovation in the learning model so that in the learning process, it uses one model and innovates with other models.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, masalah kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) merupakan faktor penting dalam perekonomian suatu bangsa yang sedang membangun usahanya. Kemajaun dan kemunduran suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh keberadaan dan peran dari kelompok wirausahawan. Jika bangsa tidak memiliki modal manusia sebagai entrepreneur, sangat sulit diharapkan adanya sebuah kemajuan. Dimana kewirausahaan merupakan kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar pengembangan suatu usaha, seseorang yang berhasil dalam berwirausaha adalah orang yang dapat menggabungkan nilai-nilai, sifat-sifat utama dan perilaku dengan bekal pengetahuan, pengalaman, sikap dan keterampilan praktis. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kewirausahaan Banksasuci Kota Tangerang baik pada sistem pengelolaannya seperti pada manajemen dan organisir dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kewirausahaan pengusaha Banksasuci Kota Tangerang dalam sikap kepemimpinan dan kepribadiannya. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mendapat hasil bahwa Leadership skill, kepribadian, managerial skill dan organizational skill di Banksasuci sudah mampu mengkoordirnir setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja dengan maksimal, memberikan contoh teladan yang baik, memiliki strategi program kerja yang baik dalam pengembangan usahanya dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik antar divisi. Kata kunci :Kemampuan Kewirausahaan, Leadership skill, Kepribadian, Managerial skill, Organizational skills Abstract Many problems find entrepreneurship as one of important factor in every country, beside their effort to build the economic sitation. The progress and regress of a country is determined as the existence and the role of entrepreneur group activity. Human resource plays an impontant role, which comparable to the progress of the its developing. When a country does’not havr a proper human resource as an entrepreneur, it finds hard to reac the goal. Entrepreneur can have creative and inovative. Ability, which is the basis for developing a bussiness. Futhemore, a person who succsessful in entrepreneurship is a person who can integrate some values, including main traits, and the behavior with the provosion of knwoledge, experience, attitude, and the practical skills. The aim of this study is to see whether Tangerang’s management system good or not. Likewise, to see how the entreprenerial ability of Banksasuci’s entrepreneur, leadership, and personality. This presert study designed with qualitative research using case study. This type of research is descriptive using observation, interviews, documentation. Moreover, the finding shows that leadership, personality, managerial skills, and organizational skills at Banksasuci were able to coordinate in whole work activity, provide a good role entrepreneur, have a good developing entrepreneur strateggy, and have a good communication on each division. Abstract

Job Analysis in the Administrative Section of the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Case Study This research was conducted at the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. This study aims to determine the extent of Administrative Positions in the Faculty of Economics, FKIP, Postgraduate Program. This research uses Observation, Interview, and Documentation. In the case study research, Spadley did not use the term population, but called it "social situation" or a social situation consisting of three elements, namely: place, actor, and activity that interact synergistically. This social situation can be stated as an object of research that wants to be understood in more depth "what happened" in it. In descriptive research it does not use populations, because descriptive research departs from certain cases that exist in certain social situations and the results of the study will not be applied to the population, but transferred to other places in social situations that have similarities with the situations in the cases studied. Samples in descriptive research are not called respondents, but as informants, or participants, informants, and teachers in the research. The sample in qualitative descriptive research is also not called a statistical sample, but a theoretical sample, because the purpose of descriptive research is to generate theory.

Abstract

This research was conducted at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study aims to determine how much influence the service quality of workshops and workshop promotion has on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study uses a quantitative description. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. With a population of 200 people, the sampling technique was determined, namely purposive sampling, while the sample obtained was 67 people, namely customers who came directly to the workshop. From the results of the research on the variable quality of service workshops, the value of tcount > ttable (7.002 > 1.998) is obtained. it can be concluded that the service quality of the repair shop has an effect on the company's image at the AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas while workshop promotion on corporate image is tcount < ttable (1.537 <1.998) so it can be concluded that workshop promotion has no effect on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas.

Abstract

Job training and career development have an important role to improve the performance of employees and improve quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development simultaneously and partially on the performance of Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital employees. This research is a causal associative study where the population and sample of this study are employees at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, F test, T test at the significant rate (confidence level) alpha 0.05. And the calculation process was carried out using the SPSS version 24 program. The hypothesis test showed that the results of the effect of job training on employee performance were 2,115 at a significant level of 0.038, the effect of career development on employee performance was 1,535 at a significant level of 0.130. Thus the hypothesis in this study shows that job training has a partial or positive effect on employee performance at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital while career development has no effect on employee performance
