Abstract

Desa Duren di Kabupaten Lumajang, Jawa Timur, terkenal karena potensi pertaniannya, terutama dalam menghasilkan buah nangka yang diolah menjadi keripik oleh BUMDES Duren. Namun, karena kurangnya akses informasi, KKN UMD Kelompok 16 menginisiasi program untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan BUMDES Duren tentang penanaman bibit nangka dan produksi keripik buah nangka. Program ini menggunakan metode analisis masalah, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung. Hasilnya, masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman tentang budidaya nangka, serta meningkatnya ketersediaan bibit nangka dan pengetahuan tentang perawatannya. Tujuan akhir program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Duren melalui pertanian lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar manipulatif, khususnya keterampilan lempar tangkap, pada siswa/i kelas IX SMPN 3 Banjarmasin. Kemampuan gerak dasar ini sangat penting dalam pengembangan motorik siswa dan sering kali menjadi fokus dalam pendidikan jasmani. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam tahap perencanaan, peneliti menyiapkan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif serta menyusun instrumen pengumpulan data. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, metode pembelajaran diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Observasi dilakukan untuk memantau perkembangan dan keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Refleksi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi hasil dan menentukan langkah-langkah perbaikan untuk siklus berikutnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan lempar tangkap, observasi, dan wawancara dengan siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan lempar tangkap siswa/i setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berfokus pada keterlibatan aktif siswa. Pada siklus pertama, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 20%, dan pada siklus kedua, peningkatan mencapai 35%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dan menggunakan alat bantu yang menarik efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru untuk terus mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran kreatif dalam pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

Culinary is one of the attractions of the community which has experienced a lot of development to the phenomenon of hanging out culture which is currently a trend in Banjarbaru City. However, due to the absence of a place to accommodate this, a place was created in the form of a Food Court. The design of the Food Court in Banjarbaru City is the answer to this problem with the Third Place Method as a method of solving it which aims as a forum for visitors to carry out certain activities or relax while enjoying culinary delights. The concept applied is Communal Dining Place, which means a space that accommodates social activities and is used for the whole community or community. This concept is based on the actors in this design by considering the settings that are influenced by three elements, namely humans as the subject of actors, activities and human thoughts with different needs.

Abstract

In general, the concept of mediation in fiqh literature concerns merely with pre-divorce conflicts. In contrast, the Malay Customary Institution in Rantau Pandan, Jambi also concerns with restoring household integrity after divorce. This paper aims at describing and analyzing the role of the Malay Customary Institution in restoring post-divorce households in Rantau Pandan. The field research was conducted where the data taken from in-depth interviews and documentation. This paper concludes that there are two forms of mediation process practiced by the Malay Customary Institution in Rantau Pandan: the mediation that is prompted by the initial request of the involving parties and that is without the precondition of reconciliation. The success of the Customary Institution in mediating familial conflicts is supported by several factors, such as; the competence of the mediators, kinship relations, and the goodwill of the respective parties. The mediation practiced of the Customary Institution works in line with the guidance of the Qur’ān and the principle of mediation in Islam. Additionally, this institution has developed the concept of mediation outside the court, both in terms of form and task.

Abstract

Advertising tax is a very potential source of regional income. The increase in the number of billboard installations in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency has not been matched by strict supervision from the Government due to the detection of many cases of irregularities and fraud occurring in the field in the installation of billboards. This research aims to measure the performance of advertising taxes in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The methods used are the collection ratio and the tax growth rate ratio. The results of this research show that the results of calculating advertising tax performance use ratios of average collection is 82.83% with the criteria being ineffective in achieving tax performance. Meanwhile, analysis of tax performance using the calculation of the tax growth rate ratio shows that the percentage of advertising tax performance has not succeeded in achieving performance

Abstract

Changing the medical record information system from manual to electronic will make it easier to record information about patients in a practical and fast way. This change is related to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, namely that all health facilities are expected to have implemented electronic medical records in accordance with the provisions no later than December 31, 2023. In this case, it is necessary to know the level of readiness of hospitals in implementing outpatient electronic medical records. The purpose of this study was to analyze to determine the readiness of implementing outpatient electronic medical records at Hospital X using the Doctor's Office Quality – Information Technology (DOQ-IT) method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Readiness analysis using the EHR Readiness Starter Assessment from DOQ-IT. The level of readiness for the implementation of outpatient electronic medical records at Tk. III Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin is very well prepared. This value is included in the very ready score range. While the level of readiness for implementation in the variable, namely, organizational work culture of 42.14 is in the very ready score range, 34.72 leadership governance is in the very ready score range, human resources is 21.19 in the very ready score range, and IT infrastructure of 15.69 is in the fairly ready range of scores.

Abstract

The problem of territorial status and unclear state boundaries often arises from the core of a conflict or dispute between adjacent countries, one of which is the dispute that occurs is the South Cina Sea in the Natuna region as the dispute in the South Cina Sea occurs because of the unilateral claim of the Chinese government to issue a unilateral map in the South Cina Sea. The background of this writing is the existence of a form of dispute resolution and influence for Indonesia in the South Cina Sea dispute. The type of research in this writing is research based on normative law. Meanwhile, the types of approaches in this study are the legislative approach, and the case approach. The results of the study show that the influence for Indonesia in the dispute over the South Cina Sea area in Natuna can be seen from several interests carried out by Indonesia in the disputed area, including sovereignty, economic aspects, and international relations. The mechanism for resolving the South Cina Sea dispute can be pursued by peaceful dispute settlement is something that must be pursued by several countries involved in the South Cina Sea conflict, choosing the peaceful settlement route to avoid conflicts with armed contact. As stipulated in Article 33 of the United Nations Charter and also does not sacrifice human lives that will be sacrificed if a decision is made to resolve disputes by violence. The Charter of the United Nations requires member states to engage in a dispute that, if continued, could endanger international peace and security.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.  Kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Metode: Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel diambil dari konsumen di ruang guru. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan aksidental yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen yang bertemu di grup WhatsApp. Data diuji dengan variabel kualitas informasi, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equational Model (SEM) dengan teknik Partial Lease Square (Smart PLS). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Kualitas informasi mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Kebaruan: Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di ruang guru.  Implikasi teori – Temuan penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi pada model perilaku konsumen, Implikasi praktis Kualitas informasi strategi Menyusun, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dan tugas Tripple. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Informasi, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.
