Abstract

This study aims to find evidence about the factors that influence the allocation of capital expenditure budgets in the District and City Governments in Central Java Province. The factors tested in this study are regional own-source revenue, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds with control variables of total assets, surplus / devisit and a comparison between regional own-source revenue and total revenue. The samples in this study were all Regencies and Cities in Central Java Province or 29 Regencies and 6 Cities that issued local government financial reports that were audited by the Supreme Audit Board for the 2014 - 2017 period taken using the Purposive Sampling method. These factors were again tested using panel data regression at a significance level of 5 percent. The results of the study identified that the regional original income variable had no effect on the capital expenditure budget allocation, the general allocation fund variable had a significant positive effect on the capital expenditure budget allocation, while the special allocation fund variable had a significant positive effect on the capital expenditure budget allocation. With a control variable that affects only one, namely the number of assets.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Salah satu upaya tercapainya potensi genetik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan motorik bayi adalah dengan pemberian stimulasi yang berupa Tummy Time Exercise. Masalah penelitian adalah masih banyaknya bayi yang perkembangan motoriknya belum optimal di RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui diketahui Pengaruh Tummy Time Exercise Terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Pada Bayi Di RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra eksperimental. Populasi sebanyak 1.105 orang dan sampel sebanyak 10 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji Wilcoxon Test (uji nonparametrik).Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan motorik pada bayi sebelum adalah 6,10, rata-rata kemampuan motorik pada bayi setelah Tummy Time Exercise 8,10 di RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. Hasil uji statistik Ada Pengaruh Tummy Time Exercise Terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Pada Bayi Di RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau dengan r value 0,004 ≤ a 0,05.Kesimpulan : Bagi tenaga kesehatan terutama perawat dalam membantu proses menstimulasi bayi dapat memberikan KIE kepada orang tua mengenai Tummy Time Exercise dan mengaplikasikan Tummy Time Exercise pada proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.Kata Kunci : Tummy Time Exercise, Kemampuan Motorik, Bayi. ABSTRACTBackground : One effort to achieve the genetic potential of baby's motoric growth and development is by providing stimulation in the form of Tummy Time Exercise. The research problem is that there are still many babies whose motor development is not optimal at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of tummy time exercise on motor skills in babies at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. Methods : This research uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental type of research. The population was 1,105 people and the sample was 10 people. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon Test statistic (nonparametric test). Results : The research results showed that the average motor ability of babies before was 6.10, the average motor ability of babies after Tummy Time Exercise was 8.10 at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. Statistical test results show the effect of tummy time exercise on motor skills in babies at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau with p value 0.004 ≤ 0.05. Conclusion : For health workers, especially nurses, in helping the process of stimulating babies, they can provide IEC to parents regarding Tummy Time Exercise and applying Tummy Time Exercise to the child's growth and development process.Keywords : Tummy Time Exercise, Motor Ability, Baby.

Abstract

The presence of metal ions in river water can have a negative impact on humans when consumed. The detection of metal ions is crucial, and one of the methods is  the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon using SPR sensor system. SPR biosensor system can be used for metal ion deteection, offering advantages such of affordability and rapid detection. This research aims to investigate the influence of adding chitosan-graphene oxide (CS-GO) nanocomposites to SPR sensors as lead ion detectors. The CS-GO nanocomposites is used as a detector with variations in volume fraction and thickness to find the optimum values. The varied volume fractions are 18 nm, 20 nm and 25 nm. The involvement of the CS_GO nanocomposites is demonstrated through the reflectance curve, showing the SPR angle and reflectance values. The Winspall simulator is used to display the reflectance curve. The SPR system utulized a He-Ne laser with a wavelength of 632,8 nm, a BK7 half cylinder prism, and a thin film of silver metal layer. The SPR sensor configuration used is the Kretschmann configuration. The layer system models include BK7 prism/Ag thin film/chitosan/lead ion, and BK7/Ag thin film/CS-GO/lead ion. The nanocomposite CS-GO’s pernittivity is calculated using the Maxwell Garnett effective medium theory. Result show that the refractive index and permittivity values of the CS-GO nanocomposite increase with the increasing volume fraction. The nanocomposite with a volume fraction of  0,099 produce a permittivity of 2,4337 and a refractive index of 1,5600.Larger permittivity values and thicknesses of the nanocomposite also lead to a shift in the SPR angle in the reflectance curve. The most significant SPR angle shift is observed with the use of CS-GO nanocomposite with a volume fraction of 0,099 and a thickness of 25 nm

Abstract

Abstract Immersive learning allows children to see the subject matter in a real way because the media used in this type of learning can display actual objects that correspond to real conditions. One of the advantages of virtual reality (VR) is its ability to facilitate an interactive learning environment and provide a learning experience that supports students' abstract thinking and communication. The aim of this study is to develop immersive learning based on virtual reality to create a breakthrough in the education sector, making it easier for teachers to introduce Christian places of worship virtually. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model. The research development results show that virtual reality used for introducing Christian places of worship to early childhood achieved an average score of 5, categorized as highly feasible based on all aspects validated by material and media experts, and practical tests conducted by teachers and effectiveness tests conducted with early childhood users. Based on the research data, the development of virtual reality is deemed feasible and effective for introducing Christian places of worship to early childhood. Keywords: Education; Early Childhood; Immersive Learning; Virtual Reality; Abstrak Pembelajaran immersive anak-anak dapat melihat secara nyata tentang pembelajaran yang sedang dipelajari, karena media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran immersive ini bisa menampilkan objek yang nyata yang sesuai dengan kondisi sesungguhnya. Mampu memfasilitasi lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang mendukung pemikiran dan komunikasi abstrak siswa adalah salah satu keunggulan virtual reality (VR). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran immersive berbasis virtual reality yang menciptakan terobosan baru dalam dunia pendidikan agar memudahkan guru dalam mengenalkan tempat ibadah agama kristen berbasis virtual. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and development dengan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukan bahwa virtual reality yang digunakan untuk pengenalan rumah ibadah agama Kristen pada anak usia dini mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 5 dikategorikan sangat layak berdasarkan semua aspek yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media serta telah di uji coba kepraktisan pada pengguna guru dan keefektifan produk pada anak usia dini. Berdasarkan data penelitian tersebut pengembangan virtual reality layak atau efektif digunakan untuk pengenalan rumah ibadah agama Kristen pada anak usia dini. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) in introducing places of worship to young children. The research focuses on three key aspects: children's engagement with the VR media, their conceptual understanding as measured by Student Worksheets (LKPD), and teacher responses to its implementation. Data were gathered via direct observation, teacher questionnaires, and analysis of completed student worksheets. The findings reveal that VR significantly enhances student engagement through its interactive and immersive nature. The realistic visual experience provided by VR also facilitated a better understanding of the concepts compared to conventional methods. Teachers reported that the VR technology was user-friendly, time-efficient, and required no complex technical skills. In conclusion, this study confirms that VR is an effective tool for introducing places of worship to young children, showing significant potential to improve the quality of future learning experiences.
