Abstract

Education has many elements and dimensions that refer to learning media as a determining factor for the success of learning activities. The use of media in its implementation, of course, has the aim of helping the learning process run more optimally and structured. The media determines the success or failure of the learning process. ESP learning at Al Mujtama Pamekasan Islamic High School, needs to be developed using Website-based learning media. The implementation of this service applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and model. This activity lasted for three days, namely on 4, 5 and 6 April 2022 which was carried out offline with theoretical and practical concepts to all lecturers at STAI Al Mujtama.Pamekasan. There were some activities done covering the introduction, delivery of service stages, and socialization of the use of Webs-based ESP learning media. The results obtained from this service, namely lecturers are able to convey subject matter well, lecturers are easier to convey material to students, improve the quality of learning outcomes, learning is more directed, learning is more concrete and feels better understood. Internal audits are conducted twice per semester by stakeholders affiliated with the Quality Assurance Institution (LPM). This is done as a way to control the performance of teachers at Madrasah Al Mujtama Pamekasan. It is hoped that the next service will be developed in the development of very relevant materials and outputs in the form of the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) book according to the knowledge at STAI Al Mujtama Pamekasan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using interactive media based on power point. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment Desaign, with the Nonequivalent Pretest-Postest desaign the sample used amounted to 30 students who were divided into 2 classes, namely class IV-A as the experimental class and class IV-B as the control class. The instruments used are pretest-posttest questions and student response questionnaire sheets. There is a difference in the average learning outcomes in the control class of 63.33% and the experimental class of 88.66%. The influence of this media on learning outcomes is proven through several tests, namely validity, reliability, normality and hypothesis testing. The t test results show t (3.567) > t table (2.160) and (0.003) < (0.005) meaning that H0 is rejected and the results of student responses in interactive media get a score of 81% in the very good category. Based on the acquisition of the percentage above the effect of interactive media based on power point provides an increase in social studies learning outcomes grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

Mathematics learning is compulsory learning at every level of eduction. The low understanding of students during mathematics learing can produce suboptimal learning outcomes. The gives significant confidence for researchers to use board game media in examining research problems. The purpose of conducting research using quantitative experimental methods that apply a Nonequivalent Control Group design aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of board game media on student learning outcomes in grade II elementary school mathematics learning. The instrument used are pretest, posttest and student response questionnaires. There is a difference in the average learning outcomes in the experimental class obtained a value of 90,66 while in the control class obtained a value of 62,66. The results of the test t (4,315) > t table (2,160) with a p-value of 0,001 < 0,05 which means H0 is rejected. Then the results of the student response questionnaire in learning using the board game media are 82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Role Play learning method on the mathematical connection of fourth grade students at SD Pomosda Tanjunganom Nganjuk. The research method used is quantitative, specifically quasi-experimental. The quasi-experimental was chosen based on the consideration that in the implementation of this research learning took place naturally, and students did not feel experimented. The subjects of this study were 30 Pomosda fourth grade elementary school students consisting of 13 girls and 17 boys. While the instruments used are documentation sheets, observation sheets, and test sheets. From this study, it was found that there was a significant increase in the results of the pretest and posttest. In the pretest the average value is 38, while in the posttest it is 74. For the N-gain result, 0.58 is included in the medium criteria. In the learning process, the avarge result is 79,4% which is good. The conclusion of this research is the role play method can improve mathematical connection in fourth grade students of SD Pomosda in learning mathematics. The role play method has been successful in elementary schools but not necessarily successful for higher levels. For this reason, research on the implementation of role play for learning Mathematics in secondary schools needs to be carried out.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of cultural map media on critical thinking skills in the material on the norms and customs of my region in grade IV elementary school and to find out students' responses to learning using cultural map media in the material on norms and customs of my region in grade IV elementary school. This research is quantitative research using an experimental approach to test whether treatment has an impact on the researcher's findings. The results of the Hypothesis Test using a comparative test of 2 independent samples obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. Thus it can be said that there is a difference in students' critical thinking abilities between the experimental group and the control group. Because there are significant differences, it can be concluded that there is an influence of cultural map media on critical thinking skills in science subjects. The results of the student's response received a score of 160 with a percentage of 83.33% if conventionalized using the eligibility qualification table, it can be concluded that learning using cultural map media in the science and science subject for class IV elementary school is very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi mengajar dosen dan fasilitas pembelajaran mengenai pemahaman mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan bentuk asosiasi dan deskripsi secara kuantitatif untuk menemukan hubungan atau pengaruh kausal antar variabel. Penelitian ini merekrut 90 mahasiswa yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert sebagai alat pengumpulan data, dan statistika deskriptif serta uji regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis dari regresi linear berganda mengungkap bahwa kompetensi mengajar dosen dan fasilitas belajar harus ditingkatkan untuk mendukung pemahaman mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen. Sedangkan, hasil uji t berdasarkan persamaan regresi menunjukkan peningkatan fasilitas belajar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen. Terlebih, terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara fasilitas belajar terhadap pemahaman mata kuliah, dan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kompetensi mengajar dosen terhadap pemahaman mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen pada prodi Akuntansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji bagaimana free cash flow dan struktur kepemilikan yang berpengaruh terhadap tatakelola, penghasilan adalah informasi penting dari laporan keuangan untuk pengguna karena nilai prediktifnya. Penghasilan juga dapat menjadi sumber konflik karena pemegang saham mayoritas serta minoritas, kreditor dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya memiliki kepentingan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menyelidiki masalah pemegang saham mayoritas dan kreditor yang dimediasi oleh tata kelola perusahaan terkait dengan presentasi pendapatan. Populasi perusahaan non-keuangan yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas situs web dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 120 sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda untuk analisis datanya yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan dan leverage keluarga secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan struktur dan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laba. Implikasi dari penelitian ini: secara teoritis, (1) di perusahaan kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi, keluarga memiliki kontrol kuat untuk memutuskan kebijakan penting perusahaan yang memprioritaskan kepentingan pemegang saham keluarga. (2) Perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia juga memiliki struktur hutang yang tinggi, yang menyebabkan pemegang saham keluarga (manajer) melakukan moral hazard dengan memilih kebijakan akuntansi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan (meningkatkan pendapatan). Implikasi Kebijakan: (1) regulator pasar modal perlu menetapkan batas proporsi kepemilikan keluarga untuk menjaga keseimbangan kepentingan perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan. (2) regulator perlu terus meningkatkan penerapan peraturan tata kelola perusahaan kepada perusahaan publik. Penelitian ini berbentuk studi Review Literature pada jurnal-jurnal terbaru saat ini diaman[a] peneliti mencocokkan dan memvalidasi menggunakan software yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan keabsahanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications for the development of autonomous regions caused by the apparent delegation of authority from the regional head to the regional apparatus. The approach method used in this research is a descriptive-analytical approach. The practice of taking power in a covert manner, namely taking over the authority that has been delegated by the Regional Head to the Regional Apparatus without revoking the laws and regulations which are the legal basis for the delegation of authority, based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government (as amended by Law No. 2 of 2015 concerning regional government). The covert takeover of authority from the Regent of East Flores from the Regional Secretary of East Flores as the Coordinator of Regional Financial Management and Head of the Regional Budget and Revenue Management Team, clearly has implications for the development process of the autonomous region. In a public policy that is not pro-people, it also has consequences for the progress of regional development and becomes a barrier to the realization of welfare for the people in the region

Abstract

This article aims to describe technological advances in the field of accounting that are implemented using applications. Accounting comes from a foreign language, Accounting, which means to calculate or account. Accounting is used in various business activities as a basis for preparing information and making decisions for business. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with secondary data methods mainly through literature studies obtained from journals or supporting articles, as well as various news that are aligned with the needs of the article. There are 5 forms of companies in their objectives and performance: Production companies, trading companies, service companies, sole proprietorships and partnership companies. In the development of technology, especially applications in the field of accounting, this article reviews 12 accounting applications, including: Accounting Software Recommendations: MASERP by MAS Software, Jurnal, Accurate, Zahir, Hashmicro, EPICOR, SAP Business One, Oracle ERP Cloud Microsoft Dynamics AX, Xero, QuickBooks and FreshBooks.

Abstract

This article aims to provide a conventional understanding of accounting, descriptions related to functionalism and positivist, sociological perspectives or scientific paradigms as well as relevant philosophical foundations underlying conventional understanding. This study seeks to explore the differences in several sociological perspectives that develop in studying or conducting studies on accounting as a direct impact of differences in sociological perspectives of the organization. The methodology used in this study is qualitative with secondary data methods mainly through bibliometric research obtained from journals or supporting articles. Accounting is a multiparadigm subject and accounting studies are currently in transition. The perspective of social sciences, especially sociology, has the potential to open a wider space for accounting researchers or future researchers to examine the issues or problems of accounting science from other perspectives that have been "neglected".
