Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana literasi keuangan, persepsi resiko, dan kemudahan penggunaan berdampak pada keinginan untuk menggunakan bank digital. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif adalah jenisnya. Penelitian ini melibatkan masyarakat Karawang Timur dan 102 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disediakan oleh Google Form dan metode Analisis Linear Berganda. Karena Literasi Keuangan secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi minat menggunakan, nilai t adalah 0.236 di bawah 1.984 dan tingkat signifikan adalah 0.814 di atas 0.05. Dengan nilai t hitung untuk variabel persepsi risiko sebesar 3.098 > 1.984 dan milai signifikan 0.003 < 0.05, persepsi risiko secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat. Selanjutnya, variabel kemudahan penggunaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat dengan nilai t hitung untuk variabel kemudahan penggunaan sebesar 5.027 > 1.984 dan milai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Dengan nilai F hitung 27.853 lebih besar dari 2.696 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05, literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan kemudahan penggunaan semuanya berdampak positif dan signifikan pada minat masyarakat karawang timur untuk menggunakan bank digital Seabank.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan sebuah aktivitas usaha yang berperan fundamental dalam peningkatan perekonomian nasional. Adanya UMKM membuka peluang besar untuk lapangan pekerjaan sehingga dapat mengurangi pengangguran. Namun, untuk memastikan kegiatan usaha ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, perlu memperhatikan pengelolaan struktur modal yang baik dan menghitung profit yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stuktur modal dan profitabilitas beberapa UMKM di Karawang Timur berdasarkan ROA, ROE, DAR, dan DER. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan bukti empiris terhadap struktur modal dan profitabilitas UMKM di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan analisis struktur modal dan profitabilitas UMKM dari beberapa UMKM yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 89% UMKM mengandalkan modal sendiri, 48% UMKM belum mampu memanfaatkan aset dan 37% UMKM mampu menghasilkan keuntungan di atas 12%. Penggunaan utang yang besar tidak selalu menghasilkan profitabilitas yang tinggi, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor di luar dari stuktur modal. Sebaiknya setiap UMKM lebih memperhatikan pengolahan stuktur modal dan dengan rutin melakukan evaluasi untuk dapat lebih mengoptimalkan modal yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the cost of production using the full costing method in determining the selling price of Bondan Sari Furniture. The research was conducted on Jl. Ir. H. Juanda, No. 69, Cikampek Karawang. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using the full costing method. The results of the calculations show that the calculation of the cost of production and selling prices using the full costing method is higher than the company's calculations. This is because full costing calculates all costs in detail both fixed and variable costs and in determining the selling price full costing calculates non-production costs.

Abstract

Peramalan laba suatu perusahaan merupakan perkiraan seberapa besar laba yang ingin diperoleh perusahaan pada tahun berikutnya. B.O Coffee Shop menggunakan sistem manajemen persediaan yang menyesuaikan dengan tingkat permintaan, sehingga saat ini belum membuat perkiraan laba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui break even point dan margin of safety untuk perencanaan laba pada B.O Coffee Shop. Penelitian dilakukan di Jalan Raya Tamelang RT 07 RW 04, Desa Tamelang, Kecamatan Pulwasari, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Periode penelitian ini dilakukan dari Juli hingga selesai. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan sebuah teknik analisis break even point (BEP) dan margin of safety (MOS). Hasil perhitungan ini menunjukkan berapa nilai minimum kopi dan franchise agar perusahaan dapat memberikan informasi seberapa besar penjualan untuk mencapai laba yang harapkan perusahaan tanpa mengalami kerugian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pencapaian titik impas setiap tahunnya. Titik impas tahun 2019 sebesar Rp 1.147.140.008 atau 82.542 unit. Titik impas untuk tahun 2020 adalah Rp 498.999034 atau 38.888 unit. Titik impas untuk tahun 2021 adalah Rp 533.872.700 atau 35.985 unit. Tingkat keamanan penjualan menunjukkan margin keamanan 9% pada tahun 2019. Margin keamanan untuk tahun 2020 adalah 9%. Margin keamanan untuk tahun 2021 adalah 99%. B.O Coffee Shop perlu menjual maksimal 24.081.cangkir atau pendapatan sebesar Rp 359.624.659 untuk mencapai rencana laba tahun 2022, jumlah target pengurangan pendapatan maksimum yang tidak menyebabkan kerugian usaha adalah 23,34% atau Rp 73.214.696.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anugerah Al-baghdadi Mebel merupakan perusahaan mebel yang berfokus pada berbagai jenis produk kursi tamu, sofa, lemari, kitchen set, bedroom, wardrobe room dan lain-lain. Perusahaan Anugah Al-baghdadi Mebel juga bergerak di bidang custom furniture manufacture, yaitu menawarkan jasa pembuatan custom furniture dengan ragam pilihan material sesuai permintaan pelanggan dan menjadi distributor di beberapa toko mebel. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Anugerah Albaghdadi Mebel Karawang. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Variabel diukur menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Sampling accidental dengan jumlah sampel 92 responden dari populasi 1.215 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik Analisis Rentang Skala dan Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Method of Successive Interval (MSI). Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu 1. Hubungan antara Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Lokasi memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. 2. Hubungan antara Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Word of Mouth memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. 3. Hubungan antara Lokasi dengan Word of Mouth memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. 4. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. 5. Terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. 6. Total Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Word of Mouth memiliki kontribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 83% sedangkan sisanya 17% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (ε) yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, Word of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT Anugerah Al-baghdadi Mebel is a furniture company that focuses on various types of guest chairs, sofas, cabinets, kitchen sets, bedroom, wardrobe rooms and others. Anugerah Albaghdadi mebel is also engaged in custom furniture manufacture, namely offering custom furniture manufacturing services with a variety of material choices according to customer demand and becoming distributors in several furniture stores. In general, this study aims to find out and explain the effect of service quality, location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Anugerah Al-baghdadi Mebel Karawang. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. Variables were measured using a questionnaire instrument and the measurement scale used was a Likert scale. Samples were collected using accidental sampling method with a sample of 92 respondents from a population of 1,215 people. Data analysis techniques used are Scale Analysis and Path Analysis techniques with the help of Method of Successive Interval (MSI). From the research analysis there are some conclusion that: 1. The relationship between Service Quality and Location has a strong level of relationship. 2. The relationship between Service Quality with Word of Mouth has a moderate level of relationship. 3. The relationship between Location and Word of Mouth has a strong level of relationship. 4. There is a partial influence of Service Quality, Location and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions. 5. There is a simultaneous influence between Service Quality, Location and Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions. 6. Total Influence of Service Quality, Location and Word of Mouth contributed to the Purchasing Decision of 83% while the remaining 17% was the contribution of other variables (ε) which were not examined. Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain Financial Literacy and Financial Efficacy of the Antam Gold Investment Interest of the Labanjaya Village Community. This research uses Descriptive Verification. The sample in this research was determined using the Lemeshow formula of 96 community respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 26 tools. The results of this research show that the Financial Literacy Variable has a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, and the Financial Efficacy Variable has a significant positive effect on Investment Interest, and Financial Literacy and Financial Efficacy have a positive effect and significant to Investment Interest. Abstract

The financial sector, especially banking, is considered a pillar of economic growth and national stability which plays an important role in improving people's living standards by collecting funds from them to support national development. However, limited access to formal financial institutions encourages people to seek loans from non-formal institutions such as Bank Emok. BRI Bank is also an option, but complex administrative procedures and fear of difficult requirements are obstacles. Most people prefer loans from Emok Bank or loan sharks. The majority of the people of Sukaratu Village work as agricultural laborers to meet their living needs, but the people of Sukaratu Village need more money to improve their standard of living, such as business capital and educational needs. Therefore, improving financial literacy and financial management behavior is essential to help people overcome economic problems and improve their standard of living. This research aims to conduct a comparative analysis regarding the level of financial literacy and financial management behavior between customers of Bank Emok and Bank BRI Tanjung Jaya Unit in Sukaratu Village, Cilebar District, Karawang Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative research and uses a quantitative descriptive research method design: comparative study. The sample used in this research was 69 Bank Emok customers and 65 Bank BRI Tanjung Jaya Unit customers, respondents who had loans at the bank. This research uses sample Independent T Tast Test analysis, which is a statistical test used to test the average difference between two unpaired variables, based on the sample Independent T Tast Test carried out on customers of Bank Emok and Bank BRI Tanjung Jaya Unit, the results of t -test for Equality of Means Sig value. (2-tailed) greater than 0.05. shows that there is no significant difference between the average level of financial literacy and financial management behavior of Bank Emok and Bank BRI Tanjung Jaya Unit customers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how working capital turnover and receivables turnover have an impact on the level of profitability in the Lamta Marga Karawang Cooperative from 2017 to 2022. This study used descriptive statistical verifiative quantitative techniques. This study utilizes the financial statements of the Latma Marga Karawang Cooperative from 2017 to 2022 as a population, with a sample time of 72 months (12 x 6). The results showed that the independent variable of working capital turnover had a partial effect on the level of profitability, with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05, and the independent variable of receivables turnover had no partial effect on the level of profitability, with a sig of 0.372 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of working capital turnover and receivables turnover affect the profitability level of the Lamta Marga Karawang Cooperative for the 2017-2022 period, with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05, which means the variables of working capital turnover and receivables turnover contributed 64.7% in increasing profitability in the Lamtamarga Karawang Cooperative for the period 2017 - 2022, the remaining 35.3% was explained by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

The rapid progress of technology in the last decade has meant that several aspects of life have changed significantly. This progress is felt globally, especially in Information Technology. Characterized by activities that are transformed from the traditional to the digital era. The marketplace platform that is often used to process online transactions in Indonesia is Shopee. Indonesian people often access this marketplace platform during the first to third quarter of 2023. This study examines how live broadcasting and online customer reviews affect Shopee Vaselie purchases. According to positivism, a quantitative research method with a verification and descriptive approach is an objective, tangible, methodical, and logically measurable scientific procedure used to evaluate theories with hypotheses. Research data collection uses questionnaires. The research was conducted on Buana Perjuangan University Karawang students who used Vaseline Body Lotion on Shopee, both men and women. Research findings show that live streaming has a big impact on purchasing decisions for Vaseline products. In addition, online customer evaluations have limited influence on Vaseline product purchasing decisions. The convergence of live streaming and online customer reviews has significantly influenced the choice of purchasing Vaseline products on the Shopee platform. It is hoped that this research can contribute to products being marketed online through marketplaces or other e-commerce

Abstract

Green investment represents an exciting and dynamic concept that harnesses capital from both government and industry to foster sustainable development. This study sought to explore the compelling influences of investment technology advancement, risk perception, and investment motivation on green investment interest among students in Karawang Regency. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, we gathered insights from 100 engaged students through online questionnaires featuring a Likert scale (ranging from 1 to 5). The data analysis was conducted with the innovative Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using the cutting-edge SMARTPLS 4.1 software. Research result reveal that the advancement of investment technology and investment motivation significantly enhance green investment interest among students. In contrast, risk perception does not significantly sway interest in green investments. These results underscore the critical role of technology and motivation in cultivating a sustainable investment mindset among the next generation.
