Abstract

Currently, many web application frameworks that available in the internet, we know from wikipedia that more than 20 java frameworks for developing web application. Frameworks is a developed base of related design or related architecture. A framework provides a set of libraries or classes that used by us to developing a web application, they will cooperate each others to accomplish certain tasks in the intended domain [SCHWABE 2001]. Decision makers can choose application frameworks that can be implemented in information system development. In this research writer will examine features in framework Java server faces, Struts, and Spring MVC with using ISO 9126 for getting criteria in choosing framework. This research will compare hierarchically with approaching Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, from the result of this research we got the best alternatif from Java framework. The best java framework is Java Framework Spring MVC in comparison of Java Framework Java Server Faces and Java Framework Struts. So, it is very clear that Java Framework Spring MVC is the best framework which supported in developing information system.

Abstract

Precision marketing is the companys ability to offer products specifically made to customers. This decision can give the company the ability to attract customers to always buy continuously. This study presents a trend model for accurately predicting monthly supply quantities / The method used in the first stage is the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method for selecting attributes to group customers into different groups. The output of the first stage is clustered using the K-Means Algorithm. The output of clustering is then classified using the Decision Tree and compared with the K Nearest Neighbor method. The dataset that is processed is sales data from Syifamart As-Syifa Boarding School in Subang with 351,158 rows of data. The clustering process produces 4 optimal clusters. The four clusters are then classified using the Decision Tree algorithm to determine the potential and non-potential characteristics of each customer.

Abstract

 Dalam pengolahan data Purchase Order masih dilakukan dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses perekapan data permintaan barang dan sulitnya memproses pesanan dari kantor cabang di daerah, juga sering terjadinya kehilangan ataupun kerusakan berkas yang tersimpan dalam arsip, penelitian ini bertujuan memfasilitasi staff departemen purchasing untuk mengelola data barang, data supplier, permintaan barang dari setiap departemen dan juga daerah serta riwayat pembelian yang telah dilakukan. Program ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Rapid Application  Development (RAD). Pembangunan program ini berupa Website yang dapat diakses secara online oleh seluruh karyawan PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo di indonesia dan petugas dari departemen Purchasing. Program dibangun menggunakan Framework Flexurio.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin kompleks, keamanan aplikasi web menjadi salah satu aspek yang paling penting untuk dipertimbangkan. Framework Laravel telah menjadi pilihan utama dalam pengembangan aplikasi web berkat fitur-fitur keamanan yang kuat yang disediakannya. Namun demikian, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang fitur-fitur keamanan Laravel dan implementasi praktis dalam konteks pengembangan aplikasi web yang nyata masih menjadi tantangan bagi banyak pengembang. analisis mendalam terhadap fitur keamanan yang disediakan oleh Laravel dan menerapkannya dalam studi kasus pengembangan aplikasi web. Kami memilih beberapa fitur keamanan utama, termasuk proteksi terhadap SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), dan Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan fitur keamanan Laravel secara tepat, aplikasi web dapat dilindungi secara efektif dari berbagai serangan keamanan yang umum. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi fitur keamanan ini juga terungkap, termasuk kompleksitas konfigurasi dan penyesuaian yang diperlukan untuk mengintegrasikan fitur-fitur keamanan dalam aplikasi web yang kompleks. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang praktik keamanan aplikasi web menggunakan framework Laravel.

Abstract

Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide, with increasing prevalence rates, including in Indonesia. Delayed detection and diagnosis are the main challenges in treating this disease, as most cases are only identified after patients experience serious symptoms or heart attacks. Medical data often containing outliers and noise adds to the complexity of developing accurate predictive models. This study aims to develop a heart disease prediction model using a combination of the Interquartile Range (IQR) method for outlier handling and the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm for predictive modeling. The IQR method is applied at the pre-processing stage to identify and eliminate outliers robustly without reducing data integrity, while XGBoost is used to build an efficient prediction model through an ensemble learning approach. The results showed significant improvements in model performance, with accuracy increasing from 75.41% to 89.47% and AUC-ROC from 0.8615 to 0.9450. The model demonstrates balanced predictive capabilities with precision of 95.24% and recall of 80.00% for cases without disease, and precision of 86.11% and recall of 96.88% for cases with disease. The developed model makes significant contributions by improving data quality through robust outlier handling using the IQR method, building a more accurate prediction model by leveraging the advantages of the XGBoost algorithm in the ensemble learning approach.

Abstract

Informasi adalah sebuah data mentah yang telah dipilah sedemikian rupa sehingga memiliki manfaat informatif bagi sebagian maupun banyak pihak. Dan di era internet ini, transaksi informasi merupakan hal yang lumrah dilakukan di dunia maya. Hal yang sering dilupakan oleh para user internet adalah keamanan data. Dimana informasi di internet sifatnya adalah terbuka, dengan kemungkinan akses oleh user dari seluruh dunia. Dalam kasus yang sensitif, beberapa informasi ditujukan hanya untuk user atau pihak tertentu, dalam hal inilah diperlukan suatu proteksi untuk melindungi informasi dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berhak mengaksesnya.Perkembangan komputer dan perangkat pendukung lainnya yang serba digital, telah membuat data-data digital semakin banyak digunakan. Disisi lain kemudahan tersebut telah memunculkan masalah di sekitar hak cipta dan hak kepemilikan materi digital. Teknik hidden message (steganografi), adalah suatu teknik yang mengijinkan para pengguna untuk menyembunyikan suatu pesan didalam pesan yang lain.Dengan kemampuan tersebut maka informasi hak cipta seperti identitas seorang pengarang, tanggal ciptaan, dan lain-lain dapat disisipkan/disembunyikan kedalam berbagai macam variasi jenis dokumen besar seperti: gambar, audio , video, text atau file biner. Penelitian ini membahas steganografi dengan menggunakan Teknik Dynamic Cell Spreading yang merupakan teknik menyembunyikan/menyisipkan data dengan bantuan buffer memori sebagai media penggabungan.

Abstract

The digital era has demanded efficient and responsive public services as a fundamental need for society, including in the aspect of service complaints. With the village office acting as an intermediary between the government and the public, challenges such as convoluted complaint procedures, lack of transparency, and resource limitations hinder the provision of responsive services. This research aims to address these issues through the development of a community service complaint system based on a website using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD method was chosen for its ability to develop systems efficiently, with active user involvement, ensuring the system meets user needs. The research outcome is a community service complaint system based on a website, allowing the public to easily submit complaints, monitor their status, and view responses, while enabling officers to manage complaint data and provide direct responses. Usability testing of the system yielded an average score of 90.83%, indicating a high level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

The increasing global prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus necessitates more accurate early detection efforts, particularly through machine learning-based approaches. However, one of the main challenges in medical classification lies in data imbalance, where the number of diabetic cases is significantly lower than that of non-diabetic ones. This study aims to develop a hybrid model by integrating Logistic Regression and K-Means SMOTE to enhance the sensitivity of early detection for Diabetes Mellitus, especially toward the minority class. Logistic Regression is chosen for its computational efficiency and interpretability, while K-Means SMOTE plays a role in balancing class distribution by generating synthetic samples in a structured manner based on clusters of minority class data. The dataset used consists of 2,000 records with 9 health-related features, obtained from the Kaggle platform. Evaluation results indicate that the model utilizing K-Means SMOTE achieves the best performance, with an accuracy of 82.00%, an F1-score of 72.73% for the Diabetes class, and the highest ROC-AUC score of 87.48%. Compared to models without oversampling and with standard SMOTE, this approach improves model generalization and sensitivity to positive cases. These findings have practical implications for the development of fairer and more effective machine learning-based early detection systems, particularly for implementation in healthcare facilities with limited resources.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet usage has significantly increased the demand for web servers, necessitating efficient resource management solutions. To address this challenge, load balancing has become a crucial strategy for distributing incoming connection requests across multiple servers hosting the same content. This approach enhances performance and service reliability by optimizing workload distribution. This study aims to develop and evaluate a load balancing model using clustered servers to handle high workloads efficiently. The test results indicate that the clustered server system with load balancing consistently achieves higher throughput compared to a single-server-based system. In a single-server configuration, throughput ranges from 2,640 KB/s to 2,677 KB/s, while in a clustered server setting with load balancing, throughput improves to 2,704 KB/s to 2,731 KB/s. These findings underscore the importance of load balancing in ensuring optimal and efficient performance on web servers, both in local and distributed scenarios.

Abstract

Konsultasi merupakan suatu bentuk layanan yang dapat membantu siswa/I atau pihak lain dalam memperoleh wawasan, pemahaman serta cara dalam suatu menangani suatu kondisi/masalah terutama di lingkup pendidikan. Perkembangan di zaman sekarang yang dimana teknologi digitalisasi dapat menghubungkan segala kalangan dimana saja dan kapan saja. SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang merupakan sekolah menengah kejurusan di kabupaten Tangerang sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan yang profesional dengan berstandar nasional dalam mewujudkan tamatan yang kompeten, kompetitif, mandiri, berakhlak mulia, dan religius serta berwawasan lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini penulis mendapatkan masalah pada sistem konsultasi berjalan di SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian PIECES (Perfomance, Information, Economy, Control, Efeciency dan Service) dan Metode Pengembangan Prototype yang dimana masih banyak hambatan dan masalah yang didapatkan pada sistem berjalan dalam proses konsultasi hingga pengarsipkan data konsultasi yang dimana penulis merancang sistem usulan yang di rancangn menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan di bangun menggunakan teknologi flutter, laravel dan firebase untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada di SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang dan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan konsultasi yang dimana sistem dirancang dalam aplikasi mobile. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu berbagai pihak di SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang dalam menjalankan proses konsultasi sehingga proses konsultasi dapat dilakukan secara optimal..
