Abstract

This research shows that the importance of the teacher creativity through learning style in improving the student’s performance learning outcomes.The teacher as profesionals in the field of education, in addition to understand philosophical and conceptual matters, and to know and implement technical matters. There are some technical matters especially the activity of managing and implementing of teaching and learning interaction. In the managing activity of teaching and learning interaction, the teacher as much as possible to facilitate the students to gain the learning experienc. It can be realized with the creativity of teachers (held a variety of teaching and use media) in using the model of learning, so that with the creativity of teachers can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research shows the importance of applying character education to extracurricular activities through habituation methods. Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside the subjects to assist the development of students according to their needs, potential, talents, and interests through activities specifically organized by capable educators or education staff who have authority in schools. Therefore, in order to accelerate the implementation of character education as a reflection of the implementation of national education goals, namely by applying character education into the curriculum of educational institutions or extracurricular activities through habituation methods that aim to develop potential, talent, interest, ability, personality, cooperation and independence optimally students who in the end have good character.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims at finding the teacher-parent communication patterns on the students’ character building in MTsN 1 Bone. This research type is descriptive qualitative research which applied sociological approach. The data sources are the teachers of grade VII moral religion and the parents of 6 students. The methods of the data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that there are three teacher-parent communication patterns namely by using or applying verbal communication, non-verbal communication, and interpersonal communication. With those communication patterns, it is expected that it can help in the students’ character building and support the formal and informal education processes.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pola komunikasi guru dengan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di MTsN 1 Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis. Sumber data adalah guru akidah akhlak kelas VII dan orang tua siswa sebanyak 6 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga pola komunikasi guru dengan orang tua yaitu dengan menggunakan atau menerapkan komunikasi secara verbal, komunikasi non-verbal, dan komunikasi antar pribadi. Dengan adanya pola komunikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pembentukan karakter siswa dan menunjang proses pendidikan formal dan pendidikan informal.

Abstract

This article shows the role of caregiver of orphanage to form the character of discipline in improving children intrapersonal intelligence. The orphanage is a social institution that has a service program that is provided to answer the needs of the community in order to deal with social problems, especially the problems of poverty, stupidity and the problems of orphans, abandoned children who grow in the community. With the role of caregiver of the orphanage is to provide services based on the profession of social work to children who do not have a father or mother (orphan) or both (orphans) as a substitute for parents by loving, helping and guiding (nursing, preserving, and educating) the child is expected to form the character of discipline so as to improve the intrapersonal intelligence of the child (the intelligence in himself to recognize and understand himself).

Abstract

 Abstract: Communication in learning is a basic element that has a very urgent position and role in realizing the success of the educational process. Communication in learning can affect the achievement of the quality of education and of course can improve the quality of learning itself. The learning process cannot be separated from communication, therefore it is important for educators (teachers) to be skilled at communicating and understand the science and principles of effective communication in education, one of which is by applying the stimulus organism response model communication. In this paper, the author wants to analyze the urgency of the stimulus organism response (S-O-R) model of communication in improving the quality of learning. The author concludes that the communication of the stimulus organism response model is very important to be applied by the teacher because this communication is an action-reaction process so that verbal words, non-verbal cues, certain symbols will stimulate the communicant (students) to respond in a certain way. By implementing this communication, the message conveyed by the teacher can foster passion for the communicant so that the communicant quickly receives the message received and subsequently changes in knowledge, attitude and behavior so that this is an indicator of an increase in quality in learning.

Abstract

This study examines the traditional massempe' game 'in the perspective of education and Islamic law. Massempe 'game was originally a special game for the royal family (kings). Massempe 'was a game played by the ata (slaves) owned by the nobility in South Sulawesi. Now, massempe' has become a special game held for traditional ceremonies or to welcome guests of honor in South Sulawesi. Players who will compete in the arena consists of two adult men. Among those who will compete, there are two people who act as arbiters or referees called the pallape’. This massempe game is a physical sport that has core movements in the legs like kicking. This research uses a sociological and phenomenological approach. Performed in 2 different places, namely in the Village of Melle, District Dua Boccoe, and in the Village of Mattoanging, District of Tellusiattinge, Bone Regency. The data consists of primary and secondary. To collect the data, the author uses instruments in the form of observation guides, interview guidelines, and documentation tools. The results showed that this game is loaded with character values that support the application of Islamic educational values to the public such as; teya lara’ (never give up), malempu (honest / sportsmanship) and warrants (brave) even the value of unity, brotherhood also does not appear in it. Meanwhile, in the aspect of Islamic law, this game can be included in the category of violation of the law because it contains elements of violence. Still, until now, it has been preserved because it upholds the principle of benefits and customary law, namely the law "mate naella tedong".

Abstract

Pendidikan moral di era modern saat sekarang ini sudah menjadi fenomena kemasyarakatan yang universal. Hampir semua masyarakat modern cenderung menempatkan pendidikan moral sebagai bagian yang urgen dan integral dalam sistem kependidikannya. Selain itu, perlu dipahami bahwa ukuran peradaban suatu bangsa dapat diukur dari sejauhmana tingkat moralitas atau akhlak penduduknya. Moralitas setiap individu merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat esensial dalam kehidupan. Sehingga, pendidikan moral yang sesuai ajaran Islam menjadi tugas utama pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, konsep pendidikan Islam terhadap moralitas setiap individu harus memperhatikan bimbingan jasmani, rohani, akal, dan sosial berdasarkan hukum-hukum agama Islam agar terbentuknya moralitas yang baik menurut ukuran Islam yaitu al-Qur’an dan hadis sehingga memberikan manfaat bagi semua manusia.
