Abstract

This research aims to explain the implementation of tafakur in the guidance and counseling process as an effort to enhance self-awareness. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting data from various library research such as books, articles, journals, and related studies. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of tafakur in the guidance and counseling process has significant potential in improving clients' self-awareness. By applying tafakur, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize and manage emotions better, and enhance the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. The implications of this research emphasize the need to expand the understanding and utilization of tafakur in the practice of guidance and counseling. Counselors should have good access to current literature and integrate this knowledge to assist clients in enhancing their self-awareness. The application of tafakur in guidance and counseling can be an effective means to help clients achieve personal development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the response of students who experienced a decrease in learning motivation through optimizing time management with group guidance. The research method uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted on four students at MAN 2 Cilegon who experienced a decrease in learning motivation. The results showed that by optimizing time management through group guidance, it could increase the learning motivation of the respondents (students).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of Islamic counseling with the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to overcome the anxiety of young mothers after giving birth. The research uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. The data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interview techniques. The results of the application of Islamic counseling with the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to dealing with anxiety in ZM counselees can be seen from the ZM counseling feeling better and being able to control their thoughts when anxiety arises. The counselee also felt more relieved, calm, and relaxed after attending the counseling session. However, the researcher does not deny that sometimes the counselee still finds it difficult to control his anxiety, but the counselee soon realizes that this anxiety can interfere with his life and can refocus on being able to regulate his thoughts and emotions so that he can overcome his anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the guidance and counseling services of ALA clients who have problems in self-regulation by applying the daily plan method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The findings of this study are that by using the daily plan, ALA clients are able to develop self-regulation and do not remember past traumas they have experienced and can even accept and make peace with their past. In addition, this study also shows that the daily plan is one of the media that can develop adolescent self-regulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe assertive training techniques in the behavioristic approach and its application to group counseling. This research uses literature study method. The findings of the research are assertive training techniques are closely related to the behavioristic approach because the main purpose of assertive training is to convey well what is in the victim's heart, which causes discomfort so that it will have an impact on behavior change between these individuals. Assertive training techniques can be applied in group counseling which consists of three stages, namely the initial stage, the working stage, and the final stage.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in schools and students' homes is so that violations committed by students can be prevented and how to know the role of parents themselves in controlling their children at home. As well as how the steps are taken in dealing with student violations at school and outside school. This research used a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques and the validity of the data using triangulation and analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Guidance Counseling teacher is very influential in fostering students so that they do not commit violations in the school environment as well as parents. In Overcoming Student Violations", religious teachers have the main task of teaching and have the mission of providing guidance and counseling to their students. Likewise, the primary mission of guidance and counseling teachers is to provide advice and counseling to students with problems. The provision of guidance assistance supplied by religious teachers is guidance in terms of students' religion, while guidance and counseling services provided by teachers are in terms of student psychology. Findings related to violations committed by students are still classified as minor violations that are still within the limits of violating school rules, including truancy, disrupting the process of teaching and learning activities, lack of discipline.

Abstract

Biogas adalah salah satu sumber bioenergi alternatif yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi anaerob dari limbah organik. Limbah rumah tangga termasuk limbah yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan dan berpotensi menjadi biogas. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan metode fermentasi anaerob dengan menggunakan substrat limbah organik dari kulit pisang dan sisa sayur kubis, popok bayi bekas dan kotoran sapi sebagai starter dibuat dalam tiga komposisi. Perbandingan limbah organik, popok bayi bekas dan kotoran sapi pada Digester 1 yaitu, 4: 0: 6, pada Digester 2 yaitu 3: 1: 6 dan Digester 3 yaitu 2: 2: 6 dengan rasio C/N campuran substrat berturut-turut 17.17, 15.51 dan 13.85. Pengamatan fermentasi selama waktu retensi 21 hari, suhu didalam Digester relative sama setiap hari yaitu 25-29 oC pada pagi hari dan 31-34,5oC pada sore hari sehingga suhu digester sangat dipengaruhi suhu lingkungan. Hasil penelitian Digester 1 menghasilkan gas dengan tekanan optimal 1,0223 atm pada hari ke-10 dan gas tidak menyala. Adanya substrat popok bayi bekas pada Digester 2 dan Digester 3 menjadi inhibitor pencernaan anaerobic sehingga tidak menghasilkan gas. Analisis dengan Gas Cromatografi pada slurry biogas menunjukkan komposisi volatile fatty acid (VFA) sebagai substrat pembentukan gas metan pada Digester 1 mengandung asam asetat dan asam propionate, Digester 2 mengandung asam asetat dan asam butirat dan asam organik lain dan Digester 3 hanya mengandung asam organik lain.

Abstract

Masakan khas di Indonesia sering menjadi kuliner kreatif yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat lokal maupun nasional. Namun kuliner kreatif tersebut masih diperlukan inovasi agar tetap dapat bersaing di pasar lokal. Salah satu kuliner kreatif adalah pemanfaatan olahan belimbing wuluh. Pada masyarakat Aceh, belimbing wuluh sering dijadikan bumbu masakan yang dikenal dengan asam sunti. Melihat melimpahnya belimbing wuluh di Aceh, membuat masyarakat lebih aktif dan dapat mengolahnya menjadi jenis kuliner kreatif lainnya seperti selai belimbing wuluh. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terfokus pada memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan selai belimbing wuluh kepada masyarakat Gampong Neuheun. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat Gampong Neuhen terhadap pemanfaatan belimbing wuluh, mengetahui cara mengembangkan produk selai belimbing wuluh yang berkualitas dan diminati konsumen, meningkatkan nilai tambah buah belimbing wuluh, memperkenalkan selai belimbing wuluh sebagai alternatif produk olahan buah di pasar dan membangun minat para masyarakat untuk mengembangkan belimbing wuluh. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif dari masyarakat. Mereka berpendapat bahwa alat bahan dan proses pembuatan selai belimbing wuluh tergolong ekonomis dan praktis karena menggunakan bahan-bahan yang ada disekitar tempat tinggal dan proses pembuatan yang sangat mudah dipraktikkan. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat Gampong Neuheun dapat teredukasi dengan baik terhadap manfaat dan cara pengolahan belimbing wuluh menjadi kuliner kreatif

Abstract

This study aims to describe the stages of individual counseling with Islamic methods in increasing emotional maturity in dealing with aggressive behavior. The research method uses qualitative-action. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are that the client already has an awareness of the emotions felt, and the client is able to carry out the task of being patient and always grateful when feeling or experiencing excessive feelings, but the client feels it is not easy in the process.

Abstract

Mayonnaise is a form of emulsion that is widely used in food products, for example salads, meatballs, sausages, etc. Mayonnaise can be made by mixing vegetable oil and water with the addition of other components such as egg yolks, sugar, salt, mustard, lime and pepper. The addition of these ingredients will affect the characteristics of the mayonnaise produced. This research aims to determine the best concentration of sugar and mustard in mayonnaise from Virgin Coconut Oil and coconut water in terms of their physical and chemical propeties. Mayonnaise is made by mixing VCO and coconut water, xanthan gum, salt, lime, sugar and mustard. All ingredients were mixed using an ultra turrax tool at a speed of 15000 rpm for 4 minutes to form an emulsion. Variations were made regarding the addition of sugar (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%) and the addition of mustard (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 2.5%). The mayonnaise formed was analyzed for physical and chemical properties. The resulting mayonnaise is stable. The addition of sugar and mustard to mayonnaise will increase viscosity and pH but has no effect on stability and water content. Mayonnaise made with the addition of 3% sugar and 0.5% mustard has a carbohydrate content of 2.51%, a total plate count of 1.8×102 colonies/g in accordance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 01-4473-1998. However, the protein content (0.17%) and fat (43.19%) are lower than SNI, while the water content (53.34%) in mayonnaise is higher than SNI.
