Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) is a technology developed by 3GPP as a development for cellular communication technology. LTE is a technology that can send and receive data at high speed. In Rokan Hulu Regency there are several areas that have not been reached by LTE and have a low Reference Signal Receipt Power (RSRP) value of approximately -100 dBm from ≥ -95 dBm from the standard. This study aims to optimize the LTE network based on planning by coverage and planning by capacity using the TDD radio access method. Specified frequency LTE is 2300 MHz, it is using 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth. Coverage based on signal levels with a frequency of 2300 MHz with non-contoured maps at 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth has a signal level value of ≥ -95 dBm at 99.99% and 100%. Coverage of signal level simulation results with contoured maps at 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth has a signal level value of ≥ -95 dBm at 71.2% and 76.43%. So based on these parameters it can be concluded that the TDD technique with a bandwidth of 10 MHz is feasible to apply to Rokan Hulu Regency.Keywords: LTE, planning by coverage, planning by capacity, TDD, bandwitdh, signal level.

Abstract

This research aims to know how the symbolic interaction of Cheng Beng procession for Chinese ethnicity in northern Belinyu Bangka Belitung island Province. Cheng Beng is an annual cultural ritual with cultural and symbolic meanings carried out from generation to generation. The acculturation process, social changes in the Chinese society do not change the importance of Cheng Beng that have moral values, such as obedience and respect for ancestors and parents who have died. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach and was supported with research instruments in the form of an unstructured interview, observation, participants, and literature study. The selected informants were ten people consisting of 5 young generations and five older generations of Chinese ethnicity. The research results show that symbolic interaction in Cheng Beng cultural ritual, besides having ethical values, such as obedience and way of repaying parents or ancestors who have died, also creates harmony and local wisdom between the Chinese and Malay ethnicities. This study concludes that Cheng Beng's cultural ritual creates social identity formation, acculturation, and balance in the Chinese and Malay ethnic communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan waktu sentrifugasi yang tepat pada sexing spermatozoa dengan media Bovine Serum Albumin terhadap membran plasma utuh spermatozoa  X-Y pada sapi Simmental. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan November 2021 di Laboratorium Reproduksi dan Kesehatan Ternak Balai Pembibitan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Sembawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan (P1: waktu sentrifugasi 4 menit; P2: waktu sentrifugasi 8 menit; dan P3: waktu sentrifugasi 12 menit) dan 4 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah membran plasma utuh spermatozoa X dan Y. Hasil menunjukan bahwa perlakuan waktu sentrifugasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap membran plasma utuh spermatozoa pada spermatozoa X dan Y (P<0,05).  Hasil penggunaan waktu yang tepat yaitu pada P1 dengan waktu sentrifugasi 4 menit dimana nilai lapisan atas membran plasma utuh X semen sexing yaitu sebesar 62,93%, lapisan bawah Y sebesar 63,94%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan waktu sentrifugasi yang tepat pada sexing spermatozoa dengan media Bovine Serum Albumin terhadap membran plasma utuh spermatozoa  X-Y pada sapi Simmental. Abstract

This journal discusses the influence of the inflation rate on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) based on an Islamic Economics perspective. So it can be understood that the size of the inflation rate in a country will greatly influence the level of GDP. Where inflation has a simultaneous influence on GDP, and inflation has a partial negative impact on GDP. The writing of this journal uses a deductive qualitative approach (from general to specific), examining relevant general phenomena, then producing specific studies and conclusions on matters that are the object of research, using a normative juridical approach with literature study. A country's economic growth can be represented through an increase in the country's GDP, apart from income factors in terms of consumption, investment, government spending and net exports. GDP is greatly influenced by the inflation factor. Inflation in the view of Islamic economists is an economic indication that occurs at a macro level in almost every country related to the decline in the exchange rate of money for goods and services, whether it occurs naturally (natural inflation) or is caused by human error (Human Error Inflation). Inflation does not only occur naturally, it can be caused by the pull of Aggregate demand (Aggregate demand) or due to a decrease in Aggregate supply (Aggregate Supply), but also occurs due to human error in regulating state administration and law enforcement, giving rise to a country's economic interconnectedness. Maintaining the stability of a country's economy by controlling the rate of inflation is something very basic, where inflation significantly affects Gross Domestic Product. GDP is an important indicator of economic growth in measuring economic activity, especially the volume of production in a country in one year.

Abstract

Eco enzyme training for locals, especially for housewives at RT. 13, Muang Ilir village, Lempake, in Samarinda. The training is about producing and obtaining benefits of environmentally friendly enzyme products, a program which designed to introduce participant on basic and practice of eco enzyme for producing and obtaining benefits from it. Eco enzyme is fluid resulting from fermentation of organic material, like leftovers (fruits and fresh vegetables) which is household waste by adding organic sugar into water with the help of microorganism. The fluid has numerous benefits for the environment and various applications in the household, agriculture, even in industrial sector. Socialization and training aim to provide information and educate people to care about waste and get benefits from it. Socialization was done by talk followed by practice for eco enzyme producing. After training, satisfaction result show the average value was very satisfactory (scored 5 of 94% participants) and satisfactory (scored 4 of 6% participants). Overall, all participants were very enthusiastic towards knowledge about eco enzyme, thus they can practice it at homes.  Moreover, the locals hope a further collaboration in terms of sharing knowledge from university with Biology Department, FMIPA,and UKM Lesehan Cendikia Mulawarman University, especially for the locals from RT.13, Muang Ilir village, Lempake, in Samarinda.

Abstract

Serat alami daun nanas mengandung lignin, hemiselulosa, dan selulosa. Kandungan selulosa daun nanas sekitar 69,5% -71,5%.Mikrokristal turunan selulosadapat digunakan di bidang farmasi sebagai pengikat dalam formulasi pembuatan tablet.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui daun nanas dapat menghasilkan mikrokristal,mikrokristaldapat digunakan pada pembuatan hidrogel dan untuk mengetahui variasi voume glutaraldehid yang dapat mempengaruhi hidrogel. Metode:Penelitian ekperimetal dimulai dengan didelignifikasi dengan NaOH 4%, direndam 1 jam dan dipanaskan, dicuci dengan akuades sampai pH netral dan dibleachingdengan NaOH 2,7%, asam asetat 7,9 %, NaOCl sampai putih, dipanaskan, diambil residu dan ditiriskan, direndam dengan HCl 1 N, kembali dipanaskan 2 jam, reesidudioven dan diblender sampai halus. Hidrogel selulosa dilarutkandalam NaOH 8,5% danditambahan glutaraldehid bebrbagai variasi volume. Mikrokiristal selulosa dan hidrogel dikarakterisasi visual, uji rasio swelling, FTIR, SEM dan XRD. Rendemen mikrokristal selulosa22 %, berwana putih, homogeny. Mikrokristal selulosa dan hidrogel mengandung gugus O-H (3800-2700 cm-1), C-H(3000-2850 cm-1) dan C-O (1300-800 cm-1).Mikrokristal selulosa dapat dibuat dari daun nanas, pembentukan hidrogel dipengaruhi variasi volume glutaradehid dan rasio swellingtertinggi dan terendah masing-masing 400% dan 12,5%

Abstract

Tuna, a seafood product often consumed by the public, has a high protein content and omega 3 fatty acids. The micro zinc mineral is needed for the synthesis and degradation of biomolecules and the role of enhancing the immune system. Zinc reacts with ditizone in a red base. Research to determine zinc content in raw, fried, steamed, and grilled tuna. Samples were taken purposively at the Sei Sikambing Medan traditional market, determination of levels using visible spectrophotometry, and digestion with a solution of ditizone in alkaline. Method validation parameters include accuracy, precision, and sensitivity. Percent recovery of 100.50%, RSD 0.95 %, LOD 0.620 μg/ml, and LOQ 2.066 μg/ml. The zinc levels of raw, steamed, fried, and grilled tuna were 22.214 mg, 22.063 mg, 22.3384 mg, and 22.234 mg per 100 g, respectively. ANOVA test, there is a significant difference in the acquisition of zinc levels in raw tuna, steamed tuna, grilled tuna, and fried tuna. The method used is quite accurate. The zinc content of raw, fried, grilled tuna was higher than that of steamed, but there was no real difference

Abstract

Clarias batrachus is one of the commercially cultivated freshwater fish species in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. Nutrinya content of protein, fat, minerals, carbohydrates, and water. Minerals play an important role in metabolic processes that ensure the maintenance of body functions at the cellular, tissue and organ levels. The research was aimed at determining the zinc content of raw, steamed, grilled, and fried catfish by using visible light spectrophotometry method after destruction and adding alkaline dithizone solution. Clarias batrachus samples were taken purposively from the traditional market of Sei Sikambing Medan. Method validation includes accuracy, precision, and sensitivity. The results show that it is accurate with accuracy, precision, limit of detection and quantitation of 99.95% each; 1.06%; 0.620 g/ml; 2.066 g/ml. ANOVA test showed no significant difference in zinc content of raw, steamed, grilled, and fried catfish.

Abstract

Indonesia's natural wealth that is efficacious in suppressing cholesterol, hypertension, diarrhea, gastritis and blood sugar is one of the bay leaves (Syzygium polyanthum Wight.). Tablets are preparations that are practical to use, easy to produce, pack, and distribute. The research was directed to make tablets of bay leaf ethanol extract (EEDS) by direct compression. EEDS tablets were made into four formulas with various fillers of lactose and Avicel PH 102, each 200 mg : 135 mg A); 250 mg : 105 mg (B); 300 mg : 55 mg (C); and 350 mg : 5 mg (D). The study showed that all formulas met the preformulation test requirements and tablet evaluation, D as the best formula. EEDS is made into tablets by direct compression.

Abstract

Fruit syrup is made from a sugar solution, the taste and aroma are determined by the freshness of the fruit. Fruit commonly used in making syrup has an attractive color, aroma and distinctive taste. Passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims.) has a distinctive taste and aroma, so it is widely processed into syrup. This study was to evaluate CMC and Agar-Agar stabilizers in the passion fruit syrup formula. Evaluation includes color, appearance, texture, taste and aroma and hedonic tests are carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in the color, appearance, texture, taste and aroma of passion fruit syrup. Stabilizers CMC and Agar-Agar make the color, texture and appearance of the syrup better and more attractive. The result of hedonic test for ideal syrup concentration is S3 with 4 g of Agar and 6 g of CMC. The higher the concentration of CMC and Agar, the greater the viscosity of the syrup. The concentration of CMC and Agar-agar in a mixture of fruit juices gave significantly different effects on color, texture, appearance, taste and aroma
