Abstract

Hal yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah motivasi yang belum maksimal dari siswa - siswi, baik dari dalam diri sendiri maupun dari luar diri untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha diusia belia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah Mengimplementasikan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, Khususnya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Membekali wawasan berwirausaha bagi siswa SMA Katolik Cinta Kasih Tebing Tinggi dan Memotivasi dalam pengembangan wirausaha yang  ada di SMA Katolik baik dari segi manajemen dan pemasarannya.Adapun Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah yaitu dengan memberian materi dan diskusi tanya jawab secara langsung serta menjawab post test tentang minat berwirausaha. Dan simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Dosen – dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi mampu menjalankan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi di bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan  pengaplikasian ilmu yang dimiliki di bidang Manajemen dan Kewirausahaan. Bagi siswa – siswi SMA Katolik Cipta Kasih Tebing Tinggi memperoleh ilmu yang bermanfaat dan dapat diterapkan di masyarakat dalam kehidupan kedepannya serta dapat menimbulkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta mengembangkan bakat siswa dalam berwirausaha dan Pengabdian ini juga akan dilakukan bertahap dan berkesinambungan untuk mengantarkan siswa – siswi SMA Katolik Cinta Kasih Tebing Tinggi tetap berkarya dan mau menjadi sukses diusia belia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of human resource management policies that are Muslim who work in privately owned enterprises in the North Sumatra region. This research is a field research using a qualitative method. In the practice of managing human resource performance policies, companies should be able to pay more attention to the philosophy of understanding and religious values in their application so that they do not intersect with the beliefs and needs of their HR worship. Islamic human resources considers that work is a form of worship that is carried out with responsibility not only for the company but will be held accountable in the hereafter. Therefore, the policies or tasks assigned by Muslim employees must be studied first so that they do not conflict with Islamic teachings or sharia. Muslims do not only think that Islam is merely a religion that regulates the teachings of worship but also believes that it is a way of life. Therefore, of course, every Muslim must be able to carry out his sharia in daily life and as an employee where work is worship. Regardless of the spiritual and material needs that Muslim employees have obtained, it will certainly have an impact on increasing employee performance. Therefore, it is important for every company to be able to adjust HR management policies that are right on target so that they can encourage more effective performance which not only provides material rights but also provides spiritual rights needed by HR. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang beragama Islam yang bekerja pada Badan usaha milik swasta yang ada diwilayah Sumatera Utara. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam praktik pengelolaan kebijakan kinerja sumber daya manusia seharusnya perusahaan harus mampu lebih memperhatikan filosofi pemahaman dan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam penerapannya sehingga tidak bersinggungan dengan keyakinan dan kebutuhan ibadah SDM-nya. Islamic human resources menganggap bahwa kerja adalah sebagai ibadah yang dilaksanakan dengan tanggung jawab semata-mata bukan hanya pada perusahaan tetapi dipertanggung jawabkan diakhirat kelak. Oleh karena itu kebijakan atau tugas yang diberikan oleh karyawan muslim harus dipelajari terlebih dahulu sehingga tidak berbenturan dengan ajaran atau syariat Islam. Kaum muslim bukan hanya menganggap Islam semata-mata agama yang mengatur ajaran beribadah tetapi meyakini sebagai way of life. oleh karena itu tentu setiap muslim harus mampu melaksanakan syariatnya dalam  kehidupan sehari-hari dan sebagai seorang karyawan dimana kerja sabagai ibadah. Dan apabila kebutuhan secara rohani dan materi ini telah diperoleh oleh karyawan muslim tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu penting untuk setiap perusahaan harus mampu menyesuaikan kebijakan pengelolaan SDM yang tepat sasaran sehingga dapat mendorong kinerja lebih efektif dimana tidak hanya memberikan hak secara materi tetapi juga memberikan hak secara  rohani yang dibutuhkan SDM.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of performance based on the Maslahah Scorecard measurement method and reveals the influence of aspects of Maqasid Al-Syariah on the performance of Muslim employees of PT. INALUM. The population in this study were Muslim employees who worked at PT. INALUM which amounted to 1622 employees with a total sample of 94 people responded and then in determining and selecting a sample of researchers using the Convenience Sampling technique. ased on the approach of this study using the Mix Method method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that aspects of Maqasid Al-Sharia have a positive and significant effect of 80.8% on performance while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by variables outside of this study and based on statistical calculations that the performance of Muslim employees PT. INALUM has a performance with an effective category with a performance score of 89.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-ssama terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Tebing Tinggi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa Variabel Kompensasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang negtif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja (Y). sedangkan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja (Y). Namun secara bersama-sama (simultan) Variabel Kompensasi (X1), dan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan dan terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja (Y). Dan berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasinya menunjukkan jika Variabel Kompensasi (X1) dan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dapat menjelaskan Variabel Semangat Kerja (Y) sebesar 28,0%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect ofThe Influence of Product Innovation, Word Of Mouth and Digital Marketing on Consumer Buying Interest in Used Tire Rubber Crafts in Pon Village, the results of this study indicate that . 1)product innovation(X1) has no positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). 2) word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). 3) digital marketing (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). 4) Simultaneously variable product innovation (X1 ), word of mouth (X2) and digital marketing (X3) have a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y).

Abstract

The role of BUMDes has a positive impact on communities and villages in terms of improving the economy and community welfare by establishing several business units, namely cattle fattening, catfish farming, house rental, terraces, and shop houses. However, the presence of BUMDes Makmu Beusaree has not played a role in increasing people's income, employment, and reducing poverty. But for community participation and contribution and increasing community knowledge and skills, BUMDes has played a role. The income of the community after joining BUMDes increased from the first category of Rp. 0-1,000,000 to the second category of Rp. 1,000,000-2,000,000, but BUMDes has not had a significant effect on increasing income because only people who join BUMDes experience an increase in income. The active workforce absorbed by BUMDes is 14 people. After the existence of BUMDes, the poverty rate decreased by 6%. The participation and contribution of the Lambro Deyah community to BUMDes is very good, as seen from the average percentage interval, which is 84.70% of the community participating and contributing to BUMDes. The increase in knowledge and skills carried out by BUMDes management is by providing training to BUMDes members and the community such as training and socialization of making animal feed from straw.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether capital structure and profitability affect corporate income tax partially and simultaneously. This research is included in the quantitative research. The population of this study is non-manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020, with a population of 370 people. The total sample consists of 17 companies, of which he made 68 observations over a four-year study period. Sampling by target sampling technique. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 to process the data. The analytical methods used include traditional acceptance tests including descriptive statistics, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation, and decision and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that capital structure has a partially positive and insignificant effect, profitability has a partially positive and significant effect, and at the same time the significant probability values ​​of capital structure and profitability are non-economic It has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on public interest. Manufacturing Corporate Income Tax IDX 2017-2020 Listed Companies.

Abstract

The ratio of entrepreneurs in Firdaus village, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, is considered very low. This low ratio is attributed to the community's low interest in entrepreneurship. Most of the community believes that entrepreneurship requires a large amount of capital. Additionally, there are risks that may occur, such as losses and uncertainty regarding income. Therefore, a community service activity in the form of socialization was conducted for the people of Firdaus village. This socialization activity aimed to provide entrepreneurship education to the community in Firdaus village, thus fostering interest in entrepreneurship. The socialization activity was attended by 22 participants. The methods used in this community service activity were lectures and interactive discussions. The stages of the community service activities included the preparation stage and the implementation stage. This activity had a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of the participants regarding the entrepreneurial skills that an entrepreneur must master, as well as the importance of marketing strategies and the use of technology in the success of a business. Several participants expressed interest in entrepreneurship after participating in the community service activity. This indicates that the community service activity has made a positive contribution to the people of Firdaus village.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the national economy have an important and strategic role. This condition is very possible because the existence of MSMEs is very dominant in the Indonesian economy, on the grounds that the number of industries is large and exists in every economic sector, has great potential in absorbing labor, and the contribution of MSMEs in the formation of GDP is very dominant. This study aims to find out how the Integration Strategy of Infrastructure Development in the MSME Product Marketing System in Serdang Bedagai Regency after the construction of the toll road in the Bengkel village. The method used in this research is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis with Miles and Huberman Model. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out during data collection, and after completing data collection within a certain period. Activities in data analysis consist of the following steps : 1 . Data Reduction 2. Data Display 3. Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of the study show that the workforce used by MSMEs is getting smaller, there has been a significant decrease in income for MSME actors and even the closing of MSME merchant outlets / shops. by MSME traders in the Workshop Market in terms of product quality is quite good. However, existing products and creativity did not develop. In terms of prices offered in every store in the Workshop Market, it is still within reasonable and competitive limits.
