Abstract

Tabita Women's Society faces obstacles in determining objective criteria in selecting congregations of social aid recipients who are economically disadvantaged as a result of the limited social assistance available. This is due to the absence of a measurable system in determining the recipient of social assistance. To facilitate the selection of social assistance recipients, there needs to be a system that is able to provide results in the form of output that is the most eligible recipient of social assistance in receiving social assistance. The criteria for the selection of social assistance recipients refers to the fulfillment of several elements, namely: monthly income, age, number of dependents, status of residence, marital status, disability, and participants of PKH (Hope Family Program). The method used in this study is the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method. The results showed that the use of SMART methods is effective in determining the citizens of the congregation who are most worthy of social assistance so as to create a sense of fairness, objectivity, and transparency in making decisions to the entire congregation.

Abstract

The object of auction of mortgage rights is an immovable object as a collateral item that is guaranteed by the debtor to the creditor. In the auction process requires an auction object that has the potential to facilitate the execution of the auction object. Potential Auction Object selection will be a solution in determining which objects are more potential to be auctioned and provide space to more easily execute which objects must be done first. However, in selecting an auction object, it will certainly experience difficulties because each debtor has almost the same criteria as location, building specifications. The method used in making a decision on the potential auction object selection is TOPSIS. is a multi-criteria method that is used to identify solutions of alternative sets based on simultaneous minimization of the ideal point distance and maximize distance from the lowest point so it can facilitate decision making for auction objects that can be executed first.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Sistem Penujang Keputusan Menentukan Tingkah Laku SIswa Terbaikm Berbasis Mobile. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Sistem Penujang Keputusan Menentukan Tingkah Laku SIswa Terbaikm Berbasis Mobile. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Sistem Penujang Keputusan Menentukan Tingkah Laku SIswa Terbaikm Berbasis Mobile. Metode penelitiannya dalam mengumpulkan data dengan studi literatur, Pengamatan dan Web Browsing. Alat analisisnya dengan menggunakan black box testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tingkah laku merupakan suatu aktifitas yang timbul dari dalam diri seseorang melalui perbuatan yang diucapkan dari mulut, sikap kita saat berinteraksi dengan orang lain dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga terbentuklah tingkah laku yang positif ataupun yang negatif. Tingkah laku siswa yang sering berubah-ubah beriringan dengan perkembangan zaman menimbulkan kesulitan untuk seorang guru menilai seluruh tingkah laku siswa. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu para guru dalam melakukan penilaian tingkah laku siswa dimana diera digitalisasi ini semua pengguna internet lebih dominan menggunakan smartphone, segingga di upayakan penilaian tingkah laku siswa menerapkan basis mobile dengan mengadopsi metode SAW dalam menenutukan tingkah laku siswa.

Abstract

Product promotion is an activity of introducing products, persuading, reminding and influencing the public so that potential buyers want to buy the goods and services offered. Advertising in the form of communication that has the intention of conveying information about the products offered with global marketing communications and e-marketing using a combination of graphics, animation and sound. This training is aimed at students at private schools in the city of Medan, SMK Budi Agung Class XII, majoring in marketing, in the form of multimedia practicum training using Macromedia Flash, making product advertisement animations and advertising voiceovers using the Voice maker Free Text to Speech (TTS) application. This training is a higher education tridharma each semester carrying out community service as a routine each semester.

Abstract

Perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif membutuhkan dukungan data yang akurat serta dengan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Aplikasi Rapor Pendidikan berbasis digital merupakan aplikasi yang memfasilitasi guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang relevan, adaptif, dan berlandaskan pada capaian pembelajaran siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melatih para guru mitra meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh aplikasi Rapor Pendidikan berbasis digital. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan, yakni pelatihan dalam bentuk workshop interaktif, demonstrasi dalam bentuk simulasi studi kasus, dan evaluasi berbasis proyek. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 hari. Peserta kegiatan adalah para guru lintas jenjang yang terdiri dari 10 orang guru SD, 15 orang guru SMP, dan 8 orang guru SMA. Data peningkatan kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran guru dilakukan dengan memberikan angket sebelum dan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Data lainnya juga dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada peserta setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Hasil pengumpulan data angket dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan skala likert. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebesar peningkatan kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran sebelum dan setelah pemberian kegiatan pelatihan meningkat sebesar 75,54% (kategori peningkatan yang cukup tinggi). Hasil wawancara juga menunjukkan bahwa peserta antusias, aktif, dan terbantu dalam merancang perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis data. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh maka diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan melalui komunitas belajar yang dilakukan per bulan untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi Rapor Pendidikan berbasis digital dalam memfasilitasi guru merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a decision support system (DSS) used on the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (Fuzzy SAW) method to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the selection process for recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Hamparan Perak Village. The system was developed to address the limitations of manual selection, which remains subjective and inefficient. The research involved several stages, including needs analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and testing through the black-box method. The system utilizes social criteria data such as housing conditions, number of dependents, and informal employment status, which are processed using a fuzzy approach to produce structured recommendations. The main innovation of this system lies in the integration of localized indicators and a mobile-based data update module, enabling real-time verification and validation in the field. The implementation results indicate that the system operates optimally and can be utilized by village officials with limited digital literacy. This research contributes to strengthening data-driven governance in social assistance distribution and has the potential to be replicated in other regions with similar socio-demographic characteristics.
